I called Danny (Window Doctor) and was able to quickly make an appointment to have only exterior windows washed. After he arrived, he evaluated the windows I wanted cleaned, then gave me the price. It was obvious he knows what he is doing. He was organized, professional and efficient.

I have already made arrangements for him to revisit me in the spring, at which time, he will do interior and exterior windows, including screens. I appreciate that I have met someone I can trust to not only come into my house to work but to work professionally and fairly. And, I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants to have their windows cleaned.

Danny was very professional and thorough. His prices were very reasonable and his quality of workmanship was excellent.

His knowledge of the materials and supplies that he used was up-to-date. He was aware of the best cleaning products for hard water stains on the glass as well as the removal of the stain from the wood on the glass. He made every effort not to get any of the cleaning products on the natural wood or stone surfaces that surrounded the windows.

The job ended up taking longer than anticipated because the house had been under construction for over two years so when he came back the second day and he was running a little late he contacted us which I felt was very courteous to let us know that his estimated time of arrival was 30 minutes after he originally stated.

I would very highly recommend him for any window cleaning job.

We had a great experience today having our windows in and out and screens cleaned by Daniel. He is experienced and it showed. He was careful working over surfaces close to the windows. He was friendly and was easy to communicate with. I will definitely hire him again. Our windows look great!!!

Danny did a great job cleaning our gutters over in Zephyr Cove, South Lake Tahoe (twice) as well as the roof, which was layered with Pine needles and three floors tall.
He is accommodating, professional and cleaned everything perfectly.

I had this buisness reschedule on me 2 times after telling me they were very reliable. After the third time the owner cancelled the service and said it wasn’t going to workout and that they couldn’t find people to clean.

Amber and her team were great. She made sure to understand exactly what was important to me and then ensured everything was done to my liking.

I just had my house deep cleaned by Reno Scrubs and couldn’t wait to write a review. The smell upon coming into the house is amazing first of all and every room had a special touch- tissue flower in the Kleenex box, toilet paper folded over, pillows perfectly fluffed, towels rolled and presented beautifully, and my 2 year olds bookshelf was even rearranged and presented beautifully! Not to mention they left the house spotless and there were even flowers and donuts left as a “thank you”. Reno Scrubs went above and beyond and I’m mad I waited so long to call them! 10/10 highly recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs- commercial or residential!

I always look forward to a Reno Scrubs cleaning! Originally my husband wasn't on board with getting the house cleaned monthly but now he loves it so much he wants to have it cleaned twice a month. They have the cutest touches like folding the toilet paper like a hotel and leaving flowers occasionally. Amber is always very responsive when scheduling.
