I recently had a wonderful experience with Golden touch carpet & upholstery cleaning. A friend told me about their carpet cleaning services, and I’m so glad they did. I called and explained what kind of carpet I needed cleaned. Luis came out to my place in Sparks the very next day to pick up my carpet. The pricing was clear and there were no surprises. They made sure to work around my schedule for the drop-off, and when I got my carpet back, it was spotless and carefully wrapped. The total price was exactly what they said it would be. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service and have already suggested them to others!

golden touch carpet & upholstery cleaning did an incredible job with my carpet cleaning! every part of working with them was easy, friendly, and professional. the team was super organized and made everything go smoothly. my carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly in over ten years and it was really large, but when they brought it back, it looked almost new again. i was so impressed. the pick up and delivery service stood out the most. theodore, who came to help, was so kind and professional. honestly, he was super strong—he helped move mattresses and even staged the carpet for me, making sure everything was set up just right. he really went above and beyond to help put things back together. if you need carpet or area rug cleaning, don’t hesitate to call them. you’ll be happy you did!

Efficient, Responsive, and expertly done. We had a carpet that had wrinkles everywhere, and what looked like severe wear marks. Now it looks like new. These folks know what they are doing. We consider them a great partner!

Lucas was very efficient and careful with my home. He was able to get stains out that even the last carpet cleaner was unable to budge. Pleasantly surprised by how he was able to give our old carpets the facelift they needed!!

We contacted on a Sunday - someone was working and able to clean carpets on a short notice!! Time frame given of when he'd arrive and that's exactly when he showed up.
This rental unit had a challenging carpet of many years of wear and tear with a lot of dirt. The end result was very good considering the condition of the very old carpet. Very professional, prompt and did a great job with also noting areas of house that indicate an air duct problem that should also be addressed. Appreciate that as well!!

Lukas at Eco Pro was great! He is very professional and took care in walking through the home with "booties" on. He came highly recommended by my mom, who had used his services a few months ago and was pleased with the quality of work, and I too would recommend his services as well. We will be hiring him next spring to clean the carpets in our new home before we move in. Eco Pro the only way to go!!

It's always nice to actually have a great experience when hiring a business these days. Eco Pro Cleaning Solutions were helpful and showed that they actually cared about my need to get my home clean and looking great in order to sell. The end result was the cost was less than expected and my tile and grout look 10 times better than I expected.

We hired Eco Pro Cleaning Solutions to clean the carpets in a home we are moving out of, and we were very happy with the results. Lukas did a great job bringing the carpets back to life and removing stains that had been there for a long time. He also cleaned the grout, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The tile and grout look fresh and much cleaner.

I don’t move my furniture he just supposed to clean around but my carpet looks bad I don’t recommend!!

I had to reschedule multiple times and Luka was very kind and flexible. He did a great job and was honest about expectations and gave advice for maintenance.

We reached out to Eco Pro Cleaning Solutions to see about cleaning/repairing/replacing damaged grout in our shower and around our tub, as well as the moldy caulking in our shower. When we called we expected not to be able to get on the books for at least a couple weeks, but when we stated that we were going to be listing our house within the next week, they offered to come out the day before we listed. SO appreciative of that! They did a wonderful job and I no longer feel disgusting when showering in our shower. Bonus: they also cleaned our glass shower walls that we have been sported water spots for YEARS! They were on time and very professional. We will definitely be using them again should a need arise.
