We have been using Reno Scrubs for almost 5 years both at home and our business. I have also used them to clean up properties that I sell. They have always done an outstanding job and have been trustworthy. They go above and beyond anyone we’ve ever used for cleaning before. We are forever a client!

This review is long overdue. Reno scrubs is the best cleaning company I’ve ever used. We’ve known the owner for over 2 years now and use this agency regularly. We’ve had her and various members of her team complete tenant move out deep cleans on our rentals, regular 6 month deep cleans on our own home and my parents have used her regularly for biweekly cleaning. Their professionalism, work ethic, scheduling ease and friendliness surpass any expectations you may have. This company has a good thing going as I’d recommend them to anyone I know. Amber and her team are the only cleaners I will ever trust in my home! If you’re on the hunt for an amazing cleaner in the Reno area, you’ve found it. I went from never wanting anyone else to clean my house, to begging my husband for them to come back! I have never seen such attention to detail. we've had two wonderful experiences with this carpet cleaning company and i definitely recommend their services. the first time, we needed our carpets cleaned before putting our home up for sale. luis came out, and he was professional, friendly, and honest. he did an excellent job making the carpets look fresh and spotless. today, he returned to clean a large area rug and some outdoor furniture cushions. everything turned out looking fantastic—like new again! i'm really happy we found this team and will keep using them for all our carpet cleaning needs in the future. when you find the best, you stay with them.

I checked out a few different carpet cleaning companies in Sparks. Some charged way more for cleaning just a small room, but this company gave me a better deal—they cleaned an extra room and the steps for a much more reasonable price. Their minimum fee was also lower than other places I called. Luis showed up right on time and started by vacuuming the carpets and stairs. He took care of all the spots and stains, then did a thorough, professional cleaning on both the steps and the carpeted rooms. Luis was both friendly and professional, and he mentioned that the company is family owned, which I really liked. I paid easily by credit card after he finished and I checked the work. The carpets look and smell fresh, and the steps came out great. Highly recommend their carpet cleaning service!

We were recommended Golden touch carpet & upholstery cleaning when we needed urgent help with a big carpet cleaning job—a spilled full bottle of liquid soap thanks to our toddler! I was so happy trusting my hand loomed Rosecore Dhurrie rugs to them, and they cleaned them with great care and attention to detail. The results really respected the fine craftsmanship and brought the rugs back looking fresh, bright, and well maintained. I also needed a small custom shaped rug for my oval entry, using a remnant from the carpet on my stairs. They cut it, bound the edges neatly, and made it match beautifully. It came out gorgeous, fit the space perfectly, and cost only a small fraction of what a fully custom loomed rug would have cost. The whole process was easy, the team was friendly, the price was reasonable, and the turnaround was fast. I would not go anywhere else for rug cleaning, carpet care, or custom rug work.

after another carpet cleaning company could not make my appointment work, i found a local carpet cleaner and gave them a call. javier called me back, explained they could handle the job without any issue, and set up a convenient appointment. he arrived with portable carpet cleaning equipment and did an excellent, professional job. my carpets came out very clean, looked refreshed, and the whole service was done at a great price. i highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable carpet cleaning service.

grease is gone! we had our beige carpet cleaned after a big grease stain showed up from our bar stool. we accidentally spread the stain across the carpet and thought it was ruined. theodore from golden touch carpet & upholstery cleaning came to help. even he wasn't sure at first, but he worked his magic and now the stain is completely gone! i'm so impressed. he did an excellent job. five stars for theodore and this company.

i called for a quote on having our large wool rug picked up, cleaned, and returned. javier answered the phone and explained their carpet cleaning process in detail, which made me feel comfortable, especially since i wanted off-site cleaning to protect my hardwood floors. when he picked up the rug, my husband asked about the process, and javier described how they wash the rug, spin it in a big centrifuge to get the water out, and then hang it to dry. we were told it would take about three weeks, but they called after just two weeks to schedule the delivery. javier returned the rug himself, and it looked fantastic—so clean and fresh, with no odors at all, even though it’s over 30 years old. the price was fair, and the service and communication were excellent. we are very happy and recommend this carpet cleaning service.
