He did a great job. I wish I had some Before & After pictures but it was a dramatic change from what it was, he was also a great person friendly and got the job done in a timely manner, I would recommend this cleaner, I got 2 living rooms a dining Room and the hallway done for a great price, high traffic areas look brand new.

Our grout & tile have never looked better! We did half of our downstairs originally thinking it wouldn’t be a huge difference but it was. Lukas came back to do the other half and it looks incredible. Highly recommend!

I would not have felt a need to write a review, except for the numerous annoying calls I got after service. The service itself was acceptable. The guy was nice, was on time and the price was about right. But afterwards the carpets were quite wet for a few days. This is a mold danger, because the padding under the carpet can get moldy if it stays wet. So I had to blast the heat in my house for three days at 90 degrees in the middle of summer to dry them. Then, over the next few weeks I kept getting calls from people who identified themselves as being "with Google" asking for a review of "Echo" cleaning. (They didn't even know the name of the firm.) It was clearly some paid marketing promo to get reviews, which makes me seriously doubt the veracity of the 5 star reviews. Also, I'm not convinced there was anything "eco" about this cleaning. Long story short, I likely will not use this firm again.

Lukas does a great job cleaning our carpets and even came back this last time to do an extra enzyme spray and clean in a room where we had a sick dog. We will definitely be using Eco Pro again!

Lucas did an excellent job. He showed up same day for a quote (grout clean and seal) and got me scheduled for a week later. The work took less time than expected and the floors look great. Highly recommend!

I began the process with an email to Eco Pro. Lucas answered my email the same day. He came out and did a thorough inspection to give me an estimate. That may not sound like an important step, but on a prior occasion a tech from another company came out some years ago and liked my house, so he thought I could afford more and raised the price of his "estimate" by a lot! Lucas did a beautiful job on my travertine floor, did it promptly, and charged me according to the estimate. The "Pro" in Eco Pro is for real.

Lukas did an incredible job cleaning our tile and sealing everything. It was c2,000 Sq feet of tile with white grout that needed to be cleaned and sealed. Very happy with the results.

Excellent company. Called for an urgent re-stretch of carpet in the bedrooms after installing laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. Lukas called back immediately, came out the next day, showed up on time, provided excellent communication throughout and finished when promised with minimal cost. Highly recommended!

Lukas at Eco Pro Cleaning and Restoration is absolutely wonderful! We have now had him do 2 jobs for us after coming highly recommended by a co-worker. He is very accomodating of your schedule and professional. The first visit he cleaned our carpets after we purchased our house where the previous owners had 2 dogs and 2 cats--after Lukas was done, I couldn't even tell any pets had lived here before! I love that the solution he uses is pet and kid friendly too! Our carpets were dry in no time. After such a positive experience, we had Lukas out again to clean the tile grout. I kept saying how amazed I was that the grout was restored to it's previous white after being brown for who knows how many years; it truly looks just like new again! Both visits were very affordable, and I would not hesitate to say that I would refer Lukas and Eco Pro to anyone and everyone!

Lukas was very responsive and direct. I love the results! I made a bad choice in upholstery material for a dog owner and I’ve regretted it ever since, but at the same time I love my sectional ...so I called EcoPro. It wasn’t inexpensive but it was worth it. My sectional had absorbed dog hair and dirt so Lukas had his work cut out for him. It was faster and easier (for me) than I expected and turned out much better than I could have hoped. Very pleased. Totally worth it!!
