Amazing job! Leo was so nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. I had so many lol but he was very patient and answered them. The carpets came out great! I forgot to take before pictures.. but we are totally happy and will continue using this company! The price was perfect for 4 rooms!

Had Sterling Carpet out to clean my carpets Chris did a great job . Even helped me get into a locked bedroom that the wind blew closed. He went above and beyond and did a great job . Highly recommend

I can’t Enough about Sterling carpet care. This is the second time I’ve used them and I was very impressed the first time I used them. This time, was even better. The technician, Greg, was right on time, very friendly, and took his time and was very thorough. It’s nice to see this company grow and set a higher standard than a lot of companies I’ve used in the past.

I’ve used Sterling three times in the past 2 years and most recently this week. Joe was excellent. A seasoned professional with 10 plus years of experience - he did deep cleaning with pet stains and odor removal and now you could eat off my carpet. Not really but call Sterling and request Joe and you won’t be disappointed. You may even get a history lesson from this Reno native.

Greg at Sterling was so awesome and helpful in cleaning my dining room chairs and area rugs. I've been using this company for a couple years now and I'm always blown away by how nice everyone is and what a great job they do. Such a good price too! Thankful customer here :)

Just had our carpets done and they look and smell amazing!!! Joe did an awesome job taking care of the things that were of issuse. He was very attentive and detailed in his work. We had a previous company come out to do our carpets and unfortunately they did a poor job, but joe from sterling corrected it and did an awesome job. Greg is absolutely a miracle worker. I had several spots on the carpet. He not only removed these but also had me walk around afterwards to make sure i was satisfied with the cleaning. I highly recommend Greg and will request him when I need to have my carpets cleaned. I will also recommended Greg to my friends and neighbors. Brilliant work!

I have been using Sterling Carpet Care for the last year, everytime has been great. If you're not all the way happy with the carpet within 2 weeks of the service, they will come back and do it again for free. Had a situation happen today that would've left me a little bitter, but Chris cleared it right up and made it right. Great customer service from everyone I've interacted with at this company.

Andre and Christopher came and cleaned my wood floor and carpeted areas. Chris was realistic about what could be done to make the wood floor better; he was very upfront that my expectations would require a stripper and that what he was about to do would be only to clean it…so, great communication skills on his part. Andre did the carpets and despite having a dog and 2 barfy cats, he cleaned the carpets wonderfully! Then, 3 days later, Chris returned and cleaned my kitchen and entryway floor grout…OMG, it is beautiful and looks brand new. He even took the time to tell me about his favorite products for grout sealing. These men are very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. So happy with all.

Sterling is an awesome carpet cleaning company. I have used their services for a few years now and I highly recommend them. Today Greg came out to do a job and kept me posted all along the way as to his findings. I trust and appreciate their work.

Greg is AWESOME!!! He is super professional, went above and beyond to be sure everything was cleaned to the utmost high standards. All spots were treated and cleaned and everything looked awesome. Personally requested him for this next time of cleaning because he did such and exceptional job. The couch cleaning was also awesome. Looked like a new couch just about when it was dry. Chris "metal neck guy" did an amazing job! Showed up early and took care of our horrible white carpets. He did a very thorough job and I will definitely use them again! (plus the price is very reasonable)

I can’t say enough good things about Sterling Carpet Care! Sterling is the only company I trust to come into my home to clean my carpets. All of their guys are professional and respectful of my home, they will clean with “steam only” if you prefer, and the services are fairly priced.

I recently had exceptional service from Greg, who was punctual, polite, listened to my needs, made three passes over areas of concern, paid attention to details, and did beautiful work!

We have used Sterling for years for our carpet and couches and they always do the BEST job. Professional, timely and excellent. Metal Neck came today and as usual knocked it out of the park!

We have used Sterling Carpet Care for the past several years! We have been happy with the ease of making appts, they are on time and they do a very thorough job! Recently we had to have them return because WE made a mess.of our clean carpets. They returned and cheerfully recleaned the room for a fraction of the quoted price. A big shout out to Christopher aka "metalneck" who has done a great job for us several times!
