Love this company so much! I had scheduled online a while back but then later got a message that they were closed for the holiday and wouldn’t be able to come the day I scheduled, but would offer me a 20% discount for the trouble. It’s been over 6 months since that and they still honored the offer for my cleaning today! Joe was so friendly and helpful and did a beautiful job. Sterling is, without a doubt, the best in the area!

Joe did a really great job on our carpet.this cleaning in May was for a downstairs carpet area but he cleaned two spots upstairs, too. Really good work. Our carpet is berber and he said if the stains lift in a couple of weeks to call for another cleaning at no charge. The stains did not lift but I was impressed with the offer.

Had a great experience with this company! Eric was very professional and did a great job on a very dirty sectional, carpets and stairs. He even did a hall section that I added to the job for no extra cost! Will definitely use them again!!

I've been using Sterling Carpet Care since 2020, and I’m thrilled with their service every time. Joe, the technician who came out recently, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly a miracle worker. He transformed my three bedrooms and one sectional, making my carpets look brand new despite a few stubborn stains. Remarkably, he even managed to remove slim from my couch that had been there for four years! I highly recommend Sterling Carpet Care for anyone in the Reno/Sparks area, and if you can, request Joe—you won’t be disappointed!

If you are going to get your carpets cleaned look no further. Joe from sterling was promptly on time was very friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. He also gave me helpful tips on trying to stay on top of keeping my carpet upkeep. Would recommend to my family and that should say it all.

He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the carpet looked perfect before he left. I also appreciate that they are up front and honest about their pricing and they don’t look for ways to overcharge you. Eric from Sterling Carpet Care came out and did an amazing job on our carpet. It was our first time having a professional company come out to handling the cleaning. I had an absolutely amazing experience today with Eric. I recently bought a house with a few carpeted rooms that had clearly seen better days, and Eric was incredible from start to finish. I had the most positive experience you could ask for with a carpet cleaning company. I’ll start by saying that I had initially had an appointment with a different company. I was extremely disappointed in the tech that was sent out for a handful of reasons, so I actually refused service. Instead I got on Google and ended up calling Sterling to the rescue. I spoke with Joe and let him know what had just happened with the other company. Joe was happy to come out the same day since I already had my living room and bedroom cleared of most furniture.

After my experience with the other company earlier, Joe was everything that the other company’s tech was not! Joe was very personable, knowledgeable, considerate and competent. You could tell that he put full effort into doing a great job and making the customer happy. He genuinely seemed happy to be doing his job and working for this company. He was not pushy at all. The pricing was very fair and was half of what the other company tried to overcharge me for. As for my carpets and upholstery, they look great! My carpet looks brand new. On a side note, my sister, who owns a carpet and tile cleaning business in CA happened to be staying with us and was able to witness the service provided. She said she’d be lucky to have a “Joe” working for her! I will be using this company again in the future.

Extremely overpriced. Quoted me over $10k for gutter installation for a tiny little 1200 sq. ft. house.

Bottom line call someone local who actually cares. Sales rep did his job and sold us gutters and now we have had them come out 3 separate times to fix there mistakes.

The whole process was fast, efficient, and purposeful. I already knew I wanted the rain gutter screens and the quality of the materials was evident during the home visit. I would pass on this contact for sure.

Installed LeafFilter Gutter system and made minor adjustments to leaking downspout and installed splash guard where water was overflowing. Personnel are all very professional and had excellent knowledge.
