I just moved into a new home and the previous tenants said that they had the carpets cleaned however they did not look or smell clean to me metal neck with sterling carpet care came out and did an amazing job he must have pulled out a whole cat of cat hair from the previous tenants. The carpet looks new and beautiful ❤️ metal neck with so kind and professional I give him five stars for giving my family peace of mind. You're awesome!

I have a room that ours dogs had made a mess in. I called Sterling Carpet Care and Mark answered. He explained the process and gave a flat rate quote for cleaning up our mess. Joe came out and did an amazing job. The price never changed and our room smells so much better. I would recommend this company, great customer service and great quality. Also they offer a two week warranty for returning spots!!!

I'm a repeat customer, and I like that I am able to make an appointment online, and at a date and time that was convenient for me. Chris "MetalNeck" was very professional and did a great job. My carpets look like brand new, and he even did a couple throw rugs for me at no extra charge. Very satisfied!

Had a dog episode on our new carpet. Sterling came 24 hours later and made it disappear. I should say Joe with Sterling came. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and fast. Can't get any better than that!

Joe did such an amazing job! There were some spots on the carpet that I thought would need patched, but Joe got it out without any issues. They were able to get me in at the last minute after another cleaner canceled on me. I'm will always recommend them when I hear someone needs a carpet cleaner.

The wood floors look great the tile was not cleaned behind the doors and the walls were all scuffed. When I reached out they did not return my call or email.

Eric did a great job cleaning my carpets and was very friendly and professional. Some stubborn coffee stains returned so Joe came back to re-treat and offer potential next steps if the stains reappear. Very reasonably priced and they stand behind their work!

I’m over the moon happy with the job completed by Sterling Carpet Care. The gentleman was on time and ready to go. I had a few pet and kids pots that are now gone. My carpets look amazing! I hate the smell that most carpet cleaners leave behind, but not Sterling. They left a citric aroma that filled my house for hours. I’m excited that I found this epic carpet cleaning company. I have used the other/chain carpet cleaners before however I was recommended to try Sterling. Top notch service and awesome, quick and efficient work. I can genuinely say our carpets look as good as new. Every small stain or mark is gone; even the wear-and-tear areas that they said wouldn't get better look MUCH better.

They take pride in their work and the owner (who sets up the appointments) is such a nice man who took time explaining about the specialized treatments they do for pet stains. Called to see if they serviced my area as we are pretty rural and not only did they come out this far they didn’t charge an exuberant travel fee. Their technician “metal neck guy” was quick, explained the stuff he was doing and got all the puppy stains out! 100% recommend.

I have been using Sterling Carpet Care for a few years and will never go back to the others. Sterling is a small business that really values their customers. They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I had Joe come out today and he was fantastic. So knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for years and really knows his stuff. He got rid of some ugly tough stains and my carpet looks like new again. (Well, almost… It is 15 years old and there are obvious signs of wear. Haha.) But I can’t praise Joe enough for his professionalism, work ethic, and skill! If you’re looking for exceptional carpet cleaning at a very reasonable price, look no further.
