Angie the front desk girl ruined every experience I had there in fact I will never go there because of her she’s rude and interrupts and acts like she knows it all. She has a really bad attitude.

Great place for materials. Wish they were open later so we could use them more often. Nice people!

Your website says you are open until 5 PM on Friday. Showed up at 4:30 PM to pick up some rock but you were closed. Decided to pick up rock today (Saturday) but nobody is answering the phone. You need to update your website as to hours of operation.

I purchased decorative rock and had it loaded into my truck. The loader while dumping the load in the truck bed damaged my paint along the right rear corner of the bed and tail gate. I called the company as soon as I got home to find out how to handle this matter. Eric Panelli(dont know if I spelled his name right) was the one to take my call but was no help and repeated to say they are not responsible for the damaged caused by their loader. Very disrespectful management and no respect for people property. All loaders should be aware of their actions and should be held countable for their actions if they damage private property. Horrible customer service by so called manager.

Oxborrow Trucking and their staff are the best. Helpful, and have a great personality. They have the widest selection of decorative rock around Northern Nevada! They are the "Rock Stars". Thanks . This our fourth purchase from the old site and their new one off of Kleepe Lane!

I ordered rock, was confirmed delivery on 5/31/2018 from 11-1 pm. I got a call at 11pm saying they didn't have enough of the rock to deliver it. I was told that my rock would be delivered at 7 am on 6/1/18 . It is now 845 am and still no rock. Unacceptable business practice. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

I've used Oxborrow twice. The first time for mulch, and it was delivered in the time frame quoted and placed where I wanted it in the driveway. The second time I ordered large stones and again the delivery was in the time window I was scheduled and they even delivered it over the curb into the front yard which saved me work! I gave four stars because the website is not totally accurate as far as the products they offer. Best bet is to look at the site and then call. Everyone seems very knowledgeable about the products offered.

Update: A year later, still soooooo disorganized, OMG!!!! Crazy. Ordered rock a month ago, we got a partial order, calked back this morning, they have no clue about my order, just wow. Who runs this place???? Absolutely really bad. Go somewhere else. hey girl this morning was so frustrating, 45 minutes of stuttering and trying to figure out what was going on outside, I finally canceled my order. I am done.

Great place to order your landscaping rock from. The girl in the office was kind of hard to deal with, she was all over the place and I think she called me about 10 times after that, but she got the job done. They delivered 5 yards of different rock today, and I’m very impressed, the driver was efficient and very friendly. I am really happy with Oxborrow! Thanks

The best in town!!! You never have to worry about getting what you paid for. In fact you're most likely to get more. Excellent staff - Excellent service!!! 5 stars isn't enough.

This is our go to dump and landscaping supply site. The dump is easily accessible, the supply bins are easily found and Donny does a great job Loading you up so you’re in and out in minutes when the lines are short. Whoever designed the yard did a fantastic job.

I wanted some limestone and Oxbow was the only place I could find it. I only needed 1/2 of a cubic yard and they accommodated that. Then I rented a U-Haul trailer, they loaded me up and I was on my way. Smooth transaction.

We needed some landscape rock so went over to see what they had. They provided us with a price list and let us look at the various rock that they had. They are very organized and have each rock bin labeled to the price sheet and have the name of the rock on it. We found the rock we wanted and went back to the sales office to place an order. They are easy to deal with and we were there on a Monday and they told us they could deliver by Wednesday between 10 AM and 12. The driver showed up at 11:30 and delivered the 11 yards of rock we ordered. Driver.dropped the rocks right where I asked. Great company to deal with.

Edit and downgrade of rating for new delivery on January 14, 2020.
We were doing additional landscaping so ordered another 8 yards of 1 1/2 inch trace. Ended up with a LOT of dirt in the rocks. Looks like I got 7 yards of rocks and 1 yard of dirt. A real mess for me as we are placing the rock down on landscape fabric for drainage and weed control.. Much harder to control weeds with a layer of dirt in the rocks and the dirt will cause issues with drainage. i would choose another rock supplier.

I’d recommend this company to anyone needing rock delivered. They were helpful, fast, and accommodating to my specific needs (exactly how and where I wanted the load delivered).
