Arrived early and did great work. I would definitely recommend them from that perspective. Unfortunately, the issue I have is with the billing end of things. We were never provided with an itemized bill at the end to explain the hour/material breakdown. Ultimately, they were dispatched to our house on two separate days for the same issue. At least some of the time on the second day wouldn't have been needed because they were correcting a mistake from the first day. I would have liked more transparency from the billing perspective.

Recently we weren't even sure IF we had a plumbing problem, Michael himself made the service call, found there was a problem, corrected it - easy peasy.
The entire interaction was Five Star.

The power to our home had shut off while the furnace was operating and when the power was restored, the furnace would not operate. I contacted Michael’s plumbing and was put in contact with Alex. Alex walked me through the necessary steps to take to bring the furnace back on line. His professional assistance and patience are highly commendable. Thank you so much Michael’s for the outstanding customer support. Highly recommend this establishment.

I contacted Michaels and spoke to Leslie. She was awesome. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. She got me in right away. I was really worried my issue would be very costly but Michael’s plumbing was fair and worked efficiently to keep the cost down. Josh came to finish dig out the hole and Brad came and fixed the leak. Both were very friendly and professional as well. Great experience. I would highly recommend them.

These guys came and installed a tankless water heater. Things went South.
Next thing they are trying to get it right, but they just can’t. Swearing to me it’s all done right, and then having to admit they messed up. Oh, we did this incorrectly. This happened many times. After they were ‘done’ it has continued that things were found to have been done incorrectly. Like hooking up condensate line to the sewer, and without an air gap. Last week it was time to change the filter they put in that filters the tankless water heater. Oops. No way ti do that without creating an explosion! Oops, refused to put in a pressure relief valve that the brand of water heater expert TOLD them was required (yes Michael’s they said didn’t need a pressure relief valve!) Michael himself. Snorted that he be ‘told’ what was needed.

Then (Michael himself) they strong-armed me to pay for the errors.
Finally that was backed away from. Admitting it wasn’t fair for me to pay for hours done doing things incorrectly!! But the mess!! The time!! The denials !!
— I had to pitch a fit and then, sadly, pay them more than they deserved. Because how does a little woman manage against these guys? Argue? I tried that.
Now to find out they actually did it
-/All Wrong.
And I’m having to pay to do it properly.

Which I’m happy to do. Because I now have an excellent excellent plumber on the task (we are remodeling our kitchen).
I’ve had a really really great plumber out sent by my General Contractor.

These great plumbers are undoing the hideous mess under my home.
Restoring my actual great pipes that Michael’s pipe guy cut up —and abandoned. ( which is not a good thing anyway, in that old water can fester in abandoned pipes ).
— As a parting gift they didn’t insulate what they did install — install all wrong and needlessly.
But they were so lazy and incompetent that they left all my ‘old’ pipes in place. All the piping they ‘abandoned’ for No Good Reason.
Thankfully.They left them.
As they are beautiful and are now re-hooked up.
And working PERFECTLY.
Finally hot water —everywhere. Almost instantly.

I can’t tell you how protracted the problems were.
These guys, including the principals,
!! are not who you want to hire.
— Simply cannot be trusted.

Once again these guys were the best. Had to get a new furnace and air conditioner. Work was above and beyond professional. So pleased . Can't even explain how happy I am. With old system had the thermostat set to 70-75 just to keep the house at 68 it constantly ran and was noisy to no end. The new system is so amazing I have the thermostat set at 75 during the day and 75 at night. It's so quiet I don't even know that it's on . AND ITS FRICKIN COLD in the house. As always good job . Thank you so much Mickey and Phil and the other guys and girls involved.

Honest company that I am thankful for.
I mistakenly called roto rooter to unclog a mainline clog. Roto rooter came out, did not fix the issue, and did not even bring a mainline snake with any blades at all, then proceeded to tell my 90 year old grandmother she needed to have new pipes and they would need to dig up all the pipes a quote of thousands of dollars. Absolutely terrible company. I then called michaels plumbing, explained the issues, they came out and fixed it immediately without issue. Thank you for being an honest company I will be using you guys for any of your services f

Michael's was able to get someone out to our house very quickly, helped us winterize, and helped us plan for upcoming items that will need replacing soon. They were so helpful at checking multiple things I was concerned about and explaining a lot of parts of our home that I just didn't know as a new home owner. Didn't make me feel dumb or stupid at all and was very kind and helpful! Definitely would recommend Michael's.

Michael’s plumbing is the only plumber I will ever call from now on. I had an instant hot water heater installed recently and they did a superb job. We also wanted another hot/cold line run to the exterior of the garage, so we could have hot water outside to wash cars. They said it was no problem. I recently had a clogged pipe and they were out to my house with 2 hours to get it all fixed. Hands down the best plumbing company in the area.

My company has gone through slakey Bros for many years all of our hot water heaters come from Slakey Brothers. They have been nothing but rude to our staff. Hi personally advised going somewhere.

Why do you refuse to take my money? I have tried to spend my money on small plumbing or hvac items that are in no way prohibitive items to the general public. I need a part to the h2o heater I buoghtt from you. I'm going to lowes, or home depot because i think its wrong to freeze out customers
