Antonio came on-site and did a terrific job putting in a new hot water pump that dramatically helps keep the time down to get hot water at the faucets and showers located through the house. He replaced all the old plumbing associated with the broken pump, put in new cutoff valves and later added a smart sensor which will learn our habits and turn the pump on during those times vs continuously running throughout the day and night. Highly recommend Hoffman and Antonio!

HOFFMAN plumbing was wonderful, the weather was about to drop into the teens and I had no heat they set me up for a Saturday to get me a new HVAC and I wasn't charge extra for after hours. They were fast on the install and left everything clean. MY house is comfortable now. Thank you

Initial scheduling appt meet expectations.
No follow calls from Hoffman - did not get a status on parts from either technician or manager as indicated by my initial follow up call. Again had to call to get another update and no call back, then suddenly received a text that the technician was on his way even though no appt scheduled.
Invoice has no detailed breakdown of labor and parts. After further research looks like I was seriously over-charged for this work:
1. Maybe recirculating pump itself was $1,000 - $1,200 (very healthy markup)
2. Labor for 1 hour of work, maybe $250
3. Other parts - Maybe $400

Should be $1,600 - $1,800 vs $2,311. My estimates are generous to Hoffman.

The technician did complete the actual installation well.

But yea, I won’t be using Hoffman next time.

Ethan and Jose were very professional, skilled and very careful while doing a duct cleaning in our house of eight years. Very happy with the job they did. And the house is a bit cleaner this morning!!!

Tech was a one guy does it all, including inspection of furnace, ducting, thermostat, even inspected power supply and let me know it was way outdated, wrote quotation for new heater, air conditioner, condenser, power supply box, etc. Crawled under house! Only charged $10!!!
What a deal! Called 2 hours in advance to give me a "heads up". Very cool. Spoke English! Will definitely go with these guys.

We contacted Hoffman to get an estimate for a gas line installation for a gas range. Tristen arrived early which I always appreciate. He listened to what we wanted and explained in great detail what it would include to have the work done. My wife and I had no idea how extensive the installation would be. Unfortunately the cost of the installation doesn’t make the juice worth squeeze. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and attention to detail Hoffman provided and I would definitely use them for any electric or plumbing needs that may arise in the future

Miguel and his crew were fantastic! They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my condo. They were all very knowledgeable and kept on working straight through for hours until they were all finished. They worked together well and the process went smoothly as far as I could tell. Each of the guys were polite and respectful of my property. Miguel was personable and showed me how to replace the filter and explained a bit about how the furnace and a/c ran because I had a few questions. I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing & Electric to any homeowner.

I have been using Hoffman’s for years. Some people have commented that they are changing with the buy out. I have found just the opposite. Joe and his team were getting stretched a little thin and the merger with Legacy in my opinion has tea helped them give better service in the plumbing dept. and example is Diego up from Vegas and relocating to Carson. He has local family in Carson and understands what is means to give great service and word of mouth from honest service is the best advertisement for a company. As always I highly recommend Hoffman/Legacy Plumbing and personally recommend Diego for big and small jobs and those he works with on bigger jobs. Great leader and keeps the customer happy.

Jesus and Raymundo were awesome techs. Professional, humorous, and showed us everything they were doing with our bypass system. Hoffman should be very proud of these guys.

I love a company that doesn’t come in and try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Jesse was great, addressed items that seem to be legit concerns and let me know what things were fine and could wait. The bids provided seemed quite reasonable.

Antonio was so respectful and efficient. I was very nervous about what needed to be done and he came in and was so patient when I asked him questions and took his time to explain what needed to be done. He put my mind at ease and then went to work. He ran into a small problem and came and told me about it, then finished the job and was on his way. Thank you Hoffmanns plumbing for hiring such a nice and competent young man.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough! Grant made sure he had all pertinent information before he even began making an assessment and evaluation. He gave specifics of the areas of the system he checked. I really appreciate Grant's ability to explain the issue so clearly. All of the above gave us total confidence in him, the company and that the issue was resolved completely.

He was great!! looked over the job told me he’d be back tomorrow to complete it. I was good with that. I told him I would see him tomorrow. This man deserves five stars not 4 1/2. He is definitely a five star. Amazing job cleaning my water tank runs great so far!!!

The young man they sent out did a great job at installing my new water heater. Quick, clean and had us back up in no time.

Steve was great! He was professional, knew what he was doing, was amenable to my need for to remove and place my pavers one paver at a time, conscientious of the expense, and a great singer…always a happy tune and a smile.

Daniel was phenomenal. He is so kind and thoughtful. I appreciate his patience and thoroughness to the job. He was early to the job and cheerful throughout the day. His attention to the details has not gone to waste. He showed me where the problems in the system were and explained how a solution would take effect.

Collectively, they completed the repair and replacement of the system with a wonderful disposition and awareness to me (the homeowner).

Thank you for sending these two to my home to do this job. Wonderful.
