Great work on installing my new water heater. Steve explained everything I needed to know as for maintenance in the future. He cleaned up as if he wasn’t there. Highly recommend this company.

I had three different tasks to be done, called Ira Hansen Plumbing to work up an estimate. Chad came out assessed what needed to be done, they worked up a price for the estimate. I agreed to the price and work they ordered the parts necessary made an appointment for getting the work done. Came out on time as agreed Chad and his associates came out and completed all three jobs in a very timely matter tested and completed the job in a couple hours which was quicker than I was expecting, but did a fantastic job very pleased with work done and will definitely use them again for future projects

Larissa at Ira Hansen Plumbing was super sweet and quick to schedule me in for an appointment for a toilet repair. Greg showed up he was very professional very thorough was able to quickly resolve the issue and we obtained quotes for future jobs. The quotes were delivered in my email the next day. Would highly recommend using Ira Hansen Plumbing.

If you ever need any plumbing services I would highly recommend Ira Hanson plumbing. Let me tell you why. I reeded myhouse re-piped because my pipes were all galvanized and over 60 years old. I started by getting three estimates. Two plumbing contractors gave me an estimate without even looking underneath my house. Both of those estimates were extremely high. My last estimate was with Greg from Ira Hansen plumbing
He was very polite and answered all my questions. he even crawled underneath my house, which has only a 3 foot crawlspace and did a thorough inspection of everything that needed to be done .I received a very reasonable estimate three days after the initial inspection. I decided to go with Ira Hanson because the price was very affordable and they are known to be a reputable company in the Reno area. When Greg and his co-worker, Louis , showed up they got right to work and got the job done in two days! They cleaned up their work area at the end of each day and always kept us posted on what was happening. I will definitely be using Ira Hansen pluming in the future and so could you.

Steve and Cody were amazing, they worked on our water shut off valve. I was super nervous because it has leaked before but they were quick and efficient, super polite. We were going to do pavers but they informed us over time they would shift so we went with concrete. However they could've just given us what we wanted and not educated us which saved us time in the long run. Definitely holding onto their card for future work. Thank you!

I recently had a leak repaired by Ira Hansen and Sons plumbing. I had called on a saturday and they were able to come out on monday to give me a quote and they were able to do the work that same day. Dawson was our plumber and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to me. I thought the price was very affordable and reasonable. I was super stressed out about this leak in my kitchen drain but Dawson did such a wonderful job. He was so fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company! They were so great!

Young man named Dawson King arrived promptly for appointment. He gave a concise assessment of the problem and explained how he was going to solve it. Very good communication. Dawson was efficient and did very clean work. In addition, the company was very accommodating. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was able to get me a next day appointment forst thing in the morning after hearing about the water leak. She said my timing was impeccable, but I think she went the extra mile, too, to help me out. Dawson even called me the night before to get a good idea of what the job involved. He walked me through ensuring water was shut off properly in preparation for the repair. I recommend this plumbing company. It is solid, seems dependable, and has integrity. And, they go above and beyond to help out a homeowner beside himself with a water leak!!

I was in need of a toilet replacement for my parents house in a town I dont live in and they were able to help walk me through what was needed and get the work done promptly. Not the most expensive or cheapest, but good quality work and friendly technician.

Our insurance required us to get leak detection device. I was so impressed on the poor guys dedication to getting it installed. He was out there working in a torrential rain literally was raining so hard he found a huge box and worked under it to get it done. That was impressive and greatly appreciated. Hoffman Plumbing was able to get an estimator out to our house in 1 day. They emailed ahead to let us know who would be coming to our home and a picture so he was readily identifiable to us when he arrived, very professional and appreciated.
Nick phoned ahead to let us know his timetable and arrived right on time. He got right to work to identify the problem areas and prepare a bid for the work. We look forward to working with Hoffman when we are ready to proceed.

We always have great service from Hoffman Plumbing. We've used their different services many times. Our plumber today, Phillip, was such a great workman, professional, very skilled and friendly. We are very happy with the work he did, removing an old toilet and installing a new one. Very well done.

I had great service from Hoffman plumbing in the past, so I called them again when the need arose. They sent a technician out to see what was needed and left me an estimate. He said I would scheduled within a day or two. No one called me. I finally messaged them and was told I was on the schedule for the next day. I messaged them for the time and they said 8am to 11am. That day at 11:30 I called because no one showed up or called. They said my appointment was moved to 1pm to 3pm. Again, no one called or showed up, I called them. My appointment had been moved again to 3pm to 4pm. I canceled the appointment because this was unacceptable. I can understand the plumber being late because of the job he was on, but to not keep the customer advised of the status of their appointment is bad business. Their front office needs training in customer service.

Nathan swung by to give our old furnace a check up. He was thorough and very fair- noting issues with pressuring us towards an expensive fix. He approached the issue as though it was his own home. Thanks Nathan!
