Matt & Mike came out to give an estimate for replacing an existing residential water heater. They very nicely told me, and showed me, that the existing heater was working fine. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely call Silver State for another estimate when it's actually time to replace our unit.

Mike and Matt were great! A seemingly small problem got a bit more complicated when they realized that I had a bad water supply valve to my toilet that wouldn't shut off. They got some extra supplies and stayed until they got the job completed. I will definitely call them next time I need a repair or install.

Mile and Matt were excellent. Prompt notice when on way, arrived on time and came totally prepared to fix. One stop and all good. Cleaned up well and a total pleasure vs most plumbing repair experiences.

Mike and Matt arrived early. After describing my problem they went to work and identified my issue. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They explained everything to me prior to working on problem. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

My DIY did not go so well. Four weeks promising my wife I would fix it, but sadly I was wrong. We ended up making an appointment with Silver State Plumbing.

We were scheduled for a window of 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. which we were fine with since it was their first available appointment when we booked. The day of our appointment, they called and said they were available earlier if we were available, and we accepted immediately. Now, not only on-time, but able to start early, I'm grateful to meet Mike and Matt. They quickly diagnosed the problem, promptly provided an estimate and completed the repair correctly while leaving not a trace they were here.

They were polite and professional. They were friendly with our dog and mindful not to let him out of the yard.

Ultimately my wife and I can use our kitchen again. These guys were great and I recommend this team. Thank you Mike and Matt.

Kitchen sinks backed up. Mike and Matt arrived to worked on this issue, crawling under the house in a tight, wet, cold crawl space. They discovered a 5’ section of pipe that was heavily damaged and needed to be replaced.
Our insurance company was fighting about paying for the repair while the guys waited patiently. After two hours, we finally received approval and they completed the job. Matt and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, explained everything so I could understand the issues and how they fixed it. These guys are great! We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Silver State Plumbing is fortunate to have these guys work for them.

Matt & Mike were awesome. They promptly diagnosed and fixed a leak under our sink that was due to a mistake the home builder made. They were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I recently received a free water heater flush and plumbing inspection from Silver State. After receiving a reasonable estimate from the tech I scheduled the maintenance work. Matt and Mike came out again and were so fast and professional. Once again Mike surprised me by letting me know something on the quote they were not able to fix and removed it. I appreciate this honesty and it gives me confidence in their techs and company as a whole. Where some other companies may have just changed the cartidge in my kitchen faucet knowing it wouldn't fix the issue, Mike was very up front and told me it wouldn't help.
I would use Silver State anytime in the future and recommend them hands down!

Mike and Matt are an amazing team! We Fought with landlords for a year to fix sewer line properly and had many plumbers at house. They came in and couldn't believe the condition of crawl space and broken and leaking pipes. Finally, the landlord allowed them to do our repairs. We couldn't be happier! We are one of the “lucky ones” to have faulty Kitec plumbing that finally gave out. It is heart wrenching to hear you have to re-pipe your entire home. However, Mike and his brother Matt specialize in this type of work. And they not only put our minds at ease and quickly mapped out a plan that was most minimally invasive, but while doing the work, they were in constant contact while they graciously fixed everything while we were away over Thanksgiving. They even worked ON Thanksgiving. The clear communication and positive attitudes calmed my nerves immensely. I trust and appreciate these guys and you should too!
