Chad was very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. He replaced both our outside faucets that were leaking. Unfortunately he had to go thru our walls to replace these faucets but he cleaned up after cutting the drywall and putting the piece back in. I would definitely use Ira Hansen and son again for any plumbing needs, especially Chad.

Chad and Louis were fantastic. They were able to solve our initial leak with our kitchen faucet and found another while installing the new faucet and were able to fix that leak also. They were quick and efficient. Will definitely call Ira Hansen & Sons Plumbing again.

Dawson did an excellent job replacing hose bibs, replacing a faucet, and fixing a dishwasher drain line. Quick and efficient. Very friendly and knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions about all sorts of things while he worked. I would definitely recommend him.

Not knowing anything about your company, I went online recently, looking for a plumber when my garbage disposal went out. I saw your ad saying that it's a family-owned business and since I prefer to do business with families who work together like that, I dialed your number.
I spoke to Brianna about the trouble I was having and she was quick to assure me saying she thought IHS could absolutely help me and set me up for a Plumber to come by the next day. Luis showed up on time, introduced himself, and asked how he could help me. He explained everything the job might entail, added that he takes photos and documents all of his work, as he is currently an Apprentice working toward becoming a Journeyman and has a Quality Control gentleman who oversees his work. I told him I was impressed how pleasant and knowledgeable he is, and to his credit, he said everyone at IHS is the same way good people and very good at their jobs. Then I asked him if he had time to look at my shower faucet that had been stuck for quite some time. He said "Of course"! I also asked him about my bathroom sink that no longer had a plug, just an open space where the plug used to be. He told me about the press-n-plug sink stopper and said he'd pick one up for me when he went to the hardware store for supplies. He set an appt to come back today Feb 6 from 12-4pm and was again on time and very pleasant and got right to work. Midway through he had to stop for a trip to the hardware store but came right back and was finished by 3:00. He showed me all the work he did, asked if I was happy with everything (I was thrilled!) or had any questions, showed me the bill (a great price I must say), including senior discount, and said to call him if I had any more questions or concerns. WOW. Oh my goodness. I felt like I'd hit the jackpot! Luis is the perfect combination of Quality Professional and personable individual who genuinely cares about the people he serves. I highly recommend IHS and Luis for all your plumbing needs. If you would like Luis to be your technician, all you have to do is request him. He certainly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to set me at ease and make his visit a great experience. So glad I called!

Our old hot water heater was on its last leg. We contacted several plumbing companies for quotes on a new tankless system. Ira Hansen and Sons plumbing showed up promptly, and was courteous. They explained everything in terms that was easy to understand. After weighing all of our options the choice was simple.

Gary came to the house to check out the job two days before the scheduled date for the installation just to make sure all bases were covered. On installation day they were prompt and well prepared again. There were several challenges along the way due to the original construction of the home. Gary and his partner took care of them without a fuss. The installation was done much faster than expected. The new system looks beautiful.

Great company at every step of the process. Steve Alvarado was the technician responsible for my evaluation and repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. He explained to me everything he was doing and answered any and all of my questions. I plan to use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

We had an unexpected kitchen sink leaking. I made a call that morning, and Johnny came within two hours. He was able to expect it and gave us our options. He was able to get a new faucet for us and install it within a less than a couple of hours. The customer experience was efficient and quick. I will recommend this company to any one I know.

Dawson and Cody called prior regarding their availability to start early, and we agreed to get started 15 minutes early.
They were professional, efficient, and explained the various issues and features of the new garbage disposal and the new kitchen sink faucet they installed. When finished I was provided a demonstration and they left a clean work area.

I messed up and didn’t winterize my sprinkler system. Last night I realized the pipe had burst so I shut the water off and contacted Hanson and Sons Plumbing early this morning. Robin called me back before 8:00AM and got me scheduled. Fortunately, Greg had an appointment change so he was able to come at 9:00AM. He fixed the burst pipe, replaced the frozen valve and had it ready to go within a couple of hours. He also let me videotape him on the proper way to winterize for winter and spring so I will remember how to do it next time.

Had an issue with our guest toilet after hosting for the holidays. Called Ira Hansen and Sons and Dawson came out the same day. Dawson was great! He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, giving us a thorough explanation. If we ever need plumbing in the future we will definitely use Ira Hansen and Sons and will specifically request Dawson.
