Hoffman plumbing provided excellent service, specifically Steve our technician who went above and beyond in making sure the job was completed. Steve was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions. It was a tough job, but still Steve remained professional and kept his cool providing us with excellent service! My wife and I have found our plumbing and water heating service company from here on thanks to Steve! Hoffman Plumbing and Steve are lifesavers and got our water heater and plumbing back online!

Hoffman has been my go-to plumbing company for a few years now. They work hard to resolve plumbing issues and are dependable, on time, and quick to respond. Always very happy!

Came 2 hours after we contacted them for a leaking bathroom faucet. Before Gage arrived, we remembered two other issues with toilets that our previous plumber had never returned our call about. So he graciously agreed to handle those issues, too. We are pleased with our technician and with the work completed.

we had broken pipe under the house and needed repair plumbing lines. (25k) we had installed water softeners hot water heater (our old one rotted), new shut off valve and main pipe, recovery dry under the house installations very good service. all supporting service teams worked awesome, including the city public utilities , electric, at&t officials, very quick. Casy, she is a a great worker, and Tristian and the construction people great work are very awesome! The office financing went great thank you. highly recommend this plumbing service
( the homeowners insurance, so far, they have done nothing yet.) this is all on me.

This experience was so much better than using Bighorn plumbing. It was so much more affordable and so much quicker. I needed my kitchen drain snaked again (it's been less than a year since Bighorn did the same thing) and it cost $325 LESS. If you need a plumber I'd recommend Hoffman before Bighorn EVERY DAY!

Was never told about the $99.00 service fee, or I would not have had them come over. I was asking for price comparisons.The lady that booked it said they come over and price the job before they even give a figure. I was shocked when i got a text message to
Pay "my" invoice. Appt was three hour window,fair. I Would get a text msg when they were on their way. Which ended up being when they were here. I didnt have my phone in the bathroom,so 3 min later they left. They did come back, but had they given proper notice,10 to 15 min, I may have been able to respond.

First of all, I think this company must scam their 5 star google reviews by having multiple google profiles under different names. I called Legacy plumbing and Hoffman showed up.

My appointment was from 8-11. I got a text at 9 saying a technician was on their way. At 11 I called because nobody showed up. I was informed the technician had an emergency and they would send someone else and they would arrive in 15 mins. After waiting an additional hour I called again was told someone different was being dispatched and would be here in 15 minutes. Someone arrived 30 mins later. He was unfriendly and obviously very unhappy with his career choice. I had them come to look at moving a gas line behind my stove, guy didn’t even pull the stove out to look behind it. Leaned over my stove with his filthy clothes and shines his phone light and said he would be back with an estimate. Came back with an estimate that included some kind of membership that he didn’t even explain to me and told me he would have the estimate emailed to me.

If you want a nice person and someone to show up on time don’t call legacy plumbing or Hoffman plumbing or whatever name they are using that day 🤣

And don’t bother replying to my review with one of your generic responses where you ask me to call you to resolve the issue! Why would I call you again? You guys are absolutely awful.

Great first impression with this company, mainly thanks to Dakota. Appointment time was 10-12p, tech called at 945 with his ETA. He was respectful and friendly, very personable. He explained everything and answered multiple follow up questions I had. I appreciate the pictures and videos attached with my initial invoice, it's a very transparent practice for the company.

Dakota replaced a toilet and installed new wax rings on another. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained each step to us. We lucked out having Dakota as our technician! Making the appointment was very easy also and dispatch took care of our request expediently.

Our daughter’s ceiling started leaking water at 6:00 am on a Thursday. I called three separate plumbers who were not able to schedule until 3 days from the day of damage. Hoffman was able to give us a window of 8-11 am. Nick was at our house by 7:45 and did a thorough assessment of damages. He was professional, courteous and kind. His team will be able to begin the repair on Monday. I recommend that his company whole heartedly

Nick answered our emergency on Friday afternoon. Without him we would have been without water in the whole house. He was very thorough and professional and fixed our problem. I will definitely do more business with Hoffman Plumbing.

Hoffman Plumbing and their great technician Steve did a great job repairing our leaking tub. Not only did they repair it, they went above and beyond and replaced the old faucet and spout with brand new ones all included. Thank you so much!

Nick arrived within 2 1/2 hours after I first made contact on line with Hoffman. So very much appreciate his politeness and speed in addressing my problem: the need for a new water heater. Nick removed the old tank and prepped for replacement, then John came after lunch and put in the new unit. I texted in the morning and had hot water by late afternoon. Wonderful!

Nick Kirk! The Sr plumbing technician knows his stuff. I was so grateful that he came up with multiple solutions for a home that had kitech plumbing inside of it. He was extremely patient, looked at all the variables and gave me a solid plan, not to mention he was able to verbally confirm that he could do work within a week. That’s incredible.

I got a quote on the spot, and leading up to the appointment. It was so easy. Booking over the phone, confirmation via text, confirmation that they were on their way. Excellent communication.

Luke was absoutly amazing. Cleaned Ptrap which should have been done the first visit from Hoffman for $99.00, and replaced toliet on the second visit. What a guy. Been waiting two plus years to get er done and he did it in two days with landlords OK. On Christmas Eve yet. The guy needs a four wheel drive vehicle to get to lake to work instead of chaining up. If I hit the lotto, I'll buy him one. Couldn't be happier with service, manners, personality and efficentcy. What a great job. Thank you Luke! John and Becky Bach!
