Plumber arrived on time and took less time than anticipated to install hot water heater. Had questions about the installation and the owner came out to address those right away. Explained how it all worked and left us feeling good with everything. Thank you Mike!

They seem reasonably priced. They showed up as scheduled and the technician installed our water treatment system that we purchased online. He seemed very knowledgeable about the process and gave us some great advice. Would recommend this plumbing company to anyone.

So I had a slow running kitchen drain and a heater that intermittently was powering off. The plumber for the drain came and while he was attempting to snake the drain broke the trap arm into the wall off. Not only did he charge ME to fix it but he also charged me the extra half an hour he spent talking about nothing to do with my drain. Then the heating guy comes a few days later and tries to tell me that the circuit board is totally fried and was gonna cost 460.00$ or I could just put in a whole new heater for 2700.00$. I know that shops pad the bill to make their money but these guys are taking it to a whole new level. I actually thought Michael’s was one of the last semi honest shops left in town. Guess not!

This is a story of 3 plumbing companies. Michaels being the #3, or third company that came to our house to unclog our main line from the house to the city sewer. #1 company broke off their clean out cable in our drain and never told us. He said no charge because his machine wasn't big enough to clear the drain. But it broke the cable in half? The second company, #2, came out and ran their cable down the drain with no head on the cable. Kind of like using a toothbrush with no bristles on it. Not very effective. They did not discover the broken cable or clear the drain. Kind of like using a toothbrush with bristles. Jerry from Michaels plumbing came out and saved the day. He found the leftover piece of cable and cleared the drain pretty easily and was extremely pleasant and professional the entire time he was at our home. The charge was considerably less than plumber #2 that didn't complete the job. I would definitely recommend Michael's to others for their plumbing services. I have had no experience with their HVAC service, though I'm sure they're just a good on that side of the business as well.

Called Michaels when my hot water heater needed replaced. They were quick to get me on schedule and had a replacement the same day. Great customer service and the tech on site was awesome as well. (I called other water heater service companies, left messages and never even received a call back. Go to Michael's first, dont waste your time with the others!)

Very disappointed in Michael's Plumbing. Waited for 11 days to get an appointment. We were very thorough telling them what work we needed, and we also had all the supplies we needed to complete the work. The technician came, and worked for two hours in our kithcen, then announced that we would need to make another appointment ourselves for the remaining work in the bathroom. No shower help provided at all. He left. This was the 8th of the month. We were told that they could come back on the 24th. We were shocked. No shower until then? Two hours is all we were given? $300+ bill. When we complained to the scheduler, they called us back saying the owner Leslie said they could fit us back in NEXT FRIDAY. (another week?) Not satisfied. Not recommending Michael's Plumbing. DID NOT FINISH THE JOB....

Highly recommend these guys I've used them a couple times efficient honest. Clear my septic within days also got my swamp cooler fixed and up and running for the summer.

Updated review. They responded to the review and were professional and Courteous. Apologetic for the work and Fiji Ed all the issues and a couple of items that were not addresses this first time. Would defiantly recommend Had an appointment for some repairs thought the home. Mostly toilet repairs. They showed up on time and completed the tasks. It wasn’t until after they left we found the main fill valve they replaced in our daughters bathroom was left in the tub. The main toilet doesn’t flush properly and is crooked asu it sits on the floor. The sink in the master drains very slowly after they installed a new pop up. Hopefully this review and a call to have them back out will remedy the problems we are having

The service plumber came to my home within the agreed upon time, he performed the work in a timely & professional manner.
The service plumber, Jerry, was clean & efficient. And the total price was very reasonable!
I will gladly call them the next time I have a plumbing problem or something plumbing related that needs to be replaced.

I highly recommend Michaels's Plumbing! Where another local plumber failed (and requested a week to fix the only shower in my house), Michael's had a tech out within 30 minutes, and completed the job professionally and quickly.

Emergency plumbing is not cheap, and Michaels is no exception, but the level of service is superior. I have a home warranty in place, and Michael's is not a contracted provider through them, but I will always use Michael's for my plumbing needs in the future.

We had some water damage and mold in our garage that extended behind our HVAC unit. In order for it to be cleaned up, the entire unit had to be moved. The insurance had Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air come out and do the work. When they put it back after the mold was cleaned up, they re-wrapped the duct work, re-insulated it and analyzed everything to make sure it was all properly working. Alex and the other technicians were extremely professional and friendly and did an excellent job explaining the work and getting things back up and running.

Our furnace stopped working so we called Michaels and Grant and perry came out on the same day to our house and found out our blower motor went out and it also took out the control board, they had the parts in the truck and put them both in and we are up and running again. They were professional and fast. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

This business has become the only place I trust to do repairs in this category on my house . Over the last few days we had heating and plumbing restored thanks to the amazing people who work at this buisness. They are affordable and even go to mobile homes. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that they rearranged their busy schedules to come to my house and fix the main sewer lines and heater so we could have a warm house and working toilets, shower, and washing machine during this winter storm. Chris, Eric, and Grant literally saved my house today so that my family and I can stay in it tonight. I can't say thank you enough.

I literally stumbled upon this company by accident and I am so glad that I did... I was Googling another business when I came across Michaels, it was the middle of the night when the furnace went out and I was half asleep... I called the answering service and received a call back within 10 minutes, they were able to come out the following day and it was such a pleasure to deal with them!! I found out it's a family-owned business and from here on out I will definitely be calling them for my heating and cooling issues!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would recommend Michaels to everyone!! 🤗

Nobody likes having to call a plumber but things do wear out. When my water heater began to leak, I called Michael's (a recommendation from one of their "former employees ") from my first call to the installation completion, I experienced nothing but a positive, professional experience. Job well done.

It was the 4th of July weekend. I had sold my washing machine and when we went to disconnect it the hot water line kept spraying water. The valve was broken. After calling multiple plumbers the only one who returned my call was Michael's plumbing. Eric returned my call within 10 minutes and explained to me he was on another job and wouldn't be able to make it out for about 3 hours. As that would have been later in the evening I scheduled him for first thing Sunday morning. Eric arrived promptly at 9:00 like we had agreed. He had the valve fixed quickly and professionally. And the price was very very reasonable. I would highly recommend Michael's plumbing if you have any issues that need to be taken care of. Thank you Eric for being prompt and professional and taking care of my problem.

Michael’s Plumbing has been my “go to” for years. They installed a new gas furnace for us, provided plumbing repairs, and regular maintenance on our furnace and AC. Great company that definitely wants the job done right.

Had service done to out heater yesterday the tech blocked my driveway and was rude when i asked him to pull up so i could get into the garage after he was done he just walked out never said anything to us definitely will not use them again

I've used Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air twice over the last year. Recently, I had a leak in my shower water line, they came out within 30 minutes of the call to make the repair, I was so thankful. They are very reasonable and professional. I highly recommend Michael's Plumbing Heating & Air and will definitely use them in the future.

With the temperature dropping we reached out to Michael’s Plumbing Heating & Air, Inc. this year to help us with the lack of hot water and heat in our home. The office always answers calls and their team of plumbers is incredible. They were consistently polite and thorough, despite the challenge of replacing an ancient water heater. This company is trustworthy and caring.

With the recent big storm and subsequent power outages, the furnace in our home would not turn on. After calling 3 other local companies for emergency service, Michael's was the only one who could provide same day service. I was so grateful as the heat was completely not working and it was still cold and snowing. In spite of the bad weather and very busy day, Mike from Michael's came and fixed the furnace so quickly. Additionally he and the office staff I spoke to were very kind and consistently gave realistic expectations for call back time, etc. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Micheal's really saved us when we needed our heat and no one else was able to come through.
