Would give them 10 stars if I could. The guy who came over educated my husband and I on water quality and the potential dangers from using and drinking tap water. I googled, TikTokd, AND YouTubed all this to fact check- same story across the board. We said yes. They installed a 10 year warranty maintenance free water filtration system. With my mother n law and 3 children living with us it was by far the best investment we ever could have made. The water taste great from every faucet, and now we do not have to worry about the health concerns either or buy bottled water which sucks and is bad for you. My hair is WAY softer now too, extra bonus. The other positive from it is that it ensures the longevity of our entire plumbing system as a whole. Wooo! Love them. Thanks dude.

A few years ago they installed a brand new water heater inside our home. The crew did an excellent job, they were quick and efficient, and we haven't had a single issue since. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend S&S Mechanical.

Words cannot describe how professional and thorough S&S Mechanical is from the start. The Technician was on time and gave us many different options before starting any work. We had gotten 2 other estimates from other companies prior to calling them. They gave the highest warranty and the cost for my water heater install was very fair priced. The other 2 competitors were $500+ more than S$S Mechanical. I recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you to the office staff as well for making us priority and getting us hot water the same day.

Jeremy is wonderful! I highly recommend his work. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the jackhammer sound coming from my pipes inside the wall. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He even called me the next day to be certain the noises were gone.

Just was charged $160 for 3 second fix on a leaky faucet and we have been using Michael's for years but no more

Completely misdiagnosed the source of my leak after spending over $1000. This company even suggested replacing a pipe (which would cost several thousand dollars) which won't even fix the leak.

I had an appointment with ken to give me an estimate on a 8x5 tiny little bathroom, all they would have to do is set up the plumbing no removal of anything just plumbing so he came in checked it out and here it is a week later no estimate no communication of any kind just me calling I called 3 or 4 times if they can’t handle this tiny bathroom who’s running this business shameful business attitude

There Heating and air department is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had them install the top of the line furnace I can't hardly hear it and it heats the house wonderfully. Top notch guy's.

Just had one of their drivers try to merge in to me and cut me off so that he could skip traffic. If they are unprofessional and trying to cut corners on the road I can't imagine they aren't doing the same at their job

It's nice to have a bathroom again. MPHA did a great job, they were flexible, and they reset the toilet three times when they didn't have to. All in all, I really appreciate the hard work.

Michael's provided a rapid response to my call. Logan is a warehouse of veteran advice who walked me through the diagnostics and repair details.
I will call Michael's for the next plumbing job.

Exemplary service at my apartment while patching a previously botched repair job by a ‘handyman’. Eric was very professional in his demeanor and I would absolutely recommend his service to anyone with a similar maintenance issue (leaky pipes behind wall).

My A/C broke Friday before our record setting weekend. Alex came out fri night but didn't have the part. They put a rush on my service since I am a maintenance client. By Tuesday it was fixed and my dog and I are now comfortable again. Thank you.

My pregnant wife who is due in just a few weeks has had to endure extreme heat in our home for over a month now along with our 2 year old and 71 year old ant. They keep rescheduling our appointments and even ignoring our phone calls . I pay insurance for my ac so that wen it brakes it can get fix in a timely professional matter . I’ve been lied to ignored and even given a portable ac unit from them that blows breakers in ever room of my house . I will never use this company again for anything .

Had to have my water heater replaced. A very courteous and respectful Kevin did the work and the company kept me up to date on cost and arrival time for the tech. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

The receptionist Brittany was awesome, but unfortunately everything went down hill from there. The owner was kind and refunded our money, but the HVAC manager, Phil, was condascending to me and tried to take advantage of my parents. Long story short, he quoted $350 to repair a unit under warranty that was installed by the company. After calling the manufacturer and being referred to Reno Heating and Air, we got the unit fixed for $0 additional fees. As a matter of fact, it turns out the $109 diagnostic was reimbursable under the warranty too. Something Phil failed to tell us. The manager did refund the $109 and promised to connect with the manufacturer to get a better understanding of the warranty. I appreciate that, but Phil's mysogynistic attitude and condascending explanation of fees will keep us from giving them our business in the future.
