Ignacio was terrific. He fixed one problem that had baffled a plumber from a different company. He also provided us a very reasonable quote for another issue that a previous plumber had actually screwed up. Ignacio was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. We appreciate the great service he provided.

Ira Hansen and Sons plumbing did an amazing job. Steve Alvarado the technician who came out to replace our water heater did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me in the loop on scheduling and on the day of service. Completed the work in just over 2 hours and he needed to bring everything up to code. Well done Steve and Ira Hansen Plumbing! I would highly recommend their service.

I had a very stressful couple of weeks around Thanksgiving when we found out we had a mainline issue at our home that was causing water to back up into our house. After a very poor experience with another plumber, we had Ira Hansen come out to look at the problem and offer a second opinion. They found a bunch of issues that were not noted from our previous plumber and were able to resolve the issue for the time being, but we did need to replace our mainline as there were multiple breaks and root intrusions (it's an old house with original plumbing). Chad was our plumber and he was great. He talked us through everything that we needed to have done and gave us deals everywhere he could. He ended up quoting us about $7,000 less than the other company for almost twice the amount of work. The work was done very quickly and everything is working great now! Not only did the work get done in a very timely manner, but he was also super helpful when working with insurance for reimbursement. All in all, I had the best experience I feel like I could have during a super stressful time. Nobody wants to replace their sewer line, but it does help when you feel like you can trust your plumber and they have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Chad and Ira Hansen and Sons to anyone who needs some plumbing done!

Gary, the service tech, was nice and prompt. However, he installed a ball valve on a hot water pipe, which it took one hour of time, and he charged me $673.00 (which is outrageous for one hours' worth of work). He initially quoted me the price (he gave me a range between $300-$600), he then performed the work, I had a coupon for $25 off; and then he charged me the same original quoted price (he didn't take off the $25 coupon). He did not give me a receipt nor did Ira Hansen email me a receipt. I was hoping to see an itemized bill. I am happy that Ira Hansen finished the job so quickly, however, very disappointed and felt I was significantly overcharged.

I had a great experience with Ira Hansen & Son’s Plumbing! Chad was our technician, and he did an excellent job. He cleaned out our septic, installed a new grinder pump, and took the time to explain how the entire system works and what we can do to maintain it properly. I really appreciated how thorough and professional he was—he even cleaned up everything when the job was done. It’s so refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and makes sure the customer understands every step. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company!! They got me an appointment for the next day when I called really late. Came and fixed my toilets and the major leak they were causing quickly and efficiently, not to mention did a thorough inspection to make sure nothing else was wrong. Then they gave me a great price for the work. It’s a local business, do not look any further for your plumbing needs, call them, you will not be disappointed!!!! Chad was my technician, he was fantastic, very competent, great customer service skills!!!!!!

This company is reputable, and comes recommended by quite a few of the people that I trust. Steve was the plumber that was sent out. He called ahead, showed up early, and got down to the problem within minutes of showing up and listening to the context of the situation. He gave me reasonable expectations, and also caught a few short cut code violations by the person who originally installed the unit. Overall, I would highly recommend. He was professional, efficient, and left his info in case there were further issues. Thanks for the great service!

We had a tricky plumbing situation, and our handyman doing the rest of the job asked us to get some reliable plumbing done before he proceeded. Greg was sent out with Johnny and understood the scope and diagnosed the need correctly and even took the time to speak with our handyman on the phone to make sure they were on the same page for the repair needs. Greg was able to return a few days later to do the work for us. We were very pleased and appreciated the competency. Greg even adjusted our full house water pressure for us as I remembered the need last minute. We would definitely use Ira Hansen & Sons again.

Ira Hansen is a plumbing service that I trust. They always provide good service. They're honest and upfront about their prices. This is the second time that I have used them and they're impressive to me compared to the other plumbing services. Marcus did a great job installing a new main water line at my house. They were quick and even helped put back the pavers after backfilling the holes. Definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a plumber.

I am so happy with the new water heater. The old one was 24 years old and it was time to replace it. I requested Gary as he had come out before to help me, and I really liked working with him. Had full confidence that he would do a good job and he did. He changed my water softener cartridge too and I am very happy to have clean water and a new heater! It is a great feeling knowing my house is well taken care of.

Steve came out to look at an issue I was having with a leak. He was honest, informative, and steered me in the right direction. I Felt confident, but he wasn’t trying to get me to do anything that I didn’t actually need and that means a lot to me. I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing issues. And I will ask for Steve! I’m sure the rest are great too

We found a leak under out house from one of the bathtubs and Ira Hansen and Sons got us in quickly for a consult. Gary came out and explained what was going on and answered all questions very knowledgeably. They were able to schedule us for remediation for two days later and Gary and Cody worked quickly to get everything completed. It was a very positive experience all around. Thank you!

Great experience! Johnny was knowledgeable, had seen my problem with my water heater before. Warranty covered the part and he was very quick completing the job. He provided great information and set great expectations. I will use Ira Hansen in the future for sure!

We had a broken drain pipe so we contacted Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. The office Manager was very helpful and was able to have Service Technician Steve Alvarado come out that day to look at our plumbing. We came up with a plan for the plumbing repair and Steve was able to come back the next day to complete the plumbing repair and rebuild the drains for our vanity.

I called Ira Hansen plumbing to install new faucets I purchased in both my master bath (2 new faucets) and guest bath (1 new faucet), and to replace all the shower fixtures in the master bath, again which I had provided. The plumber Johny did an outstanding job on all the needed repairs. The faucet supply lines in the master bath were old and needed recommended repairs and replacement. Johny explained all the work to me and provided what I felt was a fair estimate for the work. I have used Ira Hanses Plumbing on many different occasions and am consistently pleased with the quality and professional work performed. Once again they have made me a satisfied return customer.

Greg has come out twice and has been very helpful both times. He was very courteous, pleasant to talk to, and very thorough in his tests and explanations. Never felt like he was trying to push needless recommendations on me just to make a few extra bucks like other companies. I felt like the work quality was great and at a fair price.

Plumber listened to what I needed done. He did the two things I asked. And then he showed me how to fix my kitchen sink with an allen wrench. Not sure I could do it but could try if my faucet only gives hot water again. He was very pleasant and got my two repairs (a slow drain in my bathroom sink) done in under one half hour. He did just charge me the service fee call of $150, so that was nice of him. But I am just surprised for those two very small jobs that the fee was $150. Maybe every company has a flat rate to make a call. And I appreciate he did not charge me more. Guess the shock is the original service fee is pretty high for a divorced senior living on a fixed income to pay. Seems maybe there might be a waiver of the flat rate with something a bit lower for seniors. Thank you!
