I recently had the opportunity to work with Mr. Rooter Plumbing on several plumbing jobs across different properties, and the experience was nothing short of excellent.

What truly made the process exceptional was Veronica. She was absolutely amazing—organized, responsive, and incredibly efficient in coordinating multiple projects at once. From scheduling to follow-ups, she managed every detail flawlessly and kept everything moving smoothly. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she always made herself available to answer questions or address concerns quickly.

The plumbing team was professional, punctual, and delivered high-quality work on every job. Each project was completed on time, and the properties were left clean and ready for the next steps.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing, especially if you’re juggling multiple jobs or timelines. And if you have the chance to work with Veronica, you can rest easy knowing you’re in the best hands.

Ryan showed up right on time and even though we had a few unanticipated delays, he stuck with it until the job was done. I also love that there was no bait and switch with this company. Most times the rooter guy shows up and it’s twice what they quoted. Will use them again, and again as I manage commercial properties.

I was researching and wanted to set up a call to talk about what I needed and put my info on the website. A few minutes later I get a text saying there are coming to my house today without anyone talking to me. So I call them to cancel and afterwards they still showed up waking up my sleeping baby. Completely unacceptable

I needed to have an old double sink removed and a new single kitchen sink installed. I wanted to hire a plumber to get it done correctly and within my budget, so I got quotes from multiple companies. Mr. Rooter's was the most affordable so I went with them. Beau gave me the estimate on a Tuesday and said someone can come install on Wednesday. However, I said I am not available Wednesday and would like it on Friday afternoon. He said he'll let them know and I figured someone from the company will call me. On Wednesday, while I was at work, I got a text saying a tech was on the way for the installation. Good thing my boyfriend was home early from work, but I expected them to call and schedule a time on Friday. They said they'll come back, but since they were already there, might as well get it done.

Per my boyfriend, Scott and a trainee worked on the project to remove the old and install the new sink. He also said the quote given to us was lower than what he would have quoted it, but since the price was already agreed on, he went with the price by Beau.

There was a leak in the pipes when I got off work to check it, but it was small so since it was late in the day I decided to contact them the next day. Scott left his number for a follow up if there were issues, but when I texted and called him about the problem, I didn't hear anything from him for a few days. I finally decided to call the main line and was directed multiple times, but someone was able to put me on the schedule to get the leak looked at. Connor came 1.5 hours earlier than the time frame I was scheduled for, but again good thing my boyfriend was home. Connor was able to fix the leak and there hasn't been any problems since. Two days after Connor came to fix the leak, I got a text that a tech is on their way. But I did not make additional appointments. I thought it was an error, but later when I got home from work, Scott left a note at the door. He never called me back saying he'll come by or acknowledge my text/call with voicemail. Then he randomly puts me on the schedule without me knowing, so of course no one would be home. Do they expect us to be sitting at home waiting all the time and not have jobs? It is very inconvenient when they arrive at an unexpected day/time which had me take out 1 star.

Additionally, the second star is because I expected the overall job to be done better by Scott and his trainee. There was residual all around the sink that was not removed. He said they're afraid to scratch the countertops? I attached a picture of what some of the leftover residual looks like. When hiring someone to install the sink, I didn't expect them to consider that a finished job. The new sink also was not flush with the countertop because the sealant was not applied evenly. I am afraid water can get underneath with mold growth in the future. Since it was going from a double to single sink, there was a part of the pipe that was open and stuffed with a paper towel. Scott mentioned it wouldn't be a problem unless the pipes become clogged? So I had to go to the Home Depot myself to find a cap to replace the paper towel.

If I knew these were all the things I would have to deal with from the beginning, I would have chosen a different company to do this project. But I chose them because they have some good reviews on Google and seemed legit.

Lastly, I still have not received a receipt for the project and he mentioned they got a new person so it might be taking some time. But I didn't expect it to take this long and I am not sure if I will get a receipt at this point. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I wish I would have known this is what their service would be like. I hope they see this as an opportunity to improve for future customers.

Michelle was very nice, professional and reassuring. Shawn was amazing. He worked hard to clear the drain and was professional and helpful in educating me on drains. Very personable. I will call again and again for their help - as long as Michelle and Shawn are there! Same day service!!! Thank you!

BE WARY OF THIS SHADY COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
On Oct 5 I filled out 2 online forms for an estimate on getting my septic tank pumped from Mr Rooter and also Waters Vacuum Services. I needed the tank located, the caps dug down to, and the tank pumped. Michelle from Mr Rooter called back almost immediately. I stated that I only wanted the tank located and pumped and she said she would send someone out the next day.
The next day Jake shows up, runs his camera down the clean out pipe and informs me I have a serious problem. He runs his camera about 6 feet and can go no further. He says my lateral line from the house to the tank has disconnected from the tank and there’s a huge root ball that has to be removed and if I don’t get it taken care of immediately I was going to have a major sewage problem. I’m immediately skeptical because I hadn’t had any problems in the house and there was no signs of a problem in the yard to indicate a dislocated pipe. I call Waters Services for a second opinion, but they don’t have a repairman available for at least a week. I’m thinking if there truly is a major problem I’d better get it fixed and I agree to the job which is scheduled for the next day.
The next day the diggers show up with Jake and he collects the $6740 for the repair. He also says that the septic pumping would cost $1500, but they’d include it with this repair. He shows them where to dig and then leaves. The diggers dig for approximately 1 hour and uncover the tank about 2 feet down. They continue to unearth the pipe leading from the tank to the house and discover that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the system at all. There is no leakage along the pipe anywhere. I ask them to open the cap and when they do I immediately realize that Jake’s camera was actually hitting the back of the pipe in the tank all along and he misdiagnosed it. I take pictures and send them to both Jake and Michelle telling them that there is no problem and that I want at least half my money back if not more.
That Friday the septic tank was scheduled to be pumped and Michelle came back with a different guy to confirm whether there was a problem or not. He confirmed there was not and Michelle says she will only refund me $3370.28, which is half of the amount I paid. Also, the septic pumper showed up and guess what, it’s Waters, the other company I had contacted for a quote. They subcontract the pumping with them. By this time I had gotten a quote from Waters and they would have only charged me $1200 for the pumping and Mr Rooter was charging $1500. I ask Michelle why she charges so much more, but she didn’t answer and she left. Later that day I call Michelle to tell her that only one tank could be pumped because her crew didn’t uncover the other cap to pump the dark water tank. She scheduled the diggers to come out on Monday and the other tank to be pumped on Friday. On Friday the pumping was finally completed. It has taken 2 weeks to get the septic tank job completed and nobody came back to fill in the second hole, my husband had to do it.
I assess the situation and am upset because I was charged $3370 to have my septic tank pumped which by their own admission should have cost only $1500. I call the Corporate office on Monday morning and complain that I should get $1800 back. They take my information and record my complaint and says they will call me back within 48 hours and they never do. I am contacted via text when I leave a 0 review and go through the whole spiel again. After texting back and forth for 2 days I am informed that basically I was lucky to get back half my money and that no more will be given.
This company ripped me off and from reading other reviews, has done the same to others.
In what universe does it cost $3370 to pump a septic tank??
    BEWARE!!

I very much hope I'm done with Mr Rooter forever. After a sixty day saga starting with a failed attempt to make my tub drain quicker, we’ve had 12 appointments — seven of them cancelled and rescheduled, often with no communication from them. They replaced my bathtub drain assembly, cut clumsy holes in the walls of my Kitchen and laundry room, and eventually, made it so the bathtub drains correctly. After each of their attempts, something new was wrong, and finally they got the work done After some threats of small claims legal action. The persistent incompetence was a little distressing, and I wouldn’t have kept calling them if they hadn’t owed me a finished job. They are under new management and have had some personnel share arrangements, so maybe your experience will be different with them. And to their credit, they did eventually waive the invoice because this job had taken so long and been done so poorly.

I just bought a new home, and the water heater blew out. After calling 3 other plumbing companies, one even booked me and then cancelled an hour before showing, Mr. Rooter kindly sent someone out at the end of a work shift day.
Once their tech arrived we discovered the crawlspace had flooded, and it became an urgent situation that needed to be pumped before they could even get to the source.
Scott, and his crew didn’t push me off till later in the week. They felt it was very important to take care of it for me right away, and even worked through the weekend!
All I can say is these guys went above and beyond to get our home back up and running so that we could not only have water working in the house, again, but to make sure that my home would not suffer any more damages any time again in the near future!
    Customer for life here!

Helped me with a solution for ground water problems which I appreciate, they finished 1/16/26. After project was completed I found an issue with water still coming out of a pipe next to my foundation which was part of the original project. I called the company starting on 1/23/26 numerous times to have it fixed and no one showed up and the issue still isn't fixed as of today 2/3/26. I will call someone else when I need a plumber in the future.

These guys are A+ in my book and I am extremely critical usually. Came out on Memorial Day weekend, troubleshoot the problem and set up everything to fix my sewer pipe from the house to the street that became completely blocked by a root intrusion. All 5 of the people I worked with were top notch. Totally competent, fair price, on time, all that. If I had another problem like this I would not hesitate to call them. I doubt I will though....they did such a great job!

Filled out a form for a quote to do some work, and the apprentice showed up at 630pm wanting to start work without a quote. Called the next day and they told me they had a miscommunication. Made an appt for a quote, and they never showed...no call, no email. Called them back and they told me they could be there the following day. Again...no show, no call, no email.

Reply: That is not what happened. He showed up at 630pm without confirming what I wanted. He walked into my house without being invited...just followed my wife inside when she said she would grab the phone to call me. Luckily, I was right down the street. And I have cameras video and sound recording everything. I told the person that showed up I wanted a quote for work to be done and he said to call the scheduler and left. I did call the next day and they set the first appointment. Then no one showed up. I call a couple hours after that and the scheduler apologized and set a second appointment for the next day. Again, no one showed up. It is one thing if you all are too busy or have an emergency and have to cancel. Two no call no shows in a row is unacceptable and your reply was dishonest.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! They are not professionals and they do not know how to fix plumbing issues. They quoted me $7k to dig up pipes after Dakotah Bailey left a huge mess in our crawl space without notifying us. There was very little communication, left our door unlocked overnight because he left so quickly, and the manager Michelle is also unresponsive to help. We needed help urgently and they said they could come right away, but he came hours later because Dakotah’s phone died. They said he came earlier, but that was a lie. This is a very shady company and the worst one I’ve worked with. Go to 1 Tom Plumber for professional help and honesty.

Our garbage disposal was broken and we called our home warranty company to arrange a repair. They hooked us up with Silver State Plumbing, and within two hours, they called us to schedule. The dispatcher said they were running ahead of schedule and could come today, before the Labor Day weekend! By 3:30 they were here, and by 4:30 a brand new, quieter disposal was installed. Now THAT is service!! This is my second time having Silver State come out, and both times, they’ve been responsive, fast, and polite. They also are conscientious about wearing shoe coverings, which I SO appreciate!!!

Thankful for Matt and Mike at Silver State Plumbing, it was late in the day, but they opted to take care of our issue before they called it a day. We really appreciated it and are thankful to have the water back on.👍

The plumbers, Mike and Matt, were extremely friendly and explained everything that they were going to do. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Their customer service was great. They got the job done quick and efficiently. They even had to track down a part to fix the leak in our shower. Mike and Matt came for a routine inspection and to drain the water heater. Excellent work explaining how and what they were doing. Two corroded valves replaced and sink drains cleaned in master bathroom. They inspected water pipes under the house. Recommended stealing them to code. Will send estimate and options for financing. Very respectful and competent team. Thank you Silver State!
