Kitchen sink was getting back up and tech took over an hour to snake the line and make it worse. The line was still back up after he was done. They had to come back twice afterwards to fix it. He didn't tighten the pipe under the sink and cause the leak. He unplug the dishwasher and garbage disposal and forgot to plug it back in. Had to call Friendly Plumbing to come and fix the issue. Roto-rooter is way over price and couldn't get the job done. Won't ever use them again.

Roto-Rooter came to help us deal with a leaky toilet emergency. They were able to come out quickly and help us get our repairs started in a timely manner. They were prompt, knowledgeable and very reliable! We will continue to use them in the future.

Had an emergency and needed a repair on a Sunday. Our service repair technician was Brandon Zahara. He was GREAT! He was timely and very knowledgeable and respectful! He was very efficient and professional. His work is excellent and he sets the standard for what a service repair technician should be! I will always request him in the future and refer him to friends and family. Thank you again Brandon for helping us out. We are very grateful!

Doug and Arron came right out. They assessed the problem with a scope, which it turns out is not as bad as the first quote we got. I saw on the camera what the problem was and discussed the repairs that needed to be done. I got a quote within 20 minutes. They are fixing a sewer line and even cleaned up the old sewage that was in the area which the other company left. I highly recommend these guys. She can’t go wrong😊

Roto-Rooter had a tech out to fix my clog within half an hour after I called! The tech was very cordial and considerate and explained exactly what he was seeing and doing to resolve the issue. Our line was badly blocked and required 2 attempts but with perseverance the tech was able to get it cleared; very thankful for his patience.

We recently faced a stressful situation: needing a sewer line replacement while our house was in escrow. After reaching out to numerous plumbing companies who wouldn't even return our calls, Roto-Rooter was a breath of fresh air. They were always easy to get ahold of, and Doug and his crew did an excellent job. Doug was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated on their progress, and they finished the job before our escrow closed. We especially appreciated Doug's honesty about the necessary repairs and costs. Not only did they provide a permanent pipe replacement, but their solution was also less expensive than another company's quote for a temporary fix. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their professionalism and reliability!

Michael was very professional and helpful with the situation that I had with my kitchen sink. He showed me a few things that were done for unclogging and getting the garbage disposal working. He was a nice guy with a friendly attitude. I would use him again in the future.

This was hands down the worst plumbing experience of my life. Roto-Rooter should be ashamed of themselves. The plumber they sent to my home wasted 7 hours of my day doing absolutely nothing except repeating the same useless procedure over and over while telling me “just one more time.” He must have said that a hundred times like a broken record, and in the end, the problem was exactly the same as when he started only now I was out hundreds of dollars and 7 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

He took multiple breaks on the clock, disappeared for over an hour with no explanation, and clearly had no clue what he was doing. This wasn’t just incompetence it felt like a blatant attempt to run up the bill. When we finally told him we were done, I called another local plumber who came out today, charged me less than half of what Roto-Rooter scammed me for, and actually fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. That plumber even told us point-blank that Roto-Rooter completely ripped us off and the plumber sent to my house was just trying to rack up the bill.

As local business owners, we always try to stay local and support others, but this company is nothing but a scam operation preying on people who don’t know better we are extremely disappointed and as an extremely large local Reno business i will make it a point to tell everyone i know how horrible this company is . They wasted my time, stole my money, and gave me zero results. I wouldn’t let Roto-Rooter touch a garden hose, let alone my plumbing. Avoid them at all costs this company is a joke and a ripoff.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable on their craft. They fixed some major issues in my backyard which 2 other plumbers failed to resolve.

This is the second time Roto Rooter in Sparks has rescued items from my plumbing. Last year I received delivery of a Diamond pendant necklace from ups. Went in the bathroom to try it on and the pendant fell off the chain and slipped down the sink drain. I hadn't even had the relatively expensive necklace for 15 minutes and it was gone. I called Roto Rooter in Sparks and they sent someone out within 30 minutes to retrieve the pendant for me. Three weeks ago while showering a Diamond stud earring fell off my ear and went down the drain. It was a small diamond stud but held immense meaning to me as it was one of the diamonds from my wedding ring that I wore for over 41 years and for 3 years after my husband passed away. I was devastated but accepted the fact that it was gone. Meanwhile, the drain was draining water very slowly. Unfortunately, I was extremely busy for the next three weeks and didn't have time to call Roto Rooter. Finally got to call them today and two very handsome men came to fix the slow drain. I jokingly told them if they came across a diamond stud in the drain I would like to have it back as it held a lot of sentimental value to me. Handsome man #2 looked down the drain with a flashlight and said "I see it. " No way! Very long story short, the diamond was retrieved via a handheld vacuum, 2 straws and a lot of packing tape. John and Hernan are my heroes! Oh, and they also cleared the drain! All is well as it should be.

Roto-Rooter plumbing and water cleanup responded quickly. Our technician, Michael was helpful and quickly identified the problem. He worked in a timely manner and was extremely efficient & knowledgeable!
Based on his service and the promptness of their response, I would recommend them to anyone that needed A plumbing service!!
