Incredibly excellent repair experience. Albert was the technician they sent to my house. Great person, showed me how the system worked and what I should be checking on. Best of all, my radiant floor boiler kept the house perfectly warm all winter. High recommend both D&D and Albert.

Oh my gosh--my water heater flooded the garage! I called and they sent someone out within 2 hours. In today's world that's amazing. They were able to put in a new water heater the same day! So happy with the service guy working in the rain and having hot water again. So many thanks.

The work included plumbing connections, gas valve, expansion tank and earthquake straps. The work was complete on time and I received important information on how to operate and maintain the unit. We called them tonight, a Friday, at 8pm when our bath tub faucet was leaking. Technician Scott was here within 20 minutes and had it fixed in less than half an hour. He was super friendly and professional. They also charged us half what we were quoted by another after hours plumber. Would absolutely use this company again.

D&D has always provided us with outstanding service. Our water heater pilot light went out and they were able to fit us into a spot sooner than our scheduled appointment. Albert was polite, efficient and replaced the part we needed. Great service and will definitely be using them again!

Was referred to D & D plumbing by Paul’s Heating and Air for a broken water pipe under my house. They never returned my call. Went with Ira Hansen plumbing who came out immediately and not only fixed my issue but I contacted with them to redo my 35 year old plumbing system. $15,000 in potential services and no call back from D&D?

My homeowners insurance required me to have a moen smart valve shut off installed on my main water line, I called this company up, they were out to my house the next day. They showed up on time for appt, gave me a quote, scheduled appt for install. Loved Albert's work ethic, he showed up both appt early and ready to work. Got this job done as promised, and billed me as promised on the quote no surprises! Hands down I would recommend this company to anyone needing fair prices and fast courteous services. A++++ SERVICE

Incredible service and knowledge! I had an emergency water issue and after trying 3 different companies, D&D came to my rescue. Although it ended up being a very simple six, the technician and I face timed and we found the solution. He did this late in the evening after a long day of work on a Friday. I'm grateful for people like him, true class act.

I called D&D Plumbing in mid-April to replace my water heater as it was very old. They had me scheduled for the install within days. Upon install, they ran into several problems (partly because my system was so old). They resolved the problems on the spot. When I got home from work and I realized I didn't have hot water, I called them first thing in the morning and they were out that day resolving the issue. One of the techs even told me to contact him after hours if I had any issues when I got home that night. Friendly, responsive, and very professional. Give these guys a call.

After having tenants without heat for several days just before the new year, and having searched unsuccessfully for a competent and available heating contractor during this period, I by chance discovered D & D Plumbing and Heating. I called them about 1:30 pm and was immediately connected with their service manager, Albert Alarcon. After explaining that the hot water baseboard heating system in my duplex rentals was down, and I had tenants without heat, Albert indicated he would be out to assess the problem by 3:00 pm. He arrived about 2:00 pm and determined that the water pump had failed, and that a zone valve was also failing and needed to be replaced. He changed both, recharged the system, tested everything and checked all the thermostats, completing all repair work within two (2) hours. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and competent. I could not have been in better hands. D & D will be my go to company on all future plumbing and heating needs with my several properties.

D&D Plumbing saved the day. After calling six companies, they were the only ones who could help. They adjusted their schedule and came out the same day, sending two techs. They diagnosed and repaired our Lochinvar KNIGHT boiler in under an hour, replaced two parts, and the price was very reasonable. Professional, fast, and honest — I’ll be using them going forward.

Our pipes under our kitchen sink started to leak. We called D&D and they sent an experienced plumber named Armando who was very prompt, professional, and organized. Our old house has a mix of pex and copper pipping and Armando took the time to explain what would be the best way to fix our leak. We had him replace our sink grinder and waste pipes while he was here too. I appreciate the way he cleaned up after himself and how efficient he did the work. I have no problem recommending D&D Plumbing.

We used Reno Roto-Rooter for our kitchen remodel and were extremely impressed with the level of service. Not only were they able to fit us in quickly so that we could have running water as soon as the contractors had finished, but the plumber was very friendly (and respectful of our home, making sure not to get our new floors dirty). What I was especially impressed with was the level of communication. We're first-time home owners and he explained everything he was doing so that we fully understood the plumbing in our new kitchen and how everything worked. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. A+ service.

Ignacio is simply the best. He is fast extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a very hard worker.

He came to unclog a pipe, and didn’t stop until it was done. There were roots in the pipe, so he had to try a few different methods.
He showed me with the camera what was going on inside the pipe, why it kept getting clogged. He suggested possible fixes, both cost efficient and what a bigger more intensive job would look like/cost. He was not pushy at all.
I ended up going for the bigger job, since I was spending so much time and money everytime it got clogged. I called roto rooter and asked for him specifically. Upon excavating, we saw the main pipe was bent from massive tree roots and had holes. They replaced it in a matter of hours.
Jose came with him this time. He also worked very fast and knew exactly what to do/look for.

I love the warranty that comes with their work. It’s been over a month and there have been no issues with the repairs.

Definitely going to call Roto Rooter for future plumbing issues. And definitely going to ask for Ignacio. Amazing work.

Fast and friendly service technician was great we had a main drain backup and he had taken care of in no time at all and all my tenants were able to shower and use the bathroom Thank you for your service and I will be calling on the next one

Aaron was our Tech tonight (05112024) and he was phenomenal. Not only did he clear the clog but, he also gave pointers on how to keep the line clear to avoid the problem again; which honestly says a lot about his integrity. Thank you, Mr. Aaron.
