slow, unorganized, don't return calls, and when you finally get them on the schedule to finish, they don't and bump you out another 3 weeks.

Our water heater sprang a BAD leak - called D & D and they had a plumber out within an hour who quickly fixed the problem at a price that I thought more than reasonable.

They arrived within 20 minutes after I called them, work done was quick and professionally done. Most important, their prices were very reasonable.

These guys were great. They had a technician out here in 20 minutes who explained everything, traded out whatvhe had to in order to get it working since it was over time. He's coming bsck to replace the unit and we couldnt be happier with his professionalism, his demeanor and his trying to help save us some money on it too. Would happily recommend.

This is the best customer service experience I've ever had with anything. contacted DnD plumbing to light a pilot on the water heater Juan came out promptly and didn't try to sell me a new water heater it was a little tricky getting it re lit and I am a customer for life thanks to DnD's customer service and Juan's outstanding professionalism and time he took explaining things.

D and D Plumbing did an Awesome job for me today by sending Robert Conniff to install a well tank and all the plumbing it required. Robert also took the time sweep out the well house, remove the old tank and pick up the trash. He also worked at top speed and was very polite and professional.

Okay this is a late post. I had to have new lines put in for my hot water tank. Mobile home. The first guy that showed up put the lines in but placed the wrong concecters on the pipes had a big water mess. This was on a Saturday called DD plumbing and Richard answered was at my place fixed the problem that the other guy made I was very happy with Richard and his professional skills. Thanks Richard.

So wonderful and professional! They came out to do the faucet in the backyard, which ended up also having to fix the toilet in the master bath. Explained everything, took pictures, did a great job! Definitely recommend!

I contacted D&D to fix my boiler in Truckee, CA. I live in Denver but have known of them for many years. They were prompt and professional. Diagnosed made the short term fix then when parts came in finished the job. Will use again.

I called them For water pressure not stay equally it’s drop when second faucet open. And told them make sure bring a pressure valve operator. When tech shows up he was not sure what to do he start calling all over even I told him we need that part. After 2 and half hours talking over phone he went back and got part. It took him 25 minutes to install and charged me about 5 hours for labor. Which is too much for 20 minutes job. I will not calling them back.

I had called to get a quote on redoing my entire heat system with a radiant floor, and also to move a radiant baseboard pipe from my kitchen for a current remodel project. I immediately got an appointment to walk the project with promises to follow up on both the pipe and the flooring. Tomorrow, however, makes three weeks since the walk and I have called twice with no response or follow up.

When the pilot light on my water heater broke they were able to come out within a couple days. They identified the problem right away, but unfortunately didn't have the parts on hand as I had an uncommon brand of heater. They called around and were able to find the parts from a local supplier, picked it up, and installed it, all in under two hours. Would definitely call on them again.
