NHC plumbing is a fantastic Reno plumbing company. They do an amazing job and are genuine professionals. I went through several competitor quotes for my water-heater install and no company had the same professionalism, knowledge and skill as NHC plumbing for an incredible price. These guys know their stuff and are experts and as result the job gets done much quicker and you save on your bill. Truly fantastic experience and would recommend them as your go-to Reno plumber.

Tracy was fantastic! He came the very next day after I called to check on an issue we've been having for months with scalding hot water coming out of our cold water faucets. Of course, the issue wasn't occurring while he was here. Rather than just charge me and change out a part he "hoped" would fix the issue, he asked that I call him immediately the next time it happened so that he could come out and check it out as quickly as possible. I appreciate that he was so honest with me and did not charge me for the replacement of a part that may or may not have fixed the issue. He also quickly changed out several faucets in our kitchen and we'll have him back out to change others as soon as I've ordered them. He took the time to explain everything to me and never made me feel like he was taking advantage of me or just trying to sell me something. Will definitely be calling Tracy again!

Great Company! We are doing a laundry list of DIY projects and the team has done everything for us (relocated pipes, installed toilets, shower fixtures, sinks and drains). Tracy has been the best plumber I've met, asking great questions, making sure I know exactly what is going on and keeping the process moving forward.

Tracy and John installed new exterior gas lines for ys to hook up gas heaters and a gas grill on our deck at our home in Incline Village. They were highly professional - skilled, quick, courteous and pleasant. NHC responded to our call with an appointment in two days. We highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out yesterday, I called Nick and asked how soon they could come out and replace it and today at 11:00 am it's done. I thought I would have to go with out hot water for weeks, so I can't express how grateful I am with the fast, professional response. Superior customer service, Nick was able to squeeze an unpleasant plumbing issue into the schedule quickly. Tracey was professional and pleasant, explaining the entire service of replacing a very old leaking water heater with a unit that is up to code, looks fantastic, and more so made us realize how terrible the old heater was, as the new one means business when asked for hot water! Absolutely our forever plumbing company!

We called NHC Plumbing to install a new faucet and garbage disposal and a team of two arrived an hour later, reworked the pipes to accommodate a larger sink, and finished the job in an hour and a half for $135. We had been quoted by another plumbing business at $700 to $800. These guys are the best! We've used them twice now and will continue to give them business. The owner and his guys are awesome! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I have worked with NHC on multiple commercial projects (TI and ground up). Nick is always on the top of my list to call with anything related to plumbing.

We had to move some fixtures in our bathroom - we called a few plumbers in town who quoted us an outrageous price for a pretty short and easy job. NHC was super helpful when we called, gave us a very reasonable quote and was very fast to come out to perform the work. We really appreciated their pricing, responsiveness, and quality work. We would definitely use them again.

Nick Caprioli is amazing. Went above and beyond what was asked and needed for a house repair. Fixed what was needed in a timely matter. I'd give Nick Caprioli and NHC Plumbing 10 stars if I could! I am in the process of a complete and total home renovation (we were down to the studs at one point) and called so many plumbers who either didn't bother to call back or said they would show up and never did. Thank goodness I found NHC Plumbing. The owner Nick came out immediately and gave me an estimate for the work and his crew was at my house the next day! They do excellent work and communicate with my contractor regarding all my plumbing needs. One of my favorite things they did was install a water filtration/softener system in my pump house. I am on a well out in Washoe Valley so desperately needed that for the hard, mineralized water. Alex was an expert at installing it. Also, they installed my new generator, among so many other things. Brought water into my garage so that I can have my dog wash tub there, complete with hot water for the pupsters! They can do it all. Finished the tricky job... We had a whole house turn off valve placed by a different company. Then we found our pressures were inappropriately high. Called D&D and they placed a pressure reducing valve. This briefly fixed the problem , as they also replaced our expansion tank. Over time, however, the pressure crept up again. Called the d&d, they came out and in the process figured out that the pressure reducing valve wasn't functioning adequately because the house turn off valve was in the wrong location. They fixed the former companies error, without charge, and did it with a smile. Thank you! Well done troubleshooting and making things right. Will definitely use them next time I have a need.

D&D saved the day. My water heater 25+ years old took a dump, and I had to have it replaced in a hurry. Dustin and Armondo showed up on a Saturday morning and had the job complete within a few hours. I always associated this company with big jobs and new construction, not the case. They do everything well, and the price was right. The instant hot water for a shower is great. Thank you.
