I had a leaky pipe in my new manufactured home that needed to be fixed. I had another plumbing company come over and they said it would take a minimum of 4 man hours and could be up to 6 man hours. They said it would cost $375 and then took my faucet with them. Jet Plumbing came over and fixed it in 10 minutes.
I will ever let anyone else but Jet touch my pipes ever!!! 7 stars out out 5. I highly recommend them.

Schedule an afternoon appointment 2/24/24 between 2-4for a drainage issue at my home, mind you have a 3yr n 1yr. No call no show! Got a call around 530pm that night from Jesse told me he was on his way. Jesse arrived with a positive attitude and got the work done quickly and clean. Very satisfied with Jesse's overall performance. Originally was a 1 star due to no call or anything with the schedule time frame but will change to a 4 star due to Jesse's professionalism. Ty Jesse

I had jet Plumbing repair our leaky toilets. He needed a part from the parts store. I agreed to go get the part while he worked on another toilet. He was done doing his repair in a few minutes. I was still 40 minutes away with the part. He sat in his vehicle and waited for me. He finished the job and charged me for the time he sat in his vehicle. Not happy paying $100.00 for him sitting in his vehicle. The total work time for the actual repairs was about 30 minutes.

Jet has been awesome each time I've used them. They are very responsive, they get you in right away, they're affordable, and their technicians are professional and friendly. Jesse was my tech today and he did an excellent job! The office employee is very friendly and helpful (I forget her name but you can hear her smile through the phone!) They call you before the technician is on the way so you know during your appointment time window when the person is on the way to your house. I highly recommend using their services. They've come out and repaired my water heater and unclogged my drains before. Affordable, fast, and friendly each time.

I have been dealing with Jet Plumbing for over 10 years and I must say I'm completely satisfied with their service.... I feel as though they go above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem, the ladies in the office Vanessa and Crystal have been wonderful!! One of the on call plumbers Brandon was very quick to help us and to come out to the mobile home to assess the problem!! I recommend Jet Plumbing 100%.

Used them for 12 years. Had an appointment scheduled with Dave for 10/28/24 between 8am and 10am to winterize sprinkler system and swamp cooler. At 10am, tried calling Carson City number, no answer. Called Sparks number, Maria initially answered, put be on a "brief" hold, and after 15 minutes, got disconnected. Called back and got their answering service. Explained to operator that I had been disconnected from Maria. Operator said she would get my message to Maria right away. 45 minutes later, still waiting. Hoffman Plumbing quickly answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment and Hoffman now has a new customer.

Great plumbers! Fantastic work! Needed to get the entire house re-piped. Super neat, precision work. Jeremy and Dave are like skilled surgeons! They were super considerate of the entire household and they out did themselves! The team was not only precise and expedient, but they went above and beyond what we hoped for. They were smart, thoughtful and careful with running all the new lines and were polite on top of it. Extremely good communication with the entire team. So glad we chose them. Thank you Jet Plumbing

Hard to rate well when they stiff you for your time window after driving 35 minutes each way and waiting 2 hours, they apologize and reschedule for 3 hours later, then stiff you again, then do a quote over the phone for literally 4 1/2 times more money than the next highest bidder…. Wow, you guys need to bring up for game.

Long time customer, disappointed in the lastest repair request. The Tech was more interested in our animals at first. He did replace the part of the toilet that we asked, for a pricy amount. The next morning I was alone in my house drinking my coffee and heard the water line running. I was scared that someone was in my house! I spent a few hours of my day trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. OH and I even recorded it once I found it. Turns out the toilet that was "fixed" was still pulling water in. We asked for the Tech to come back the next day and fix the water connection to the toilet. He did except the float valve and flapper weren't adjusted correctly. Meaning we had to hold the handle down for an excessive amount of time to flush! We then asked for him to come back and fix it... It was scheduled but he never showed up! For the amount of money we gave to Jet we could have got an entire new toilet but we were just trying to support our local company! We will be seeking out other plumbing services going foward.

This company did a large job on our home in 2021 before we bought it, and it was not done appropriately and therefore resulted in a leak. We had all the documentation to know who did the job and called them to give them a chance to make it right and it was one issue after another. ultimately they sent somebody else even though the problem had already been evaluated in person and when he showed up he didnt have any of the equipment he needed/know what was going on. Told my husband he’d be back shortly and it was over 3 hours before he came back. I called to cancel the visit and the woman who called me back to address the issue was very rude, she also gave a different reason for the technician being late than what the technician told my husband when he finally arrived…be on the same page if you’re going to lie. Save yourself the hassle and likely damage to your home and go with another plumbing company!

Jet has come through for us yet again. There isn't another plumbing company I would ever call. Most recently they replaced a blown out water heater. As usual they were prompt and thorough. Everything about the installation was meticulously done and they brought us up to code. Thanks Alan and Skip this round!

Dave replaced a toilet seal, reset the fixture, swapped a service line and caulked the fixture. All work professional and complete. JET was bought last year and moved its business model to fixed rate pricing ($425) from time and materials (2 hrs plus travel and materials) ($125). I declined a separate ABS waste line repair fixed priced at $400 that I can do myself. Great people, great service— but I won’t use them again. My first question for any trade business from now on will be— do you charge fixed rate pricing? Great money if you can get it. But— not from me.

I have used this company several times for issues with my hot water heater and they are wonderful. Super responsive, fast and reasonably priced. I can’t thank them enough for their service!

Jeremey and Dave did and fantastic job on our replumb on our house. They informed me of the whole process, kept me up-to-date. Great interaction with us. Kept our house, clean and tidy along the way. Took extra precaution on making sure they didn’t damage anything in our house during the process. Would highly recommend Jeremy and Dave for anyone that needs plumbing service.

Jeremy came out first thing Sunday morning and made 3 separate fixes to our water heater, then also installed a new dishwasher as an extra project and was even able to find an important replacement part even though all plumbing stores were closed. He also helped answer my questions about a DYI shower head replacement I was working on and his advice was perfect.

Over the years Jet Plumbing has done a lot of work to my mid-century home, from basic drain unclogging to running a completely new sewage line. They have always done a great job at a great price, but just recently I hired them completely replaced my old calvinized steel pipes, and on this job they out did themselves! The two guys that showed up where not only precise and expedient, but they went above and beyond what i would have even done if i had decided to it myself. They were smart, thoughtful and careful with everything they did. I am extremely happy with, not only how well water flows in my house now but how great the work looks!! The new pipes are all ran in clean lines, secured, and insulated. I think that just from lower estimates, I've always gone with Jet for jobs, but now I know there's no point in getting other estimates any longer. They are now the only number in my phone for plumbing work! The Picture i added is where the new pipes come through a wall in a closet no one would ever go into, behind a utility box no one would ever look behind. I would have just popped them through the wall and said, good enough. They cut the pipe guides specifically for the angles of the mason work. Unreal quality work!

The teck was friendly, on time, he didn't give me his name,quick with fair estimate. I Asked if anyway to do it today? He called office., came back with a," yes "and he'd have to rewrite estimate. I questioned it, in my mind, but assumed (we all know what that means) I miss understood. He opened wall, I stepped in to see progress. Tech explained what I was looking at and he didn't have parts on truck,he'd have to go get them.i don't know where he went but was gone just over an hour. 2 hardware stores within 20 min.(there & back) from my house. When he got back he asked," if he could use microwave to heat up lunch?" I said,"sure" .everyone deserves a hot lunch. He said ," give me 15 mins to eat." When he was back,15 mins.) I called him by the name of the teck I was told would be coming. Oh, he called out,then he gave me his name. I said, "you should've said that to begin with." He just said,sorry, and ,said" this won't take much longer." When he called me to say,he was done I stepped in and there's another smallish hole under the big one . He's quick to explain he can't cover the small one, he doesn't have a cover like the big one. I asked why he can't use the piece he cut out? He doesn't have the materials on his truck. When YOU(meaning me) put the shelves back they'll cover the hole. Yah,I had to move shelves(I'm 70) out and back. NOT HAPPY. Oh, did I mention, I'm a woman? I told him ,"I'll fix the hole with what he cut out for big hole." SHAKING MY HEAD. Handed bill. Twice what estimate was. When questioned why. He said it was for parts. Why weren't they listed on receipt? I need it for insurance. We don't do it that way, and this is your quote. We went back and forth and got nowhere. I signed but he knew I was pissed I called office and got the run around,and lame answers. Was told he would talk to teck about not communicating and they keep all receipts. Boss said he'd call next day after conversation with teck. He did call but once again the lies and lame excuses got us nowhere with no resolutions. We wrote down time he arrived ,left for parts, back from parts, ate lunch, and finished work and left. Told we were undercharged and if Insurance Co. Knew they'd have to charge us more. I'm old but I'm not stupid. I know when I'm hearing a line 🐂. This is my opinion. I felt targeted because I'm a woman,elderly, and handycapped.

I noticed my plumbing pipes had green corrosion on them and one pipe was scaly with white, brown, and black corrosion.

Tommy Stegmaier came out and crawled my entire house and looked at every pipe. He then gave me cost saving ideas and a proposal to resolve my plumbing issues.

I found him to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and integral.

It is very rare to find someone that advocates on behalf of the customer's best interests, while promoting the benefits of what the Company can provide. Tommy excels at this skill.

I have used Jet Plumbing several times over the years and have been very satisfied every time.
