To follow up. I was able to contact the manager, let him know about the appointment tool not working on the weekend, and schedule service. He told me that they were 2-3 hours out. What can you do? Get this!!! 10 minutes later , I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away!! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!! Thanks Rapid Rooter!

We were referred to Rapid Rooter for our plumbing issue that involved tree roots. No regrets here! They were very accommodating and professional. Rapid Rooter investigated and fixed the issue quickly. The other plumber we had out here wanted to rip out the floors and replace piping. We saved so much money calling Rapid Rooter for a second opinion. Thank you! We will definitely use your business again in the future.

These guys were great! Brian arrived within half an hour of my call and fixed two drains and a toilet at a fair price. Very good service from him and from the scheduler. This is our second time using Rapid Rooter and we really like their work.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

I reached out to them regarding not having any hot water pressure after another company replaced my hot water heater. They were able to get someone out the same week and fixed the issue immediately. AND They did not charge me an arm and a leg! I will definitely be using them again if I have any other problems. Excellent service.

Terrible service said they be here at 8 never showed up try calling they don’t answer and the number they give you to call as back up goes straight to voice mail if your in the Reno area and need a plumber just call jet or some other services

Received fast and professional service. Had emergency water heater was leaking- new water heater was installed and repairs made within hours. I highly recommend Supreme Plumbing!

They were contracted by our home warranty to fix a leak on a pipe coming from our water heater. Their guy "fixed" the leak, but then said our water heater is now broken (it's only a few years old), left us with no hot water, then apparently quit his job that night. Now we have been without water for 2 days and their office won't schedule our install until next Tuesday, leaving us with no water for almost a week. Their dispatch, Yanessa says she can send a guy out over the weekend but it will cost us time and a half out of pocket. Really rude like we are the problem. We had a leak and after your guy comes out, it's turned into no water for us. Supremely unreliable, Supremely unprofessional, and Supremely dissatisfied.

Supreme Plumbing installed a tankless water heater at my house. We had an old electric water heater, which they swapped out for the tankless, and ran new gas piping for the tankless. Yvessa in the office was super friendly and got us on the schedule right away. Max came to my house to do the work and he was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. 10 out of 10 recommend Supreme Plumbing!

Jake, Manny and Jeremy did a great job replacing my gas line leak. They got the job done quickly and professionally. Good to have hot water and heat again! I highly recommend Jet Plumbing and Heating.

Whoever was driving this truck at 7am on 29 November was being aggressive and dangerous on the road. Not the best look for a company vehicle.
