I was experiencing some water hammer in my water piping. I had used Jet Plumbing on a previous issue and had a great experience. Jeremy was the technician that helped me out with the water hammer. He is very knowledgeable and checked the entire plumbing system to rule out other possible issues. He explained everything he checking as he did it and explained what he installed to remedy the issue. Once he completed his work he explained all of the charges and, he eliminated the problem. Thank you Jeremy and thank you Jet Plumbing. You have a customer for life.

Jet plumbing came out three times to fix our hammering pipes . The first time the guy said his water pressure gage wasn't working properly but that our water pressure was too high. About one week later he came back out and said our pressure was fine. Then he cut a hole in our wall in the wrong spot and claimed that wouldn't work. Then Said he would have to come back out to remove our whole shower. i then called Jet and told them I would hope they could send someone more experienced . They said they could but it would be two weeks so two weeks later Chad shows up but never planned to work on anything at all just hear my pipes hammer. Then says it would be another week before he could work on it. I said I'll just call Hawthorne plumbing if that's the best he could offer. To which he says good luck with Hawthorne. Well Hawthorne fixed it in one trip. I told Jet about all of this but they don't care I geuss they are so bad at what they do this is standard. It is unfortunate they can't be at least sub par.

Jet Plumbing took care of an elusive shower leak that others wouldn’t touch. They worked persistently over several visits until the issue was solved, and what they charged was fair and didn’t break the bank. All my encounters, from receptionists to dispatcher to plumbers, were very professional. All providing great customer service. Thank you Chad and everyone at Jet Plumbing!

We live on the bottom floor of a condo in Reno that was built in the 70s, so of course there are lots of water/pipe issues for us. However, Jet plumbing has been amazing every single time! They have unclogged our kitchen drain, found leaks, and fixed our pipes. Each time they have come, the plumbers have been so friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that they show us exactly what they are working on so we are kept in the loop. Great job Jet!

Jet Plumbing has an employee who drives one of their company vehicle who road rages with the community in cold springs! I watched this man run through a stop sign & almost hit someone else. Right next to the elementary schools! Then tailgate someone else all the way to the freeway just to cut them off & brake check them in traffic!!! I can’t believe someone would trust that person with a vehicle let alone represent their establishment. I plan to stay clear from Jet Plumbing if these are the type of people you hire & I hope that person gets their license taken away or drives safer on the road. There are families driving & walking with their kids in the morning too & we all want to get to our destinations safely!

Jet Plumbing is objectively one of the worst plumbing companies I have worked with. They came out to fix a shower leak and a kitchen sink leak.

They had to create a large hole in one of the bathroom walls to fix the leak. While I was initially relieved, the next day I realize they swapped the cold/hot water - which is a pretty big miss for the damage done to the bathroom. Additionally, when they reinstalled the fixtures, they were not level - so it looked absolutely awful. The lack of craftsmanship was appalling.

They never actually fixed the kitchen sink leak. While they claimed "job done," it immediately began leaking in the same spot the following day.

My only recommendation would be to never use them.

I discovered a leak in a pipe near my hot water heater when I got home at 5:15. Called Jet at 5:45. Jeremy was onsite 30 minutes later. The repair was complex but he finished within an hour. Jeremy was amazing. The cut he made in our wall was so good, it went back on easily and will only need a bit of tape, texture and paint. We would have had a lot of damage had it not been fixed so quickly. Thank you Jet Plumbing and especially Jeremy.

Chad did a beautiful professional job installing our water heater.!

Due to a faulty water heater, my basement flooded and I needed service at approximately midnight on a Saturday night. Jet Plumbing was one of the only companies that was open, so I gave them a call. Albert came to my house almost immediately and he was friendly, professional, and was able to fix the concern right away. He also referred me to a good company that could help with removing the water. I would recommend Albert and Jet Plumbing to anyone.

The Technician, Jesse, was very Professional, Courteous and Prepared. We were given a time to expect him and he was right on time. The issue was a kitchen sink drain that had been "fixed" by another company but it turns out they didn't do the job right. Jesse identified the problem and fixed it right away. I've used 3 Plumbing companies here in Reno, Dukes (awful), Roto Rooter (substandard in every way) and JET. JET has been the best overall and will be the only company I would recommend. And I do recommend to my friends.

Hope that I got the correct address here. Just had the pleasure to business with your company. Had a broken pipe underneath our home. Dave showed up on time, and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very polite and was well informed. If your looking for a plumbing/a/c/ heating company, look no further, these are the go to guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

SUUUUPER thankful for this crew!!! We had our garbage disposal go whack on us and put the kitchen sink out of commission- called Jet hoping to get someone out within the week, but they were able to get to us within the DAY!
Didi was an angel to speak with and schedule the service and Mel the tech who came to our house was AWESOME. Fixed it right up and was able to advise on a couple other pluming issues we were having too.

HIGHLY recommend and will be calling for future needs.

We had water backing up into our shower and overflowing. Toilets would not flush. Basically our facilities were down. Called Jet today and they showed up an hour later. Caleb was professional and knowledgeable. Had the problem fixed in no time. Jet has gained a new customer. Thank you!

We had an issue with our thermostat (user error) and Jet was super quick at getting us scheduled with a technician (within a day). The technician that came out (Tim O.) was so friendly, great to work with, and fast with the repair/fix! I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of HVAC services or with emergent issues and we absolutely will use them again for any issues in the future. 🙂

Dwayne our Tech was so good to us. He had ro come to our house multiple times. He got a he job done right. We have used Jet a few times and have never been satisfied each time. From the person who set up the appt to person who did the work they have been great!

Couldn't be more disappointed in the service this company provides. Make sure you read the fine print, they will bill you for hours of labor that they never worked. Sent out two kids to fix an issue. The two kids had the job done in two hours. 4 hours total? Nope! 6 hours for the young guys and 2 hours for a supervisor that never showed up. A total of 8 hours for a job that took 4. When you ask them to reduce the labor to the amount they actually worked, they'll be prepared to tell you to read line 26 of the agreement. Which states that they can charge you for a minimum of 8 hours, regardless of what it actually took. They made sure to add that to the 4th page of the agreement, where your less likely to see it. These are bad business practices, and probably most of the reason for they're 3.7 star rating. Charging for labor not performed is THEFT. Tricking people with 4 page contracts for simple plumbing repairs is deceptive, and no way to do business. If you want to be paid for 8 hours of work. Then work 8 hours! Would not recommend to anyone I know or care about.

This month we had some major issues with dishwasher repair, dishwasher replacement, shut off valve and kitchen faucet replacement. Jet was booked up and we called another company which only compounded the problems and snowballed the issues.
We were able to rely on Jet Plumbing again, I think this is their 4th trip out to our house in the past two weeks. Thank you Brian, Rich, Arturo & Rod at Jet Plumbing! We are so thankful for your team!!!!

Jet Plumbing is a wonderful business! From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were delighted with their customer service and quality work. They redid the plumbing for the entire house and were knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and clean! They were kind enough to do a few extra things, like changing a bathroom faucet and repairing the kitchen sink plumbing while they were here instead of making us schedule that for another day, and we are so grateful! The plumbers were kind and extremely professional, and the office folks are a joy to work with (unlike some other companies we had called when doing our due diligence for the job). From beginning to end, working with Jet Plumbing has been a fantastic experience and I can not recommend them highly enough!

BEWARE!!! This company started out seeming ok but then things turned around real fast. We had an appointment for a Friday to have a water heater replaced and our pipes fixed. They said they would be here between 10 and 12. Its 1230pm and they were not here yet. I call them and they acknowledged that i had an appointment but there must have been a glitch in the system and my appointment got deleted somehow. The manager said that he can send someone on the Saturday but then i would be forced to pay the higher rates. I asked why i would have pay the higher rates when the company was the one that messed up. He said "because its Saturday and those are just the rates". He finally said "well i will do Monday then and give you a 100 dollar discount". Are you kidding me, i get a 100 dollar discount for your mistake and i go another 3 days with no hot water. This manager and the employees never apologized and were so rude. I ended up calling another company and told them what was going on. After hearing my story they said "let me guess, it was Jet Plumbing". That actually made me laugh and they felt bad for my situation right away. They came out on Saturday and charged me regular rates to help me out. Jet was going to charge at least 2,150 for the work. I ended up getting it done for about 1,200 with the new company. Saved a lot of money. Stay away from this company. Very rude and overpriced.

I came home today from a business trip to a flooded garage. The expansion tank above my hot water heater had ruptured and flooded the garage. I called several plumbing services but Jet was the only one that was responsive to my needs. They sent someone out within a few hours. The technician, Brandon, was quick, professional, and explained everything in detail. He was able to fix the problem quickly and I would recommend Jet to anyone who has plumbing needs. I will absolutely call them FIRST in the future!

We've been using these guys for years! They are top notch! 👍
