Last December we had a sudden pipe burst under the house. To be fair, Pro Plumbing got to our house efficiently. Unfortunately, they made two mistakes. The biggest mistake being small drops of water coming from the shark bite fitting (circled above). Almost $7,000. later and it wasn’t completely fixed. I texted them and the response was it looks “moist” and I probably tampered with it. I texted back a picture of the wet ground under it saying it’s not moist, it’s drops of water. Even though it’s under warranty, I can clearly tell they don’t want to fix their mistake I paid almost $7,000. for. I called a local handyman who lives nearby me (because it’s about to snow this week) and he explained it was left at a bend hence it wasn’t sealed properly. We zip tied the pex pipe to be level with the blue line. Even though that seems to have helped, a tiny bit of water is still coming out of the shark bite fitting. I contacted pro plumbing via text messaging and I don’t think they really care. My life is ruined over this, I might have to call a different plumber to fix this before it bursts and I won’t be able to pay my mortgage in time. I feel like they’re avoiding me. I’m so frustrated I am in tears right now. My kitchen is being reconstructed over the hoi and now if this thing bursts I’m screwed. This is the SECOND time we’ve had to contact pro plumbing over mistakes on a near $7,000. job.

My finished basement flooded and there was water everywhere. Brian went above and beyond to help! All the wool area rugs where soaking wet. He helped me move them out and they where HEAVY. I don’t know how I would have done it as a single mom without his help! He did an amazing job cleaning the roots out of the sewer lines. He was so knowledgeable and fast! Can’t recommend enough!

This one driver on this Sunday afternoon was driving recklessly on I - 580 North. Not only speeding, but almost hit a car, didn’t use his turn signal, and was unable to maintain a lane. Based on his driving, I would be hesitant on using this company!

Rapid Rooter is the best. Nick was here today to replace a faucet and repair another one. A few months back he replaced 3 faucets in my guest house and I just have to say that Nick is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. The cost was very reasonable.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. The first person who came out had some difficulty getting the job done and they sent out another person who took care of our problem very professional and through. They called the next day to follow up on their work and I was very pleased that they satisfied us and we would highly recommend them if you want the problem resolved fast and professional. We will always use them for other needs and advice.
