Great service we'll priced, and they are friendly. We've had several jobs done but the biggest was putting in a tankless water heater. It was bigger than we thought it would be but it's been amazing.

Had a great experience. Very friendly and quick and took the extra time to fix my toilet correctly.

Team member was not professional and very rude to me as the customer, made me feel like it was my fault they were there and that the diagnosis was taking too long for him to figure out. How is that my fault? He expected me to help him with the diagnosis, asking me to stay in one room and look for things while he did something else. I have work during the day and I would think if the plumber needed support, they would have dispatched two people for the job. I am not a plumber and should not be relied on for support during a 2+ hour service call when I have work, this is why they are sent out, to diagnose and report back. The plumber didn't seem all too confident in the diagnosis and it seemed they just wanted to be done with this job and just band-aid fixed our problem. Not happy with this business and their staff at all. Even when I called to ensure I was on the schedule, the receptionist who answered the phone was immediately rude and dismissive. I had to use this business as this is where Fidelity dispatched from, though I would never use them on my own in the future.

They came to replace our well head motor and electrical lines this spring. They were out there in the pouring rain with 250+ feet of line being pulled. They used cost saving attempts for us. 100% recommend them for fast, efficient and courteous service.
