This place is extremely unprofessional. The take it or leave it attitude from the office ladies is beyond disrespectful. They gave information super nice initially then became rude and blunt when their mark up on parts was 40!! Plus drive time and parts run. I would go elsewhere to get plumbing done. I would have paid the price had this associate not been rude and disrespectful. They are the typical plumbing horror storied business. Unethical.

Arrived as scheduled. Very nice guy. He took care of all of my issues and the pricing was reasonable.

Friendly Plumbing is definitely true to their name. The service was exceptional and I would recommend this business to anyone in the Reno area.

“Friendly” is a great word to describe them. Justin was very knowledgeable and professional, and we had a few laughs while he worked. I would definitely hire them again.

This plumbing company helped us out with a clogged pipe issue we had. The two different plumbers they sent out were both nice, helpful, and professional. I definitely recommend this plumbing company.

Not so friendly! Told me, my main sewer line has a break, can't use the water, shower, toilet. My bird & I spent 4 nights in a hotel only to be told they won't fix it, don't have the manpower.
Ended up hiring "Absolute Drain" they found the problem was a simple blockage in the line, scoped with a camera & no breaks in the line what's so ever. It cost me in all another $700+ Really, really, true story.

These guys are great. Always professional and knowledgeable. They do the job quick and know what they are doing. They are my go to plumber when I need a job done right.

Installed our sink garbage disposal and faucet in kitchen within 3 weeks garbage disposal went out and they charged $94 to come out and tell us we need to contact insinkerator for warranty which they replaced through michaels plumbing zero charge. Plus the tech smelled of booze . Not on time either.

Main line problems hit early. The receptionist was so nice and worked me in that day. I was so pleased with one really "friendly" plumber by the name of Josh. In this 100 degree weather, sweat running down his face, he dashed outside and back to the house at least 20 times, and he still kept a smile and had a good chuckle. Excellent job done! Take good care of him. He's a gem!

Carlos was the technician who came out to our home he was courteous and did a great job assessing the issue. Appointment was quick to book and accurately determined our plumbing repair needs

Emergency Repair: Water heater expansion tank ruptured and control module failed. Too much to explain but Carlos exceeded my expectations. Thought this type of service only existed 30+ years ago.

A friend of mine recommended me to this place. My boiler was making noises so I called them to get it check out. The plumber just look at my boiler/furnace and touch the pump and said the bearing on my pump is bad and need to be replace. $480+ total. I have doubt that it was pump. I search online for more info. I found out one of the switch on the pipe is off and when I turned it back on the noise was gone. Called them and cancelled my appointment. Few days later got a bill for $85 for the service, because he came out to check it. This company is a joke. Either the plumber has little experience or his a crooked. I DON'T recommend this place to anyone.

Carlos and his partner repaired both of my toilets. They were here on time, fixed all the issues. Everything works great. They couldn't have been nicer. I absolutely recommend Friendly Plumbing!

These guys are solid. I had Carlos & Carlos come out on an emergency call to fix a totally botched plumbing job from another comapny.

They came out quickly, communicated effectively, and handled a pretty complex situation. They're also really easy to work with and did a great job explaining 1. what went wrong and 2. how they addressed it.

I appreciate their professionalism and quality work.

I used Friendly Plumbing through my home warranty company, Fidelity. Initially Carlos came out and had a similar 1/2 hp garbage disposal in his hand but I wanted an upgrade. Eventually I purchased my highly regarded, upgraded garbage disposal from Costco. Carlos returned. And by the way Carlos is both, well, friendly, and efficient. Very happy with the service. Also happy at the office front with Julie and Alex helping me along the way. Thank you!

Guy was good. Arrived around expected time. Changing toilet and hauling away old was 330. A bit on pricey side just for changing toilet. I probably won't go with them again for toilet install. They're good for other things I've had done.

Stay away, horrible service!
This company was assigned to me through my home warranty company. I had a drain clog. First, was hard to get a hold of someone to get an appointment. Then finally get a plumber scheduled, he comes out, didn't fully complete, the job, I had to call him to come back. The primary issue was in the downstairs shower, he basically said the pipe was ruptured, and would have to tear the whole bathroom apart to find/fix the issue. I was skeptical of this response, but besides the point, I was out when he was there. And when I came back (after it had rained), my bath rug was dirty/wet/muddy. The plumber didn't re-install a few wall panels either.
Then a week or 2 later, a different tech came out. He checked out the slow shower drain, started doing some work to clear it, and seemed to be making good progress. He mentioned nothing of broken pipes, just said it would take some additional work/time. This was in the late afternoon, then he said it was end of his shift, so he just got up/left. Also didn't replace some of the wall panels he removed.

Long story short, they said tough luck on the rug, and they weren't going to come back out to properly finish the job (when the home warranty company called them about this, they just said to find someone else.

Receptionist/office manager was completely rude, and hung up the phone on me.

Highly recommend going with another plumbing company that offers good service and integrity in how they do business, because there was nothing "friendly" here.

We had an emergency with our hot water heater and not only were they able to come out the very next day, their quote was over $1000 cheaper than other places! I am not sure who the technician was that came out to the house but they did a fabulous job! They left the area cleaner than it was before and they went above and beyond replacing the pipes and added something that was needed and they did not change their quote! Highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone!

Alex the coordinator was very responsive and got someone out to my house quickly. The plumber Carlos was very professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. The work was done neatly and professionally. I was very happy with the price.
