Our main line sewer backed up into two toilets and a shower. Nightmare with holiday company staying at our house. John B. from Roto advised me on the phone the night of (New Years Eve) while he was off-the-clock, then called me back the next day to see if I still needed help!

Yes, I did as the first plumber failed to find & clear the clog. John shows up with his truck, sends a camera down my main line and finds a clog 50 feet out in the street. Clears it with his cutter snake, then used the camera to ensure we were clear out to the main.

Everything is resolved. Will call again!

Quick and easy, they had a dispatch for me same day, and even called to offer to show up early because another client cancelled. Thanks Sean for unblocking me and replacing the part so it doesn't happen again.

We had problems with our toilet later in the day. John arrived and went to work calmly and told us exactly what we needed and how he was going to make the fix. John was very professional and his demeanor took any out of the situation. I highly recommend John and Roto Rooter for anything plumbing. I had an emergency break in a hose bib line that flooded my whole basement. Eric came out to my home to fix the broken pipe the same day I called him. He waited for me until I got off of work. It was late in the evening and he diagnosed where the break was immediately. He was very professional and tidy. He cleaned everything up after the fix perfectly. He was very empathetic with my whole emergency situation. I definitely would use them again!

These guys are awesome period! Chad came out the same day and fixed sewer problem in a little over an hour. Another local plumber I hired last week was unable to fix it at all. Chad charged me half of the price to fix it as the other company quoted just to inspect it. Don’t waste your time with other plumbers. Mr. Rooter is the best.

Not only did Mr. Rooter have a fast response time, but Richie (service technician) took the time to assess the problem, explain everything to me as he went along, and went above & beyond unclogging my drain. Instead of charging me for simply running a drain snake (as some other companies had quoted) he was able to replace some bad pipe and completely solve what had been an ongoing problem.

Professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend, and I know who I will be calling for any future plumbing needs

We called quite a few plumbers and Joshua from Mr. Rooter came over with in the hour of my phone call, to try and unclog my septic pipe. I was very happy with the service he provided. He was very professional the whole time he was at my home,even when the job took longer than what was planned,

Chad and Justin were outstanding, they went out of their way and worked late to finish the job. They did everything they could to help us with the insurance people but the insurance people were no help at all.

Excellent service! We needed a plumber on a weekend. Chad was here within 2hrs. He had the toilet fixed and educated the user within 1 hr. I will definitely call Mr Rooter next time I need plumbing work done.

I am currently in the middle of house repairs due to water damage from our water heater but so far we are beyond satisfied with Chad, He is the Field Manager of Mr. Rooter and he has been professional and proficient explaining in detail our issues/damages going out of his way to ensure everything is dealt with correctly and timely. Even as to return after 9pm to continue his work and to return mid day another time just to check a slight leak making sure there's no more damage being done while we wait for our restoration team to attend to all of our water damage.

Mr. Rooter was the most responsive plumbing company out of the numerous ones i called about getting a quote to replace my water heater. They were busy too but managed to come the next morning with a new water heater and did a great job on the install. Good value too.

Called and made an appointment, had to wait 5 days until appointment. Time frame given was from 3pm - 5pm..... dude never showed. I called but got nowhere. The next day the dude calls and says "sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday" (like i was waiting for a call) I was like we had an appointment. He says "I can be there in 2 hours", this was at 4pm. As I sit here at 7:10 he is still not here and has not called. What an absolute joke of a business. They dont take their customers seriously and dont care about doing a good job. Never again.

He was great fast and offered for me to have a camera guy come out and look at my pipes for only five dollars more it’s a great deal.

To say I was pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter, would be an understatement. We had a leaking main valve outside our house. It was causing some pretty substantial pooling/flooding in front of our house.

I called Mr Rooter that afternoon and they had two guys show up within 2 hours of the call. The guys were super nice and professional. I showed them where I found the leaking valve and where the water was coming up and pooling. The water was also running into the street. I had to shut the water off to the house for the night.

It was already late that day so they said they would be coming back. They provided me with a quote and stated they would be back soon. The next morning at 7am sharp, I received a call from (the owner I believe). He said they would be coming out ASAP.

The same 2 guys from the previous day arrived just after 8am and got to work. They were very nice and professional and told us every time they would be leaving to get a part and explained our costs thoroughly.

The Mr Rooter guys worked at our house for over 9 hours and got the job done. The price was fair and they were very efficient.

I got a call from the owner afterwards and he asked if I had any questions and explained everything in detail. If you are looking for any sort of plumbing needs, use Mr Rooter!!!

Rich Jolly was awesome! He was professional, informative, patient with all of my questions, and did an A+ job installing my water heater! I recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work! He never pressured me, got it done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after the work was done. Mr. Rooter is a great company and they are so lucky to have Rich! Thank you very much!

I had to call another plumbing company shortly after to finish the job. They obvious did mot clear all of the debris in our sewer line. Still had to pay over $300 for a simple snake job they didnt even do to completion.

Chad and his team at Mr. Rooter plumbing were amazing. We just purchased our first house, and as soon as we moved in, sewage started leaking under the house. Chad was very frank from the beginning about all of the plumbing issues we had, and did a great job advising the best solutions, while keeping cost in mind. They documented everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. They worked extremely fast and did the best they could to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. We still have more plumbing issues to take care of with the main sewer line, but we started replacing the plumbing under the house first. As soon as we start the main line work, I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter.

This company is a franchise. I called the number advertised on yelp and the operator was very nice and schedule me between 8 and 12 a day or two latter for a non emergency drain clog in three outside drains at an office building. That day I waited all morning for a call that never came. 11:50am I finally called and asked if they were still coming. The owner of this franchise told me that he never got the call or appointment and apologized for wasting my time. He said he could send someone out that afternoon if they could work it in or he would call me back to tell me when they could see me the next day or so. I never received a call back. A week later I called Easy Rooter and made an appointment with them. My time is valuable. I saw someone else gave them three stars for the same problem. I think it deserves a one star. Huge failure in management of their calendar by the franchise and the owner. Don’t waste your time.
