Mr. Rooter plumbing was great! I called because there was a clog somewhere in my kitchen sink pipe which caused dirty water to flood all over my kitchen floor. I was worried because I was leaving on vacation the following morning. I called them, explained my situation and they were able to get someone to my house in an hour. The tech who showed up was extremely professional and helpful. He ended up snaking the pipe and cleared the clog! All in all, the service was excellent and affordable. Thank you Mr. Rooter for relieving this stress!

I had a very positive experience. I called and voiced a complaint regarding something that was never brought up before even though previous plumbers from Mr Rooter were under the house (a few years ago). The manager, Chad, came out to look at Everything that had been done over the past few years by them, and is fixing anything that was not done correctly, or up to his standards. I recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone. Chad is really great to work with and make sure the job is done and done right, and is completely honest with how things work.

-Update: They worked pretty much all day yesterday to finish what is hopefully the last thing needed to be done. Luckily the weather was nice, but the water they were working with definitely wasn't.

I continue to recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone when they ask for a plumber. Very happy customer.

Conner did the best with the tools he was given. The task was stated as "cut and remove roots". When he arrived he only had a retrieval attachment claiming that the cutter attachment had broken off. He was only able to move some debris that had started to build up on the root. For me that means mission NOT accomplished and therefore a waste of $95.

0 stars is there rating! It wouldn't let me post a 0 star and submit the post.Tried to rip me off. $6600 for 4 feet of sewermai or $14,000 for the whole main. I wanted it Snaked not a picture of the tech.$100 for 10 minutes to not do what I asked them to do.

Horrible. New ownership. Guy named JT acts like a thug when it comes to the consumer making a decision. Over estimated high prices. I saved 10k by switching to another company. No ethics. No desire to help customer just to make that money. Thanks but no thanks . Never again .

UPDATE- Michelle called me asking for $1500 for an unauthorized hole they dug. JT never made ne aware or ssked for permission to dig. Yet they called my policy at homeowners ins trying to get that money since I wouldn't. They receivec$360 only as almost a courtesy. That came out of my pocket basically. Remind you for an un-authorized dig.
The nerves to ask for money after that they are lucky yhe tech dos not get arrested as he was going to force himself on to my private property to "finish the job " forcefully.

The guys that came to our house were absolutely amazing. They explained everything to us in words that we actually understood. They even explained to us what should and shouldn't be put in your sink. Some of the things I was supper surprised about. Others I had to turn my head because I do it way to much. I wanted to thank them for all for their hard work and being really nice to us as well.

Corey our service technician was outstanding! He showed up on time he was very professional and he got our mainline sewer unclogged fast. I would definitely recommend this company

He was excellent & his assistant, was also. They did a wonderful job, we're very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, & cordial. We enjoyed having them work in our home.

Charged me $800 for 3 hours of cabling just for everyone’s reference for the price. Tried to charge me an $150 weekend fee for an appointment on Sunday, on top of the fact that i originally scheduled it to be Thursday and got a call on that day telling me the plumber could not come due to some other emergency requests. The job is done but there are definitely better choice out there.

If you need a plumber, Mr. Rooter is your go to, they are reasonably priced. They do great work, they are very friendly efficient and don’t do any price gouging whatsoever. The office manager Michelle is amazing and is very supportive and helpful. Don’t call anyone else besides Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. They are fantastic. I will recommend them to all my friends and family for their outstanding work. Thank you for your honesty and getting the job done right.

We called for after-hours service for our business, and a tech (Luis) was out within the hour. He was incredibly friendly, knowledge, and fixed the issue quickly. The total charge was far, far less than I was expecting and we were so appreciative of their quick service.

I had a really great experience with this company. They came out when my sink started backing up and diagnosed the problem. Miguel finished the job quickly and professionally. Payment was affordable and straightforward. Our sink is fixed and we're back doing dishes.

My sewer backed up,I called Mr.rooter they diagnose the problem and did a emergency fix so didn't have to go rent a hotel room. They came Saturday and replaced 32 ft.of sewer pipe.Manie and Tito did a awesome job because they didn't tear up my front yard and Jake and Beau did a great job diagnosing the problem.
