Unhappy customer. August 2025 we had our fall maintenance done on our heat pump and our oil furnace ( expensive) bill. Friday October 10 oil furnace and heat pump not working and George’s is unable to get a technician out to look at our system today or Saturday. Fortunately we were able to get another company to get us working!

Fantastic, fantastic company. They were able to help me when I was in need. They came right out, and were able to install the furnace right away. They also provided a senior discount as I was on a limited budget. When they showed up to do the installation they wore shoe covers, laid out drop cloths, vacuumed, and took all the trash and the existing furnace away with them at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had a 4-zone Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini-split system installed by Georges Heating and Cooling, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation with "Will" to the final installation, the entire process was professional and seamless.
The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and took great care in their work. They explained how the system works, walked us through the controls, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before they left. The installation was clean, and they left our home in excellent condition.
Our 36,000 BTU system with 4 zones is performing beautifully - each room has its own climate control, and the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat technology is impressively efficient. We're already noticing the comfort and energy savings.

Quentin went above and beyond and spent hours thoroughly examining my furnace to find a tricky issue. Afterwards, he explained it in detail to me so I knew what to watch for, and didn't try to replace anything that didn't need to be replaced. He also showed up the day I called to address my issue. Service has been great with GSMS

Jack is an incredible technician. Very personable, professional, efficient and informative. Furnace stopped working during a major snowstorm and 7 degree weather and he got us back up in no time. I've been with GSMS for many years and highly recommend them.

Qwentin was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. Originally in for Mini-Split maintenance and to do an inspection on our heater that is original to the home, that has been having some problems.
After describing some issues we were having with the heater and taking a brief look, he had a good idea of what was likely wrong. And after the full diagnosis, he confirmed what was going on.

Called them as our compressor fell off the wall rack, quick response came out same day. Fixed the rack, put the unit back up and checked that there was no further damage. Highly recommend, responsive, friendly and reasonably priced.

When my AC quit on one of the hottest weeks of the year, Alex was able to get me in on a weekend morning when others couldn’t, and fixed it with a new capacitor within 30 minutes. Professional, prompt, and quality service. Will use again.
