Do not use for water boiler cleaning. Lachance had been completing our yearly boiler cleaning for the last few years. The last time it was "cleaned" was at the end of May. So Imagine my surprise that we come back home this past Sunday and our boiler won't turn on. We had to do emergency service from another company just to be told our boiler was so dirty it shut down, and that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Feel like we have been ripped off.

Edit. Called Lachance and instead of talking responsibility, they tried saying it's possible for the boiler to get that dirty in a short period of time.

This is disappointing as they have done repairs on our boiler in the past with good results. Buyer beware if you are considering using Lachance.

I had a furnace failure for a tenant on a weekend. The reception staff was quick to communicate with their emergency technician, and he helped determine the most cost-effective approach based on the situation. The dispatcher called first thing Monday morning and a technician named Jonathan was onsite in Portsmouth within the hour. He was friendly and helpful throughout, communicating the needed equipment, repair plan, and timing. He was back onsite first thing Tuesday morning with the motor and pulley special-ordered the previous day to repair my 40+ year old furnace. Could not recommend the team at Brookside more highly.

On a scale of 1-10 Brookside is an 11. We were so pleased with Johnny, our service representative’s, thoroughness. Next year I will request him to service our system. Thanks! Paul and Pat, Cape Neddick., ME

Rich and Kyle did a great job as always! They were respectful of the premises, Extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. Brookside has been maintaining my systems and installing new systems for me for years. I’d highly recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

Brookside was responsive when I had a furnace repair needed during these cold temps! They kept me informed of a technician arrival and even have a tracking site so I wasn’t waiting and wondering when they would arrive. Alex and Mac stayed on the problem until it was resolved and even helped me check every zone, adjusting dampers as needed! Great company and technicians!

Very reliable service. The technician was very nice and he was able to identify that a capacitor was blown and he replaced it for us. He also went out of the way and inspected our attic to point out another problem unrelated to our HVAC.

Annual service of 2 residential AC units. The Brookside tech, Johnny Mackenzie, was knowledgeable and professional. He made several good recommendations and provided insight into air quality issues and remedies. We will definitely use Brookside again!

The tech Attikin, was attentive and patient. He was open to questions and was focused on doing a thorough job. He ran into a couple of snags and promised follow up setting the next appointment in home. It was a level of service that is becoming increasingly rare.

Wonderful company, so glad we chose them to install our propane gas fireplace insert. It looks great, is easy to use, and creates such a warm and cozy ambiance. They are awesome to work with across the board from scheduling to servicing. Chris especially has been super helpful and very patient too!

My experience with CEASER Chimney was outstanding. I found them to be prompt, professional and honest. A couple items on the estimate turned out to be overstated. They provided that information to me and reduce the final invoice. There is a culture of customer friendly interaction from all of their technicians. This is not a small mom and pop operation, but you do get that kind of vibe from all the staff, including those in the office. Highly recommended !

This was a totally successful and seamless project. All three members worked together. I never saw anyone who wasn't working. Everything went smoothly. Quote was for 2 men/1 day. The team was actually 3 men and it took a day and a half. I expected an up charge, but that never happened. They were very careful, everything was totally cleaned up when they were finished. I have recommended Ceaser's Chimney to several friends.

Both men were on time. Very professional. Clean and extremely careful to make sure I understood everything they were looking at/for and subsequently estimating. The main gentleman Jared went over everything with pictures and detailed what was needed. I have hired the company to to the estimated work as I was comfortable with everything

Great care and attention to detail on a new construction pellet stove installation. The team walked me through system operations and maintenance and provided advice on pellet selections and things to consider when choosing. Very positive experience and would recomend to others.

Ian is an artist. His work is not good, his work is great. He is meticulous in all that he does. He is sensitive to the needs of customer and listens very carefully. And when questions are asked he answers them completely and to the satisfaction of the customer. He was always positive and very friendly to the customer.
If I owned a company I would steal Ian from you. You are very lucky to have an employee with his merits. Good employees, let alone great like Ian, are hard to find these days.

Install was very smooth. Allen communicated with my builder to get framing done right. Day of Install Brendon Nate, Allen are very polite and work well together. Experience was pleasant ☺️.

Called for an estimate to install an A/C unit and was booked an appointment the same week. Will arrived and reviewed all options with us, including upgrading our furnance/oil tank to a heat pump. He showed us all the rebates that were available, and was very thoughtful in his recommendations. Highly recommend Georges Heating!

Wonderful experience! Our AC went out and the team replaced our unit quickly. They were on time and respectful and very skilled! We highly recommend them for heating/cooling projects! We plan to use them for our heating replacement coming up shortly

Georges Heating and Cooling was incredible to work with. I started out getting in touch via email and Tina was very kind, responsive, and helpful! She also told me about their maintenance program and talked me through the process, which I greatly appreciated! I signed up immediately.

We originally had the team out to see if the AC system that came along with our house purchase could be serviced. When I told them they system was totally down, they got out here quickly. We knew the system was very old, so we were prepared to replace it. Blaine walked me through everything and we decided to just go ahead and replace it rather than trying to keep the old system running for maybe another season. Lance came out the very next day to talk us through our options and recommended a great new system. That following Monday, the team was here to work on the installation!

During all of this, I was working from home due to COVID, and the team was so respectful of noise levels and made sure to wave if they needed me if I was on a meeting so I could shut off my video and sound for a minute.

All around, everyone that we worked with during this process was super friendly, professional, and helpful. We greatly appreciate how quick they were as well as it was a VERY hot week in New Hampshire when our system was down. I look forward to working with Georges Heating and Cooling in the future for the maintenance program and if any other needs pop up.
