If I could leave higher than 5 stars, I would. Alex is a true professional in a world where people won't even give you the time of day. Our A/C stopped working 2 years after installing. Alex came right away to inspect and give an estimate to repair. He figured out there was a small leak in one of the refrigerant lines which we both agreed was likely the issue. He then scheduled the repair for a few days later. Alex arrived when he said he would, and was able to fix our issue in only a few hours after redoing all the line-set connections, and pressure testing the system to insure it won't leak. I appreciate how he replaced all connections, instead of just 1, that way he could insure the repair would hold up long term. We are thankful how quickly we were able to get this fixed as the hot summer days are right around the corner. If you want a professional, personal, punctual, and knowledgeable HVAC person, Alex is your man!

Done Right Plumbing installed a tankless system. Taking only one day, Andre and his team (Corey rocks!) were able to do all that was needed and more. This is the second time using Done Right as they installed HVAC in our summer house. Highest recommendation!

Andre is a true professional. He installed a new HVAC system/Heat Pump, fixed my plumbing issues, and installed a new water heater. His pricing is fair, his installation clean, and his delivery on the project on target. He went beyond the scope of the work to ensure I was satisfied with his work/ product. During the project, communication updates were constant and clear. No hidden fees, no delays, or excuses. If you want a job well done- work with Andre. I don’t tend to leave reviews… he deserves this one.

They were quick to respond, professional, and took care of the issue without any hassle. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. Andre and Doug were the most fun and professional tradesman I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They corrected work that wasn’t done properly by another local professional plumbing company 3 years ago that I was unaware of. They corrected these issues in an emergency call that they took and answered at 11pm at night. Andre showed up within the hour and got right to it.

The best part, they walked me through everything they did afterwards step by step. They care about their appearance and their craft. This is a plumbing bill I was happy to pay and I had a smile on my face while I paid it!

I’ve used this HVAC company several times now and they’ve been great every time. I first found them when I needed my furnace serviced, and since then they’ve replaced my water heater, fixed my pipes twice, and came back for another furnace service. Most recently, they told me I needed a new motor, and as always, they explained everything clearly and did a solid job. I’ve been satisfied with all their work. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with—definitely recommend!

They were efficient and professional. I had an emergency problem with my macerator pump and they were able to get out and fix it quickly. Would recommend and use them again!

As a general contractor it’s always a battle for us to find and hold onto quality subcontractors. Professional, courteous and efficient! Two came out last week to our workplace and were incredibly respectful of us working, while also taking the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I have also personally had one serviceman come to my home, about a year ago, and he was also kind and professional. The amazing part was how unrushed he was, despite the fact that he came because it was an emergency and they fit him during a crazy day just before Thanksgiving. I deeply appreciated that!

Have done work with them a few times. They came out to look at some frozen pipes and were very helpful. I used them to replace a central AC unit I had and everything went great. They are replacing the other one this spring.

I have had Absco for years for furnace cleaning and plumbing needs. They are friendly , skilled, reliable , and have reasonable prices. I am so thankful for their company .

Very professional and knowledgeable team. I got same day service within a couple of hours on a water heater failure and replacement. Dan and Brian serviced the unit and I was impressed on the efficient manner in which they worked. They were well educated and very forthcoming with information on how both my water heater and furnace system worked. There are other plumbers closer to my location but these guys are the gold standard when it comes to service and professionalism.

Excellent service, highly recommend! Our AC stopped working, the guy came in quickly after service call. He worked really hard to fix it, so if you need plumbing or heating services, you can rely on them.

We got home this evening to a very cool 50° home. Made a call to Absco and they got here in record timing. The first words I said to the kind gentleman Levi were, “Wow you got here super fast”. I showed him to the basement and he took it from there. Very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was in seconds. Got everything up and running in no time. After Levi left another problem arose. Called Absco back and yet again, awesome service all around. Levi showed back up and thanks to him, we are now comfortable in a nice heated home. Thank you Levi for your hard work and incredible timing, as well as the kind individual(I believe her name was Debby) I spoke with on the phone. Great service all around, 10/10 would recommend!

I can't say enough how amazing this company is. From the first phone call and on. The ladies in the office are beyond amazing, the representatives in the call center are also amazing. I have called with no oil and had a delivery the next day without any "emergency" delivery fees. They are always willing to work with toy to make sure you and your family have what they need. I am beyond grateful to have found a company that truly does what they say. Thank you so much for being amazing!

I was a M.L. Halle Customer for over Ten years. I never had a problem with them , they always treated fairly and did a great job fueling and maintaining my and five tanks/furnaces in Manchester NH. Then Townsend energy purchased them. I gave them a chance. The first service, on my newest boiler, the service tech (who I found out later was "new") did not screw on the oil nozzle on fully which created a terrible burn for a month. Think: black sooty smoke shooting out of all areas of the venting and chimney, I was made aware of this by the tenants calling me and saying the smoke alarms in the basement were all going off. It was a bad situation. Then I looked at the billing. They were charging me $4.85 per gallon, when the average price per gallon in Manchester was $3.65. I called them to ask what they were doing,..and then they said "If I locked in the winter rate in the fall I would only be paying $3.99 per gallon" For someone filling six- 250 gallon tanks, paying $1.20 more per gallon then I needed to, that's an extra $1,800 a month! When I canceled my accounts with them the guy on the phone told me I "should have negotiated with them to lower the price". I told him that I should not have to watch to companies I do business with to make sure they are not gouging me on price every time I turn my back on them. Townsend is out. City Fuel (Manchester NH) is in. They have been great.

Where do I begin. I needed my propane tank moved, I called and spoke to a pleasant lady who put me in touch with Joe. Joe was professional and answered all my questions. He scheduled the tank move around my work schedule. He made sure I was prepared. Superior customer service.

Shane showed up a few days later and laid out options for the tank placement. Again, total professional and an overall pleasant man. He was able to suggest an area to place my tank that I hadn't t considered and where it was hidden. Wow.

The day of the move, they needed a tank dolly due to restricted access to my yard. Shane needed to adjust the trench for the line and did so perfectly. Steve showed up and helped remove an obstacle that could have thrown a wrench in the job. Over and above my expectations. Nick brought the tank dolly from a pretty far distance.

To say these guys worked hard to get this tank moved was an understatement. We hit obstacles and in every case they had solutions. Never a complaint and all smiles. They never got frustrated, and were uber careful when moving the tank. I was more than impressed. They were patient, communicative and believe it or not, we had some fun. These guys worked hard, always had a smile and even cracked a few jokes.

Joe followed up with a call the next day to ensure I was happy. Again, wow.

This is the quintessential example of superior customer service and customer focused employees. Townsend is lucky to have such dedicated and customer focused employees. I consider myself lucky to have an energy company that hires this level of employee.

So to Joe, Shane, Steven and Nick, thank you for making a stressful job fun and pleasant, and thank you so much for your dedication to getting the job done. I'll smile every time I see that tank.

I was told at 9am that I could get an emergency delivery of fuel. At 2pm when no one had arrived i called to confirm and they said the truck had 2 stops and then would be to me. 15 minutes later I was told after waiting at home all day that I was not in fact getting a delivery. And when I mentioned that I had just spoken to someone they literally told me the conversation never happened. Now I am scrambling at 3pm to get fuel. Extremely unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE
