We've used different companies over the years to clean our dryer ducts. We paid anywhere from $30-$60 for those. No. 1 Cleaners was recommended by a neighbor so we called them. Their price was higher but our neighbor said they'd been great and gone to the roof to clean everything out the way it should have been in the past. When we made the appointment, the person taking the call informed us the technician was doing several homes near us and so we automatically qualified for a discount. We ended up paying about $20 less than expected and we didn't even ask for it.

When the tech arrived, he told us what he was going to do, how long it would take, and then went to the roof. We could hear a lot of noise as he shot air through the system. No one had done this before. When he came down about 20 minutes later, he explained that the entire thing was clogged and that it was clear to him no one had ever gone to the roof. He also explained why our clothes would sometimes turn ice cold if we left them in the dryer for any amount of time.

Since the technician was here, our clothes dry better in a shorter period of time. I had no idea these issues we were noticing were related to something on the roof.

Anyway, as long as this company is around, they will be the only ones I call.

The service was excellent. They were very professional and personable, and explained everything that they were going to do every step of the way, so no surprises. They cleaned out our entire townhome's duct-work and dryer vent with a minimum of disruption (I work from home). I highly recommend them.

I was impressed with their great communication, attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall thorough professionalism. They used booties in the house and didn't make a lot of messed, but certainly cleaned well enough. Didn't rush and walked me through areas of interest. They are in a class of their own. Highly recommend!

Good reliable dryer vent cleaning. Vincent recommended new metal dryer vent flap to help reduce build up and also reduce how often they need to come out to clean the vent. Have used them three or four times and would recommend. Update- 2025- Vincent came and did a good job again and had some interesting suggestions about our a/c ducts and bathroom vents. Will continue to use them.

The technician explained everything that he would do and if there were extra charges.He didn’t pressure us into doing something extra.He was courteous and knowledgeable.

We were very pleased with the duct cleaning service. Vincent was a total professional — he was both knowledgeable and personable. He pointed out an installation error with our dryer and corrected it. He also pointed out factors that could damage our hvac systems over time and how to reduce those factors. Everything is running much better now. Our indoor air is perceptibly cleaner and easier to breathe now, and we will definitely call again when our next service is needed.

The technician, Zakir, was terrific. He explained everything he was doing and completed the job with very little mess in my house. Now that we have done the BIG clean out it will be much easier two years from now to keep up with the cleaning. Hoping this will help with my husbands allergies. Thanks Zakir--you were the best!!

Tech vincent went above and beyond. He spend extra time explaining everything, answering all of my questions and even spoke to my condo’s property manager to get him to approve a plumber visit to repair a pipe in my shower.

The gentleman that came out was incredibly thorough and very respectful of my home. He did a really great job, and I will definitely use them again the next time I have my ducts and dryer vent clean.

Courteous, professional and informative. I have been a long time patron of No 1 Cleaners. Last Saturday, October 4 2025, I requested to have a full air duct cleaning along with my standard dryer duct and chimney flue maintenance. It was worth it and the cost was reasonable considering how long it has been since I did a full air duct cleaning, which was never.

What a thorough job by Yakir. He showed me pictures of what was wrong with my dryer vent and the connections in the wall. He took all of his work with great craftsmanship when he opened the wall to replace part of the vent that was disconnected. I would highly recommend No. 1 cleaners for your dryer vent cleaning. !!!!
