Extremely impressive! I called Gold Medal out for an estimate on a replacement furnace, and Tom P. was the rep. He took time to listen to my issues with the furnace, actually took the time to confirm my furnace was on its last legs, gave me my options fairly, and walked me through step by step what would happen next.
Brendan did the replacement the next day and the whole team blew me away from start to finish.
I’ll be referring them to everyone in my community who needs their best and AC worked on.

The technician Christopher was great. It was an emergency call, because we smelled gas in our attic where a heater was installed. He checked everything and said it was okay, it was just residual gas. It gave us peace of mind. We are very appreciated to the technician and all Gold Medal team for such quick response.

I have a two family house that is being sold and we lost heat. Could not get our regular oil company to come out and fix furnance. Called Gold Medal Service and they had a serviceman Walter who just finished a job and was able to come right out. He had fixed the furnance and restored heat to both floors. Would highly recommend this company.

Ahmad Mutan was very professional, kind , and courteous. I had a new boiler installed one week earlier, but the pipes were frozen and the Boiler install could not be completed until it warmed up in temperature. Ahmad came early morning on February 11 th, and got the boiler operational. Leaks were discovered, and repaired, as well as an additional shut off was installed. I was satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend your service.

I've been using Gold Medal since we bought our new house in 2020. I have been able to call at any time, including 4am today, for emergency service. I always speak to a helpful person. I am able to get quick sevice.The service person is always professional and fixes the problem onsite. That kind of consistency is so worth it!!

Pablo and Zaneti Desroches installed new furnace/ hot water unit. They were friendly and thorough. Very happy with job done and service. Rihkaard Joseph diagnosed furnace issues and scheduled Shane Sweeney to present furnace , hot water heater options.

Anthony Foti diagnosed the issue that turned basement breaker off in basement, and he replaced light fixture that was water logged from pipe burst.

Been a client of gold medal for probably 5 years now. I use them for my yearly hvac check ups. I will say this, the service techs that come by are always great and personable and really look out for the customer. The company as a whole is horrible with customer service. Being a “‘member” still requires me to have to wait 4 months for a service appointment and then on my appointment day (today 2/2/26) I was given a slot between 8am-12pm. 11:40am comes around and I hear nothing. I have to call dispatch for them to tell me they are busy and have to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks. I don’t mind delays and reschedules but when you waste my time and have me sitting at home all morning and don’t even have the customer service to give me a heads up that’s when I’m done. This is not the first time this has happened with this company either. Lack of respect for peoples time. I will be finding another company that is more professional with their customers.

I’ve always used Gold Medal to clean out my main drain for about $80, that stopped today. Daniel Yurick showed up at my door and I asked him, what happened to Arnold Ward, this is the plumber who I requested and normally comes to my house, he told me, he is no longer with the company.
Daniel Yurick wanted to charge me $300 after telling him I normally only get charged anywhere from $80-$100. He said because I’ve used the clean out service multiple times, he had to charge me full price. After I refused the service from Daniel Yurick, he said I’d receive an invoice. I asked him what’s the invoice for? He rudely just kept walking out of my house and didn’t even bother answering the question. I am a home energy auditor and always recommend homeowners to use Gold Medal Services. I will no longer recommend them at all because of Daniel Yurick‘s lack of professionalism.

The workers Ivan and Michael were very professional, courteous, great to have install my new AC unit. They were very early and they cleaned up any mess. I definitely recommend Gold Medal Service for your AC needs.

Our house recently had freezing damage due to the extreme cold NJ weather.
Very lucky for us Gold Medal service, and especially the professionalism of technician Alex Rivera helped lessen the recovery hassles to a smooth sailing process, thanks to Alex’s smart & hard works, including two whole weekend days, plus numerous long hours to painstakingly locate & fix leaking pipes, addressing water pressure issues, and adding drainage valve to water main which makes winterize the house way easier.

Part three:
02-24-26: Plumbing Diagnostics visit. I have two leaks from both upstairs bathrooms. The technician, Shawn Rennels, confirmed where the source is for both sides and provided recommendations to fix the problems. I already knew I needed to replace the tub and shower stall but wasn’t sure if anything else was going on. Both will be repaired starting this week. Plus I was able to bundle both jobs, HVAC, 2 Bathroom repairs plus new water heater, under one loan. — Stay tuned for Part Four: The bathroom Install. 😊

Part Two:
02-24-26: HVAC Installation. The process was long but needed. My technician, Ivan Cherniatinskii, and his team did a great labor intensive job (Ivan’s team included a young apprentice - I loved seeing that and overhearing Ivan provide guidance and instruction - awesome). They were careful to put down tarp to cover the floors, spent hours disassembling the old dangerous furnace, installing the new furnace and air conditioner, then cleaned up. And, they installed a new thermostat and gave me a new Carbon Monoxide detector. Afterwards, Ivan took the time to show me what they did and pictures of the hazardous conditions I was living with. So grateful they were able to schedule the job so quickly and get it done in one day. Thank you Ivan and team for a great job.

Part One:
02-23-26: I forgot to add that my HVAC consultant, Shane Sweeney, was very helpful. He explained the hazardous condition of my furnace and provided options that made logistical and economical sense for my townhome structure/setup. Very helpful.

02-22-26: My Technician Mattias was excellent. He came to diagnose issues with my thermostat and furnace. He explained what he was looking at, how it should work and what the problem was. He recommended next steps and what to consider when meeting with the the actual equipment consultant who would provide replacement options. The diagnostic visit was included with my membership so no fee.

Here in Flemington NJ we have used Gold Medal Service for many different things in our home for several years. Today Alex installed a new kitchen sink faucet unit. He was very efficient informative and friendly. I highly recommend Gold Medal Service for the plumbing electrical and hvac servicing of your home.

The tech, Zack, who was sent out first was so knowledgeable and even though the unit couldn’t be fixed, he was incredibly helpful in getting us set up with a rep to come the next day for options and estimates. The rep, Tim, was also amazing. He took so much time to explain all my options in replacing my furnace and made me feel confident in getting this done. He truly turned a very bad, intimidating situation into something manageable. Also, both Zack and Tim were here promptly on time. The repair to the leaking toilet was done professionally. The driver however drove his vehicle onto the wet grass in our yard UNNECCESARILY and left two large tire gauges in the yard. Pullinig out he hit our mailbox too. I spent the afternoon on Sunday trying to repair this damage to our yard. Very Upset.
