Horrible! They installed a new AC unit 2 years ago and the unit is not working. I called multiple times but the voicemail box is full and cannot leave a message. I emailed and sent text messages. No response or call backs. This is unprofessional.

We were not satisfied with the original work, but owners contacted us and tech came back and redid the job to our satisfaction. They make sure their customers are happy. And we are.

They were able to get us a tech same day who addressed and solved the issue immediately. We could not have chosen a better company to deal with, from the customer service on the phone to the tech who showed up. Very informative and we are super pleased!

My son room - for some unknown reasons - was very cold in winter and hot in the summer. The work done by Temp. Pro was very professional. The technician run diagnostics and pinpointed cause for the malfunctioning. I highly recommend the TempPro.

They came out to give me an estimate on two different jobs. I've called at least three times over the last week and can't get a call back with a price. I also had to call a few times to get them to set up time for an estimate. Will be calling someone else. Would not recommend!

Horrible professionalism , made a call early in week for a friday appt . Waited all week for my appt only to be told someone that called thursday would take my time slot for friday. Idk what they call emergency but my ceiling in the kitchen fell from water from my a/c..... Not to mention the text to cancel my appt was almost 11pm at night . If I was able to give them zero stars that would be more acceptable worst business ever dealt with.

Ghassan ,Lamia and his crew were excellent. They came when they said they would , they estimated the amount of time to complete the job correctly. They cleaned after themselves. They even followed up after the work was completed to make sure All was going well. I recommended them to other family members who used them and were so satisfied with them too. Absolutely the best.

Our 20 year old central AC died and we decided to replace the furnace as well. Of the 3 bidders, TemperaturePro was the most thorough in their analysis as well as the lowest cost. Brian, the technician, did a very neat and careful removal and installation of the whole HVAC system. Workmanship was excellent with new hoses, copper pipes and brass fittings as well as the Trane furnace and A/C unit all connected properly and tested. He also made sure the new condenser pad was evened out with stone chips. He installed a new thermostat and an upgrade for the breaker panel. Any questions we had were intelligently answered by everyone at TemperaturePro which made us feel confident that with this costly repair we had made the right
choice.

Temperature Pro installed air conditioning unit as well as a new furnace in late May 2017. Results have been fantastic so far. Saved over $500 in cooling costs this summer. I received nothing but great service from this company. Ghassan is very helpful and I would recommend this company to everyone. Long story short, I need a new central air unit. But before coming to that conclusion, Ghassan and his workers came out several times to find the problem. They know their stuff. If you want great service, use Temperature Pro!

Ghassan is professional and a gentleman. He makes one feel comfortable with asking questions, unlike his competitors. He gave me a fair price for the system. This is an industry that needs regulating as HVAC companies take great advantage of their clients. Thankfully, I found the exception.

Making an appointment was easy. My technician, Brian, was on time, was very professional, answered all my questions, and showed me how to clean the filters. Brian also did a great job installing and helping me set up my new Nest thermostat. Thank you TemperaturePro!

After moving into a new house with an older system, we decided to replace all of our existing ductwork in the basement and install high-end dampers to help adjust airflow to our second story. Ghassan took the time to review the work ahead of time and special order the dampers for us. We had spoken to 3 other companies who all pushed us to install a split system instead of repairing our old ducts. The majority of the work was done in 1 day, and took 1-2 days of follow up work to finalize.
Just recently, our Nest thermostat was registering on and our outside unit was pumping, but no air was circulating through the vents. I called after hours and they sent a tech who diagnosed and showed us a broken blower motor ($129 after hours service call fee). He came out the next day (after hours again, but all of our needs were last minute) and replaced the motor within an hour. Motor repair cost was $1500. Motor repair cost was $1500. A standard motor replacement is about $750, but we needed an ECM motor plus the control board which nearly doubled the cost. Each time we’ve done business with them, TempPro has been accommodating, professional, and has fixed our problems.

Temperature Delivered exactly what they said in a very timely fashion. we signed the agreement and a week later they came to install our AC unit. They were on time to start the project and finished before later afternoon. I great experience all around.
