Look no further. I had air and heat issues, I always get several opinions before choosing any company..This company really impressed me with the price, knowledge and they arrived on time!! I didn't have to chase them down. Communication was great also. They are very easy to work with. Polite employees is a big deal to me and these men were very patient with all my questions.And most importantly the jobs were done right the first time. And I haven't had any problems at all. I hired TemperaturePro for a mini split in my basement. I had received several bids for this project, but Ghassan won me over with his knowledge, sincerity and professionalism. There were some minor hiccups post installation that were expeditiously addressed to my complete satisfaction. The chief technician, Brian, was skilled, neat, and pleasant. All around kudos from me for great customer service. Highly recommend.

Nobody is ever prepared for the air conditioner to break in the summer, except for TemperaturePro! Our A/C condenser shut off and PSEG came out to identify that there was likely a leak with the coolant. We then immediately called TemperaturePro to investigate the problem further. They were able to send out an expert technician that same evening to confirm our suspicions. Ghassan came out the next day to discuss our options for repair or a new unit, and we decided to go with a new RUUD unit. By the end of the week, then unit had been ordered and by Tuesday, a technician was installing our new outdoor unit. Their attentiveness, service, and professionalism is what makes us return customers. After your first experience with them, you won't want to use anybody else!

I had an issue with my furnace, the gas flames were coming on but not staying on. My house was so cold that I could not and would not take off my winter jacket. TemperaturePro fit me into their schedule and accommodated my work, the technician was prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am incredibly happy with their service, and highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing heating and/or cooling issues.

Professional from the beginning to finish project! I had called many companies for an estimate. Prices are very competitive but our final decision because of the follow up skills. I have questions at 9pm & they reply me within minutes. They accomplished me with the date I wanted my heating & cooling system get installed. The technician noticed to details & saw my duct was just cleaned a month ago & point out to me the duct was not cleaned. When I saw all the dust still on it I was so upset. They are very professional very detail on explaining how thing work & make sure it’s all clean before they leave. Definitely will recommend them for others.

I was extremely impressed with Ghassan Ziab from Temperature Pro. He arrived promptly, was very thorough in his determination of the size unit I should get and he patiently answered the questions I had during the visit. He also responded quickly to any follow up questions I had later. He was a true professional and I had confidence in what he told me. I had quotes from three other contractors and his price was very reasonable. In the end, I went with another contractor just because of the particular equipment I was interested in, but I was sorry not to be able to work with him since I felt he was very trustworthy.

I was experiencing problems with my air conditioner and was advised by another company that the unit was out of coolant, but was also broken and needed to be replaced for $5k. They also offered to try refilling the coolant for $700, but advised against it since the unit was broken. I called this company for a second opinion and not only was the unit not broken, but they were able to refill the coolant for half the price of the other company! They are also timely, knowledgeable, and their customer service is very high quality. Thanks again for all the help!

Great experience with Temperature Pro. On the coldest day of the year my furnace suddenly wasn't keeping the house warm. A technician came out almost immediately, was courteous and professional. Serviced the furnace and had it working again in no time, and the price was extremely fair. Would recommend to anyone.

I had a small issue combining thermostats at a new home. After speaking with the owner, who was very helpful, his technicians showed up and did a thorough job combining the two thermostats. I felt the cost was reasonable and I would certainly call Temp Pro again for my heating and cooling needs.

Temperature Pro was very quick to respond to my needs for air conditioning repair; and, was the only service in the area to respond on the same day, within 1 hour of calling. Very pleased with the service. They were polite and professional on the phone both initially and with follow-up contacts and able to set us up with an appointment in a timely manner. Joe, the technician, was excellent, both in his interaction with us and in the work he did. When we had them do significantly more than what we initially contacted them about (because of our confidence in them), they were still able to get the job within the same time frame and complete it on time. They explained everything, did not try to push anything on us, and pricing was fair. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The cost to replace the unit was very competitive and the owners are professional, yet friendly and provide great customer service. Our unit was replaced the following week.
