In 1994 CKA installed out first unit. Only needed 2 repairs in all these years. Then a bit ago, The unit went. Today I'm getting a new one. I highly recommend them!

I used them once before to do my central air. And they did an excellent job. Now I needed a new boiler and water heater. Met with Lance Monday night went over everything and next day Brandain , Nick, and Jayden at my house in the morning to install my new boiler and water heater. They did an awesome job. I am very satisfied with the job they did today.

Gold Metal did a great job installing a new A/C unit for my house. When the city inspector came they had an extra thing they wanted done, and I contacted the excellent answering service who had Brendan out the next morning to do the detail thing the city required! Matthew Chuffo, Gold medal technician arrived to my home early for the appointment. I wanted to get a quote for a water heater. Matthew was very knowledgeable.He explained everything in great detail and discussed all my options. I called gold medal because two years ago they install a new HVAC system, and I was very pleased with the work and the service. I’m glad I decided to call them to take care of my water heater. Matt was quick efficient and very neat. I would recommend this company to anyone that requires the service they provide.

I was in need of a new furnace and Lance responded within 24hrs to assess my situation. After a thorough review of my situation Lance worked out the best deal possible to fit in my financial plan...and work he did!! The next day Ahmad and his crew arrived promptly and did an amazing job, removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Ahmad made sure that tarps protected my floors from any mess, and he fully explained how to operate the new furnance. Overall, I had a very positive experience using Gold Medal and I highly recommend their services!!

Eugene Spann from Gold Medal Service was fantastic! He was polite, very thorough, and clearly a subject matter expert in maintaining my HVAC system. He offered great suggestions for future maintenance, preventing issues, and extending the service life of my aging unit. He worked quickly and professionally, making the whole experience seamless. I truly appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend him!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my bathtub drain issue.

A technician came out yesterday (Friday) and I paid in full for the service. I was told the issue was resolved. Less than 24 hours later, when we attempted to shower, the bathtub backed up again and would not drain at all.

I contacted your company today and was initially told no one could come out until Monday, despite your company advertising 24/7 service. After pushing back, the same technician returned. He was unable to fix the issue, stated he could not snake the line again, did not know why the water was not draining, and said he “couldn’t wrap his head around the issue.” He ultimately left the problem unresolved and told dispatch that a plumber would need to come out at a later date.

At this point:
• I have paid for a service that did not resolve the problem
• The issue returned within 24 hours
• Your technician was unable to diagnose or fix the issue
• I am being told to wait days for further service with no clear plan

This is completely unacceptable.

I expect one of the following immediately:
1. A qualified plumber sent out as soon as possible (not days later), or
2. A full refund for the failed service visit

Contacted Gold Medal in an emergency when HVAC broke on the coldest day of the year. After quickly interviewing a few different providers for quality, efficiency, prices, guarantees and urgency, Gold Medal was our top choice. Josh, Lance, Ahmad and team assessed and replaced the entire HVAC, Water Heater, and AC beautifully in record time. Very grateful for their kindness, sense of urgency and professionalism.

Gold Medal responded right away to my electrical emergency. Emilio did a great job and explained clearly what needed to be done. He completed the job and we feel safe that it was done correctly. There are warranties as well to protect the work.
