I was saving my money to buy a brand new machine. The old one was about to retire but the technicians from All Dryer Services said they could look at it first. They did a dryer vent cleaning and its true! They were able to restore my dryer and it dries clothes better now. I saved money and I am very thankful for their honest work.

The exterior vent flap for my dryer here in Fairfield never moved, even when the dryer was on full blast. So I called All Dryer Services and arranged for their dryer vent cleaning service. I went out after they were done and confirmed that the flap actually opens and closes now as intended. My dryer no longer sounds like an airplane taking off.

If you think cleaning the lint screen is enough, think again. I'm diligent about the trap, but All Dryer Services technician showed me how fine particles bypass it and collect in the ductwork elbows. He removed a solid, brick-like lint blockage from the wall vent that was killing my airflow. You definitely need a professional clean to get what the trap misses.

The flap outside was stuck open because a giant piece of lint was blocking it. I asked All Dryer Services to come and help me fix the vent. The tech did a very careful dryer vent cleaning and removed the lint. The flap closes and opens now when in use. They did a wonderful job overall.

Great service from start to finish. I had a dryer vent cleaning as my energy bill was rising and the dryer was running for an eternity. All Dryer Services came and sent a technician who was very knowledgeable. He even showed me the before and after and I could feel the air flow difference. He left the laundry room clean and lint-free as he took care of all the leftover debris. Happy to have this local company in Fairfield, trustworthy and do such great work. My dryer is working like new again!

I hired Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning for a gutter cleaning service, which was completed as expected. However, after the service they gave me a report recommending additional work, including drain cleaning and new gutter installation. After spoke with the initial customer service and then being transferred to the second one, I clearly told their representative that I would consider it with drain cleaning since I preferred to hire a plumber for that.

Despite no authorization, no confirmation, and even no appointment scheduled, they sent a crew to my house to perform the so-called “drain cleaning.” My wife was home and immediately stopped them, making it clear we never approved this service. Even so, they left and later sent me a bill for drain cleaning we never agreed to.

I called multiple times to dispute the charge, and each time customer service told me it is "under review.” It has now been over a month, and no one has followed up with me. Instead, they keep sending me the same bill even with service charges!

This is extremely frustrating and feels like a scam tactic — pushing unauthorized services and then pressuring the homeowner with bills. Communication is poor and accountability seems nonexistent, as always "thank you and will look into it".

Homeowners, especially new ones, be very cautious with this company. Make sure you have everything in writing and do not assume a polite “consideration” conversation won’t be turned into an unwanted bill.

SUPER UNHAPPY!! Company charged me for a gutter cleaning service with Autopay feature they claim I selected. I DID NOT select auto pay. Such unethical behavior. Said they would review the tape of where I selected and email them to me. Can’t wait to hear it. Still waiting.

We scheduled gutter cleaning and mosquito management. They were able to come out the same day for mosquito spraying and were very good at detailing the frequency as well as how we would be notified of the date , time and process for gutter cleaning. Very impressed with this company! Additionally they detailed a problem with moss/mold growing on our shingles during gutter cleaning. They came out within days to soft wash the roof. They explained EVERY process so thoroughly and the price was extremely reasonable. Excellent service company !!!!
4/4/24 time for gutter cleaning! The crew was outstanding, did a great job, cleaned up any debris from the driveway. I love that they text about an hour before they arrive.
They also came a second day to begin mosquito spraying and put warning flags in the lawn about the fresh spraying so people walking their dogs would avoid the area. Crew is efficient and courteous !!!

May 21,2024. We have two PVC pergolas, one large one attached to the front of the house and one at the end of the driveway that is attached to a fence and with a gate and extra fencing piece to hide our garbage receptacles. Neither have been cleaned for a couple of years. When I asked Ned Stevens if they power wash areas like that I got a resounding yes! Two technicians power washed both areas and removed all the dirt, dust, mold and mildew that had accumulated. The two pergolas look FANTASTIC!!! They look brand new again. What a FABULOUS job!!! When they were done, there was not a single area of mess or dirt anywhere on the ground. The crew was on time, courteous, efficient and thorough. AMAZING job, NS!!!!

The gutter cleaning was thorough and the crew professional. The two-man team arrived on time, explained the process and were courteous. Kristy in Customer Care is to be commended for her professionalism and responsiveness.

Full gutter install with helpful advice with in person inspection from Josh and direct n clear recommendations thorough but not pushy. And honored previous estimate with reminder about a tax rebate available from the state. Full Install was solid and instantaneous. The next Day. Bravissimo

From what we were able to see the roof looked pretty clean. But we were not shown any pictures of gutters to see what was done. Also crew did not leave the property the way it was before doing the work. Overall not what we expected.

Both Carlos and Sam were very professional on the phone and explained everything in detail. Part of the service includes cleaning up everything so the property is clean of debris. I had to call back after the staff left from cleaning the gutters because they left debris on my side yard and in my backyard on my pavers and behind hot tub. My options were to have staff come out two days later to clean up what they left behind or $25 off my next service. They could not come back today. Sadly I will be picking leaving the debris on my property until Monday as I will not be using the service again in the future. I offered to clean up the debris myself with an expectation of getting a few dollars knocked off today’s service but that wasn’t offered.
