Ned’s team always does a very thorough job on our gutters and respects the landscaping around the house. They do a great job of taking the worry out of cleaning our gutters.
Highly recommend them.

You were suppose to come the end of November and came Christmas eve. Couldn't flush my gutters with water because the water was shut off due to the weather. Had to do a blower cleaning but it makes it hard for the down drains to be cleaned. They were probably here for only 15 minutes or less

I’ve been a customer of “Ned’s” for several years. From new gutters installed to annual cleaning. They never cease to amaze me. I’m totally confident that they do the job at hand perfectly. And go above and beyond to take care of my house.

I recently used Ned Stevens for exterior window cleaning. Calling and getting an estimate was relatively easy. Customer service reps are very pleasant. I received a text before the window washers were coming. I liked that. I was told I needed to remove all screens beforehand because the crews don’t do that. Ok, no problem. When they do the window cleaning, they use a filtered water system without any chemicals or soap. Ok, great. It’s a machine with an extension pole that has a sponge and agitator on the end. So the crew is on the ground and gliding the pole up and down. There isn’t any “elbow grease”. Afterwards, they wipe it with a pole but do not dry the windows completely. So water is left dripping and around the edges. I realized that several of my windows were still dirty after the job was completed. I spoke to a very nice rep that said they would come back out. Ok, great. However, the method they use just simply doesn’t get anything stuck on your windows off. So after round two, it still remains. I was then told that getting things stuck off of the windows is not something Ned Stevens will do because it requires the crew to get on a ladder and use their hands. So basically, the window washing method is just not effective. My previous company used to get on ladders, wash everything by hand, dry windows completely AND put screens back on. And, they were roughly the same price. So I got less for more money with Ned Stevens. So do your homework on how washers actually do the job. This extension pole is just not effective! I posted pics of my windows after being done twice!

We hired Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning for our house to be power washed. Our house has never looked better!! They did a fantastic job. Will have them come out again.

I am not a fan of NSG's gutter cleaning method. They use blowers to get the leaves from the gutters unto the ground, shrubs, etc. Then they collect the debris again with their blowers. Unfortunately, this way, they don't get all the debris. But they do blow through a minimum of time spent on the property. Good for them but not so much for the customer. The asking price for the service is now $233 - used to be under $200.

They do a good job cleaning the gutters but they refuse to tell you when they'll be coming. Usually I hear them on the roof and then check my phone and a few minutes before arrival they texted they're on their way. I'm not saying no alert about just the time, I mean not even the day, week or maybe even the month. I've told them this is extremely intrusive and undesirable as I don't want people at my house unexpected, especially as they have access to looking in all my windows early in the morning. They also bombard you with repeated solicitations to use their other services; window washing, dryer vent cleaning etc. They are real pests.

They arrived earlier than the scheduled March 16 appointment, and after reviewing my cameras, it’s clear they didn’t clean all of my gutters. Once I called to let them know, they sent a crew back the next day to finish the job.

I prepaid for the "platinum service" that includes four gutter cleanings with free inspections and basic repairs of reattaching gutters/downspouts if needed.

As soon as they arrived, I went out front and let them know that there was only one gutter issue I knew of -- the loose gutter on the left side of the house that had come free of one of the moorings. The issue was very obvious, at eye level and easily accessible, and as I said I specifically directed both of the people who arrived where it was. However, after they left I went out to find that they hadn't fixed the issue, which means they did not perform the quality inspection that is supposed to be part of my platinum plan, and the reason why I chose Ned Stevens to provide this service.

After calling to cancel the remainder of my gutter cleaning plan, they did return to look at the gutter system and repair the problem gutter. However, I did have to wait on hold for the requisite 20 minutes before anyone would answer the call. The agent got noticeably frustrated when the offer of a free dryer vent cleaning didn’t convince me to keep my plan, which tells me that they must have a quota to stem cancellations, which means cancellations must be high.

Excellent service. Called one day and service was completed the following day. Gutters cleaned and repaired. Debris bagged and placed on curb! Workmen respectful of property. Great Job! Highly recommend!

Always reliable and keeps my gutters running year round. Gives me peace of mind. I always know they were here when I was at work because my driveway, sidewalk, and deck are always cleaner than before they got there. I have recommended Ned Stevens and I highly recommend them.

The team showed up within ten minutes of texting me and went straight to work on the gutters. They worked hard, cleaning the gutters and bagging the trash. They took the extra step and got the municipality leaf collection truck to take the bags of leafs with their collection. Highly commendable.
I am completely satisfied with the gutter cleaning work Ned's team did.

I think overall they did a very good job. I don’t love how the water sometimes goes on the windows & then they get streaky. I also don’t like how I get a text at like 8:00am when they are on their way. It would be nice to get notice a day ahead. The woman from Ned’s who called said they can’t do that because it is so weather dependent. Okay but how about a text a few days that it might be happening. Just to give me a heads up.

Called Ned Stevens after being redirected by a roofer for ice dam removal during the recent cold snap. Initially quoted $495 to resolve the issue. Received a callback shortly after with the price suddenly increased to $695. My sales rep had been out and missed the memo that Ned Steven's wants to price gouge customers during a particularly brutal winter. Private equity at its finest.

We scheduled for a gutter cleaning & for gutter guards to be installed on the back roof gutters. The 1st crew (didn't speak english) & removed a handful of leaves & debris from both sets of gutters and left alot behind & sticking out of the guards.
They sent out a 2nd crew who removed a heck of alot more & made it "right"... but pointed out we have weeds on our patio... felt like they were fishing for work.

We recently had Ned Stevens replace the gutters on our home. We later observed that the gutters are leaking. We contacted a representative of Ned Stevens and forwarded photos and videos of the problem. We were informed that a manager would be coming to our house to inspect the gutter installation. That never occurred. The company sent the same workers that had originally installed the leaking gutters. They were supposed to inspect their own work. We had a slight language barrier with the gentlemen that had installed the gutters. He told us there was nothing wrong but that he would tell his manager about the problem. He said his manager would contact us but as of now we have not heard from anyone from Ned Stevens. We are very upset with this type of service. We will never use Ned Stevens again for any service. We have a 5-year warranty on our gutters but it is not helpful to us. We do not recommend Ned Stevens to anyone.

The service was great, on time and very knowledgeable and grsat customer service from Jose our agent on-site. Definitely recommend and will be contacting again for another cleaning for my dryer vent. Thank you!

Gutters are clean but worker trampled plants in garden. Not happy with the service. I called to complain about being charged $150 to have my hostas ruined. Was told I would get a call back after a manager looked into it. Never heard back

They came to clean out my dryer vent.
Upon completion, I used my dryer and found that there were some additional issues.
I called and they came over promptly to fix the issue.
Very pleased with the job..

Jose and his crew arrived and promptly got to work. Removed and bagged all leaves and debris and then thoroughly rinsed the gutters. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this crew.

I originally had left a 3 star review about a gutter they installed that was leaking at a 90 degree inside corner. I was contacted and they offered to fix it for free if I took the negative review down. They sent a 2 man crew who scratched my gutters with their aluminum ladder, as they didn't use the ladder stabilizer which is supposed to be used so they lean the ladder on the roof and not the gutters. When I said something to them, I quickly realized they ignored what I was saying because they didn't understand a word of English. The icing on the cake was when they wiped a big blob of silicone on the roof shingle. So now I'm leaving a 1 star review because I don't think I can count on Ned Stevens to send a qualified trained crew to do a proper job. If you're going to charge on the higher side of the spectrum, then you need to give people a professional job, not charge high prices for inferior work, I can get that anywhere. Maybe this has something to do with the new ownership.
