When you point out the issue with airflow and performance, he claims to have used that setup on 5-ton units, implying he has no idea how to properly size or install a system that matches your needs. His boasts about 20 years of experience are meaningless - it doesn't guarantee competence. Trust us, stay far away from this guy.
