A few hours after I finally got someone back, he said he'd call soon but never did. Lost a whole week waiting to hear from them. Can't comment on their service quality yet, but the communication has been really poor - way worse than anything else. I posted this review on Sunday June 1, 2025 at around 9:00p.m. Within an hour, my husband received a lengthy and sincere text message from Alex, the owner, explaining he wasn't aware of what had happened and was genuinely sorry.

The next day, my husband spoke to him over the phone, where he stated that:

- He would personally train the technician who came to our place for the assessment.
- He offered to refund us the assessment fee.
- He even suggested paying for the service cost we'd already paid another company, which we declined as it didn't feel right.
- He was apologetic and wanted to make things right by offering any help he could.
- He gave us his personal number and told us to reach out to him directly from now on.

We're grateful that Alex took our issue seriously and did everything possible to rectify the situation. We hadn't intended to cause any trouble or take advantage of the company, but rather bring it to their attention.

We've used Tanous before, had a decent experience, but this time was a letdown.

Our HVAC wasn't working, so we called both Tanous and another company for an assessment. The Tanous technician openly admitted he was relatively new, which led to him undoing too many screws when inspecting the system. He struggled to put them back in place and needed another technician's help. His initial assessment claimed our entire HVAC system needed replacing, which contradicted what the other company had suggested.

We opted for a cleaning instead, hoping it would resolve the issue. The other company came back for the cleaning and immediately noticed that someone else had tampered with the system by undoing too many screws.

I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with how Tanous handled the situation. Firstly, their technician's sloppy work put everything back in the same state they found it. Secondly, homeowners are supposed to make assessments, not have them done for us and rely on our decision to replace the system. Lastly, when we tried calling Tanous to report what happened, we weren't met with any response - just a phone call taken to discuss with their team without follow-through.

Unacceptable and unprofessional - I won't be recommending them.

This company has provided excellent service with a straightforward approach. The team is professional and trustworthy, which is why I highly recommend them. They handled two mini split replacements for my rental properties efficiently and effectively.
