Not only does the company tick all the boxes for job completion, but pre engagement (proposal/quote, call follow up, text exchanges with questions answered, etc.) was exactly what a homeowner should expect and the anomaly in a world of contractors among the various disciplines that you would hope to engage to support your apartment/condo/home owning and maintenance needs. You ask, Phoenex answers. In our case, Vince even corrected previously completed work done by another contractor that would have created inspection problems. I recommend Phoenex without hesitation for both small and large work.

Vince was execellent and provided great service. He went out of his way to do the right thing. He was very thorough with all the electric wiring and light installation we wanted to do. I highly recommend using his services.

Vincent worked efficiently on my condo in JC. I needed to replace multiple sconces and install two smart switches (one was a dimmer & the other was a three-way). He worked fast and the end result was high quality. I had recently painted the place, so i was worried about nicks and scratches - but ultimately, he handled all the changes pristinely.

For the same job, I was being quoted close to 2-3x more by other Electricians, and honestly, I can't imagine even thinking about going to another person after how smoothly this came out.

Vincent installed a Nema 14-50 receptacle for an EV charger. He was thorough and clearly knows his craft. Answered all questions I had about the house electrical system. He even caught and some potential issues from previous work. I would highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

I used Phoenix through neighborhood referrals on the nextdoor app. I can’t say enough good things about Vinny (the owner). He went above and beyond to help fix the problem through HONESTY and diligent work. He made multiple trips to my house (since my power would go on and off spontaneously) to catch the problem while it was happening. He could have changed the whole system without narrowing it down to the specific problem through his multiple trips, which I think many electricians would have done. But he was super honest and skilled and once he found the exact problem it was inexpensive to fix. I really appreciate his honesty, flexibility and skill.
I just can’t say enough good things about the experience. I’m so happy to have found a great electrician to use in the future. If you are looking for an electrician look no further.

Vincent from Phoenix was responsive when contacted regarding a job i needed done. He provided a fair price for installing an outdoor outlet and running the required bx needed. He was prompt and stayed on the job till it was completed. He is open to suggestions when doing the job. An additional plus is that he will follow u with once the job is done to make there are no issues . I would recommend Phoenix for electrical jobs you need for your home.
