Phoenex Electric and Vinny are probably the best experience I've had dealing with a home repair issue. He had to make repeated(3) trips to my home to diagnose and repair the problem. Each time , he was on time and thorough, explaining what was going on. Repaired the issue and cleaned up after. Finally, the cost was exactly was had been quoted. There is no need to look any further for your electric needs.

Vincent was very communicative and easy to work with. When looking for an electrician to install an interconnected heat sensor in our attic, he was very quick to respond and was able to give a quote and set up a meeting to take look at the area he needed to work in. We went through a lot of trouble with the city, getting permits, and working with our community managers regarding the heat sensor, and it took several months for things to go through. Vincent was patient and informative throughout the situation and helped us figure out what needed to happen to get the work done. Once the permits went through, he was able to get the work done quickly and within our previous estimate. He double checked on us after the inspection was done to make sure everything went okay. Vincent was a pleasure to work with, and I would likely call him again if I need an electrician.

Suffering from summer heat stroke due to prolonged power outage in New Jersey is both mentally excruciating and physically agonizing. I had it twice in 2023 last year and this summer, I thought I was going crazy after the first PSEG customer service exploded in soprano on the other side of the phone just because I asked and implored her if a PSEG technician could come inside of my house to check the breaker box. Then the second customer service lady was surprisingly calm, pleasantly telling me she knew a technical would be heading my way, but didn't know the approximate arrival time, in her words, "could be today, or tomorrow", while the outside temperature was over 93-96 degrees, and I had to wait hours in my house that felt like a sauna. Each time I sought help from Vincent, and each time was in the late night hours surround by darkness and heat waves. I feel blessed in such dire situations Vincent has always been available to answer my calls. He's knowledgeable, courteous and patient, and his service fee is fair and affordable. I'd recommend him without reservation.

Vincent has taken care of a multitude of problems and projects in my building over the years. His pricing is honest, he arrives on time and has generally just been a great electrician to rely on.
