We used Compass Landscaping Services for a complete redesign of our backyard that included regrading and the installation of landscaping around our newly installed pool. From beginning to end, Pedro maintained excellent communication, was responsive to all of our inquiries, and arrived punctually to each of our appointments. He was able to develop a landscaping plan that blended our vision with his own recommendations for a beautiful, yet low-maintenance design. He then developed a 3D representation that allowed us to visualize the components of the project. When the time came to complete the project, Pedro's team arrived as scheduled, worked hard to complete the project efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Now our drainage issues have been resolved. There were a few problems with the grass and a few of the bushes, so Pedro came back to address these issues. We are so happy that we made the decision to work with Compass Landscape Services.

Pedro returned my call within an hour and gave us a quote the next day. Very reasonable price! The crew were there when they said they’d be, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They turned a sad and outdated area in the front of my mother’s house into a fresh and pleasant landscape spot. The job was done in half a day and we couldn’t be happier. We were looking for landscape services for our frontyard and chose compass landscaping based on the reviews. Now I can certainly say that Pedro and his team did an awesome job. They are very professional, on time and provide great recommendations. They also pay great attention to customer recommendations and make sure that all details are taken care of. Pedro and his team are the best. Pedro is the utmost professional and an extremely easy person to work with. He has an eye for design and quality and was able to re-design our patio and the associated landscaping around it. He also made recommendations to enhance the look (grill, light type and various plants). Pedro listens to his clients and is very responsive and does neat work. Just fyi, other companies send the owner for consults and make the deal but do not oversee the work, Pedro is not like that. He is hands on and ensures quality work is being completed.

Compass Landscaping worked on a multi-part patio paver project for my home last year. He built a paver patio next to my home and a separate patio area enclosed by retaining walls a little further out in our yard. While communicating, Pedro was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He listened to our requests while also providing valuable insight to improve our vision.

His team worked tirelessly on the project and executed on it extremely well, all while paying close attention to the details of the work. There were mistakes caused by external vendors (so NOT Compass' fault at all), but Pedro and his team took full responsibility of the outcome and made sure that everything came out as planned.

After checking out their work at one my friend's place, had hired them to clear out dead, rotting trees in the backyard as well as making that part of the land level so as to be usefull later on. Pedro and his staff did a wonderful job in clearing out the trees as well as cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely hire them again for future landscaping needs.

When I was looking for a landscaping company I wanted to choose someone that had obviously high reviews and great attention to detail. I could easily see that through the amount of people adding photos and leaving great compliments. So I decided to choose Compass/Pedro to handle a huge issue I had with my property. I had a hill in my backyard that was pitched wrong and eroding away into the foundation of my house. The grass would not grow there all making it both an eye sore and a muddy mess. Grass also would not grow on one side of my property due to very little to almost no topsoil present, the pitch was also very wrong there. When I called Pedro he quickly pointed out every single detail of what was wrong with my property, he assured me he could easily fix everything with some fill dirt, top soil, sod, and elbow grease. One thing I liked about Pedro was what he said “even if you don’t choose me here are some tips to help you out and maybe you can fix some issues yourself” the fact he didn’t care not so much about the money but more about being a kind human being is what sold me. I’m glad I did because he completely changed my property to look like a golf course. His staff is impeccable with timing, efficiency, and knowledgeable. Pedro and compass team are top notch professionals who put the customer’s needs above all! I’m always a little uneasy dealing with contractors I’ve never met before, but Pedro met with me 5 times on off hours and on the weekend to talk designs, choose pavers, and made project changes. We decided on a fence replacement, a concrete slab for a shed, pergola installation with footings and a patio with garden beds. He gave my wife and I the guarantee that their team would adjust to our design vision and needs while being transparent about the costs. When it came time to work, we encountered two unexpected issues - we had to work around two closely stationed HVAC condensers and poison ivy wrapping around an old fence. He found solutions for each of them without charging extra, and even took responsibility to replace part of my front fence when a worker accidentally dented it. Cannot say enough good things, thank you for the hard work and I’ll look for you again on the next project.
