The men who do the work on your lawn do a very thorough and professional job. This company has two divisions - Custom Landscaping (mowing, etc.) and Healthy Lawn. I use them for both. On the mowing side, they do a really good job. They *usually* come when I expect them to, however bad weather will cause delays by a day or two. I think only once or twice in two seasons have they had to skip an entire week.

With Healthy Lawn, they provide the seeding, aeration, pest spray, etc. Attached is a before & after pic. In 2020, our backyard was mostly clay and weeds due to septic work. A year later its plush green grass. We followed everything they said, and it really worked out. Just make sure you water adequately, and you'll be in good shape. Very, very satisfied.

The spring and fall cleanups can get pricey, depending your yard size. Overall though, they do a solid job and I'd recommend them!

Custom Landscaping customer service has always been responsive and very professional in handling any kind of question or concern. I've had a few experiences with other landscaping companies with less than stellar results. Custom Landscaping has fair pricing and impeccable work, the job is done cleanly and explained to the customer on what needs to be done or if there is a complication. The contractors do the work seamlessly and also respect that most of the homeowners also work from home - A+++ in my book.

After being disappointed with our first landscaper, we contacted Custom Landscaping on the recommendation of several of our neighbors. The office staff was friendly, professional and reliable and contacted us to confirm appointments and discuss the necessary services. Our lawn has never looked better and we never have to worry if or when our it will be taken care of. Frank, the owner, met with us several times to explain the various services that we needed and he’s probably the number one reason why we will remain with his company. He is an absolute delight and a breath of fresh air. When you him you’ll know exactly what I mean.

Didn’t even get passed the initial quote step before they no called/no showed (two times). Husband waited around for nothing those two separate occasions, even accommodating their schedule only to have them no show. If this is how they treat their possible clients than I am grateful that we didn’t waste money on them. Will be looking for another landscaper who actually wants business instead.

I've tried several lawn companies in the past, but Custom Landscaping & Lawn Care is by far the best! My lawn has never looked this good.

I have used custom landscaping for the past three years for lawn mowing primarily. They are prompt and always notify me if due to weather conditions they are delayed. I have also consulted them on tree removal and replacement as well as spring and fall cleanup, pruning, and mulching. They are knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend their service.

There are so many landscaping companies out there to choose from during the lawn maintenance season, and honestly, we had been using another company that decided to go out of business with NO heads up and just days before our lawn would have been SO overgrown back in very early spring 2021. Not to be repetitive, but What bugged me was No advance notice was given at all that he(the owner) decided to close up shop. So, we actually saw other people using them in the area, and they returned to Custom. We had stopped for a few years using any company because of financial issues, and yes, we should have just gone back to them when we were able to get a company to help me. I had to stop doing extreme yard work due to a heart condition and working with
Wade when we were panicking to find a new place was an absolute joy. He is thorough, helpful and fair. Their prices are competitive. And they are %100 better with communicating with us. The previous company would never answer the phone or reply to texting or emails.
We’re considering using Custom to help get rid of some extra weeds on the side and in back of of our house. I recommend them if you’re not sure who to use !

Custom Landscaping was ready to help me at the beginning of the 2022 season when my previous service provider broke their contract with me. Custom's techs are professional, and their customer service responds quickly when I have a question or concern. They are much more than "mowers", don't be afraid to ask for anything! I highly recommend them, and will use them again next season.

I have had Custom Landscaping for over ten years and they are without question the most professional, detailed, caring lawn service I have ever dealt with. They have evolved my lawn into the envy of the neighborhood. From the worst when I bought this house to the standard setting lawn. Friends have asked if I paint my lawn green (lol). I have a very high standard and only Custom has attained that standard. They're response is fantastic and I certainly encourage you to contact them. I had a sprinkler problem, called at 10:30AM and by 1:30PM that SAME DAY it was repaired. You will NOT be disappointed in this company. They are worth every penny.

I love these guys! I've been using them for my weekly mows for 4 years but I have never tried out any other services. I just had a spring clean up along with fresh mulch and some bushes trimmed. The job was perfectly done! The price was right and what they did in about 4 hours used to take me and a few friends all day. All the employees both on the field and behind the scenes are so nice and Frank Jr is such a great guy who will work with you. I plan on never going to another landscaping company. This team is solid!

I have a small yard, and really struggled with whether it was worth paying to have someone maintain it, but after using Custom for a year, it was totally worth it! The lawns looked amazing all season. The fertilizing, aerating, and seeding program has begun to reclaim my yard from the rough, invasive grass from my neighbors yard that took over my lawn over the past few years, and this was the first season in years where we were able to enjoy the backyard all summer without a mosquito problem, thanks to their mosquito control program. I would recommend Custom to anyone! Great work, great prices, very professional, and super easy to work with!

The landscaping field is over populated with unprofessional, unreliable and outright rude businesses. Thankfully custom landscaping has nothing in common with them. Always reliable, responsive, professional and ready with competitive rates. They also handle everything online if you prefer, from payments to scheduling service and everything else. I’ve been using them for roughly 10 years, with 0 complaints. Keep up the excellent work guys. It’s appreciated.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough! The crew that serviced my lawn was very professional and hardworking. They would sometime arrive prior to 8am but knew I had small children and a newborn so never started before 8 or when they saw my door open! If asked they would always do a little extra weed whacking. When my grass didn’t need to be cut it was no issue canceling or the crew would even advise skipping the week. I have a ton of toys in my yard and they always moved and than put back anything needed! Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Custom Landscaping does a great job mowing my front and back lawn. They are quick and efficient. The only issue I have is that I don't always know if they are coming to the house on scheduled days. I understand when it's a weather related delay, but that is not always the case. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with their service.

We were recommended custom landscaping when we were looking to redo our front yard garden and walkway. They were a pleasure to deal with and were patient while we made our decisions and made changes to our initial requests. I have used Custom for about 7 years now. First only for lawn mowing but I eventually expanded to use multiple services - lawn mowing, fertilizing, sprinkler closing, mosquito control. Any service issues have typically been dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall, I think they have done a good job and I plan to continue using them. I would definitely recommend.
