Constraction reviews in North Plainfield, New Jersey

Got my roof done was so satisfied I had a second property done within 6 months very good work would highly recommend them.

Maita has done several jobs for me and the work is impeccable, timely, clean, and cost effective!

Freddy just finished replacing trim around our garage doors and replaced the aluminum rake that partially detached in a recent storm. From the receptionist who answered the phone to the finished product everything was professional. All work meticulously completed. Highly recommend Maita for your roofing and siding needs.

Freddy, Isabel and the team were wonderful to work with. They were punctual and Freddy was present for the entire 2 day project. We had 4 estimates done for a roof and replacement of yankee gutters. Freddy was the only one to actually go on the roof to check it out. His experience was evident right away when he told us during the estimate that the roof would have to be completely redone with all new plywood. No other company picked up on the issue that caused damage to the roof. Sure enough when they pulled the shingles off I could see what bad shape it was in. Freddy also converted yankee gutters to a seamless gutter system and they look great! I have many projects planned for our home and am looking forward to working with Freddy again. I would highly recommend Maita Home Improvement!

This review is overdue. I was in need of a roofing company. I was referred to Maita and I couldn’t be happier. I am very grateful they were able to do my roof. Highly recommend for professionalism, affordable pricing and service. Excellent company.

Just a top-notch experience with Maita from initial quote to job completion. Professional... friendly... clean (big with roofing)...and prompt. Everything laid out clearly on the agreement. Maybe the best experience I've had with a contractor. I recommend 100%

Maita Home Improvement did a roofing job for us. Freddy was a pleasure to work with. He was completely professional and experienced in roofing. His crew was on time and when needed stayed late to complete the job. His estimate was reasonable and detailed as to what extra costs there may have been. He was extremely responsive to all my questions via texts & calls. The work site was cleaned daily and then when the job was completed. I definitely recommend his company if work is needed.

Great service, fast and professional

Very professional and informative staff!

Beautiful work does a really good job 👌

The team did an awesome job

Very fair prices, great professional work, I highly recommend.

Dont use this contractor!! Unprofessional!! Wife that handles phone cslls is very rude to paying customers!! Doesnt deserve any business!

Very unprofessional, high prices for such a small job, and there very rude and manipulative, I wouldn’t recommend this contractor to anyone.

Good pricing. As far as work they did a terrific job with my roof replacing the chingles & posts! I would recommend them.

Fredy treated my home as if it was his own. Great work at fair prices from an honest company.

Work for me prior and did a good job finding roof leak. I also reccomend him to a friend and he did deliver as promised. My Second time around was disappointing, he came to look at my basement to give me and estimate on a remodeling and never follow up with the estimate as promised. Was very disappointing.

This company did a great job on the roof/ housing work done at my house, very professional and nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone !

Great job, great price, good people... You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful experience, did everything they promised. Very professional and fair pricing. I had three establishments for this project and Maita was by far the cheapest!!!!!

This company did an excellent job on my roof installation. They were on time and finished in 9 hrs including cleaning up all the debris and left my property looking like they were never there. (Except for the sign left on the front of my house for advertisement purposes). The price was good and I do recommend.
