Constraction reviews in North Plainfield, New Jersey

Maita Home Improvement was recommended to me by several other residents in Mountainside. Their price was great, they were courteous and clean. They finished everything in 1 day. Highly recommended to do your roof.

We have been with this company well over 15 years. They have proven to be above and beyond service and amazing. They have done so much work to our home and they are the only contractor we use and will continue to use. They recently did our gutter on one side of the home and siding on our back room. Polite, courtesy, knows what they are doing and excellent customer service. Thank you. Will refer to all my friends.

Very professional, prompt, honest and extremely experienced in roofing and gutter installation. They were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves.

Very happy with Maita. When choosing a roofer to replace my roof, I vetted two local and highly regarded outfits. However, what stood out for me was Fredy Maita’s attention to detail (familiar with Historic Committee clearance) and his wife Isabel worked very hard in the contractual requirements for my home insurance.

His crew worked clean and efficient, even removing flood lights on the top floor. Highly recommend this hard working, friendly, and efficient roofer. Love the results!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Maita Home Improvement LLC for performing an excellent job replacing the left siding of my home. Freddy is a great listener, and he and his team did an outstanding job.

God willing, I will continue to replace the remaining siding of my property with Maita Home Improvement LLC in the future. Thank You So Much Maita I appreciate all of your hard work and I will recommend you to Everyone I can.

A job well done!
