Constraction reviews in North Plainfield, New Jersey

Bumped the cellar door behind my friends house with my car.
We scheduled the repair and now we're all extremely satisfied with the work done. Honestly, it looks better than it did originally before the damage.

Ali is excellent at what he does - lovely guy too! Will definitely use him for things around the house in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Pakman Fencing and Renovations- They pay attention to all the details and work very efficiently. All work was done on time and delivered in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service and quality of work. Ali has done numerous projects for me around the house over the years and is always reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I found Pakman Fencing through a Facebook group recommendation. I called late Monday afternoon, he answered right away, came for an estimate same day and had the tv mounted on Wednesday. The owner was very professional, responsive and on time. The tv looks great and all wires hidden seamlessly behind the tv. He even cleaned up the messy wiring left behind the drywall from a previous contractor. Price was very reasonable. I definitely plan to call Pakman fencing again for future home projects!

10/5 stars! dont hesitate to hire! Inquired on facebook and did the work is such short notice. Ali is awesome! Professional, quick, reliable, fair price and honest. He’s way too honest that he noticed my DIY’s at home and started fixing it. He even gave me tips so I can do it properly next time. What a cool guy! Would definitely hire again!!

Amazing work and great price. Came the SAME day I purchased my TV and mounted it in no time. Ali was very professional. Will 100% call again next time I mount a tv (which I will be doing shortly) and for any other home remodeling needs!

I used pakman fencing and renovations for my all construction needs. They recently just built a big shed for me. Very good quality and the craftsmanship is great. They are we knowledgeable with what they do and will build it the way you imagine. I will recommend them to all my friend and family.

TV arrived on Sunday. On Monday morning I posted in my local/town FB group looking for someone who could mount it and hide all wires. Pakman was recommended so I gave them a shot. It was a wonderful experience. Ali happened to be immediately available and came by within the hour with one of his workers. They did an excellent job mounting the tv and handling all necessary electrical work to hide the wires. Ali insisted on going (himself and out of his own pocket) to Home Depot to get a customizable outlet cover to properly finish the job - he clearly takes pride in his work (further evidenced by him bringing his own vacuum to clean up after himself when he's done!). He also happens to be extremely friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. I know this company does a lot more than just tv mounting and I will definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend.

I used Pakman Fencing and Renovations initially for a small job. I was so impressed that I hired them for a second job and am planning on using them again for many more jobs. They are polite, work extremely hard and get the job done asap. I would definitely recommend them for big or small projects.

They promptly responded when I first reached out about a fence that needed repair. Ali was on time and did a great job fixing our fence. He has great attention to detail and his pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Pakman Fencing and Renovations.

Ali and his team did an EXCEPTIONAL job converting my shed into a man cave. The shed was a complete skeleton and needed insulation, sheet rock, flooring, etc. I worked closely with Ali to plan out my vision and wants and he executed and exceeded expectations. He installed insulation, sheet rock, vinyl flooring, plenty of outlets, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, mounted my TV, and completed the job in about 1 week. He was transparent and honest and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any of your home improvement needs.

Pakman Fencing and Renovations installed a new stockade fence in our backyard. We are delighted with the workmanship. Ali and his team were very personable providing us with exactly what we asked for.
They used top quality material at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend this company.

Called Pakman Fencing because Ali had positive reviews on my township forum. He came out the next day and fixed my fence on the spot. He did a good job and will use him in the future if needed. Thanks

This is the second time that we have had Pakman Fencing and Renovations for repair. The first was for electrical work in our garage where two lights were switched to outlets - Ali did an excellent job - very professional and explained everything done - really went above and beyond. This second time, we had an issue with a leaking chimney which leaked through our wall. Ali removed all the drywall and remediated the area, even going to other parts of the attic to ensure there was no other damage. We highly recommend Pakman Fencing and Renovations for any work - you will not be disappointed. Professional, courteous, and excellent workmanship.

Ali was great, we needed our patio door to be replaced, he gave me a quote over the phone setup a time to come in and change it and did an excellent job. He also suggested some minor changes which made the door look even better. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him.

I had water damage and needed my Tenants ceiling fixed along with my own. Pakman Fencing worked efficiently, cleanly and timely. I am definitely going to use them on more projects. It’s refreshing to find a Contractor I can trust to get the job done! I am very pleased.

Pakman Construction is absolutely fantastic! Their attention to detail is incredible. Their appreciation of older homes is a rare find. Communication was great. Work was done on time and at the estimate. Highly recommend them for any home project you might have.

They were outstanding start to finish. I got multiple quotes and their price was very fair. I immediately trusted them. They communicate very well and did throughout the whole process. They are detail oriented which is important during a kitchen remodel. They got all our work done within the expected timeline. Some companies in this space look to take advantage of home owners but not Pakman Fencing & Renovations They are the best and we will use them again.

Pakman Fencing and Renovations has been a game-changer for our home improvement projects. Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are unmatched. We’ve hired them for multiple jobs, and every time, they’ve exceeded our expectations. What really sets them apart is their ability to fix subpar work left by previous contractors. They approached those challenges with care and expertise, delivering results that we can finally feel confident about. Their pricing is also very reasonable, especially given the high-quality craftsmanship. I wholeheartedly recommend Pakman Fencing and Renovations to anyone looking for skilled and dependable professionals.

Pakman Fencing and Renovations has done more than one job for us at our home and we couldn't be happier. A very big fence job and a large patio and walkway. The whole team did great work for us and we are so happy with the quality of work and the top notch service! We will be hiring them again in the future and will be recommending them to friends!
