Constraction reviews in North Plainfield, New Jersey

Maita has done excellent work on my investment property. They provided me with excellent customer service and high knowledge to the scope of the job that made me feel comfortable in utilizing their services. I'm big on professionalism, transparency, having integrity, along with good pricing and Maita checked all the boxes. It's very tough finding a good contractor that does good business, works hard and efficiently. Maita will be a company that I will do business with for a long time and I recommend their services.

Fredy and his team is a great job. I received a number of quotes and felt Fredy’s was the best overall. He is very responsive by phone and email. I had relatives use Fredy and I’ll continue to recommend him.

They are always very nice and very helpful. Very fair prices as well. The concrete work around the crown of my chimney was extremely impressive.

It’s an excellent company, they did a great job in my house with a great price, they replaced my house roof using the best and top shingles product in a very reasonable time with a very high quality. I recommend this company for everyone

They did excellent work. Everyone involved was friendly, reliable, professional and communicative. They came exactly when they said, cleaned everything up entirely, and did a great job. We would highly recommend.

Roof just completed with Maita and it looks great! They finished in one day and left the property immaculate. Pricing was very competitive for a GAF roof. I highly recommend Maita Home Improvement.

Maita did a great job on my roof installation. They were at my home at 7am and were finished around 4pm. The price I paid was the price that was quoted. It was pointed out roof was missing three roof vents. They installed for us and it was included in the price quoted. I would definitely reccomend their roofing services.

They were the 1st I called but last to be able to make an appointment with. It was 5 days I figured maybe busy. This was for a roof replacement the guy came out looked at the roof and said a couple days for estimate. It's been over a week to date never provided a estimate.

Maita Home Improvement did a good job replacing my roof! I would certainly recommend them for service!

I normally don’t give a 5 star review but I will give an exception this time around as Fredy (the owner) & his team were on top of their game. They did a complete roofing & gutter replacement on both my house & detached garage seamlessly with efficiency, timeliness & professionalism. On a special note, Fredy catered to my preferred materials & specs without any issues at all and priced it reasonably as compared to the other roofing companies. They were thorough with their inspection & post clean-up as noted in their contract. I highly recommend Maita Home Improvement not only to families & friends but to all who are in the market for a well reputable roofer & gutter company. Thanks again Fredy, Isabel & crew for a job well done!

I had my roof and gutters replaced a few months ago by MAITA. They did an excellent work!!! not only they replaced it but added extra materials at no extra charge. This is what I called "Going above and beyond, the extra mile". My roof and gutters look awesome, they cleaned up spottles after completing the job! Also, the customer service is so great, explaining all details of the job and price was by far the best price!!!. Honestly, they do an extraordinary job!!! 100% recommended!!!! I will be calling them again, for my next house projects!!

After asking my friends for recommendations on a good Roofer, I was directed to Maita Home Improvement LLC. I called and requested a quote on my roof as I was sure it was in need of replacement and Fredy was able to visit my property very quickly. He was extremely friendly and personable, and provided me with an amazing quote that I could not refuse. Within a week, Fredy and his team arrived at my house and finished the job all in one day! I could not be any happier with the service Maita Home Improvement provided me and would proudly recommend them to anyone!!

I had an excellent experience with Maita Home Improvements! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They provided a thorough inspection, and gave a fair estimate.
I highly recommend them. Their workmanship and customer service are outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to friends and family!

Maita Roofing did a great job on my home, so good I had to call them back for my second home when the roof needed changing. The work was done very quickly and they made sure everything was cleaned up after. Freddy is great, friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff is also friendly and professional. I highly recommend Maita Home Improvement.

Fredy and his team did a great job on our roof and gutters. Finished in one day, and cleaned up the area nicely. Strongly recommended!

Maita just finished putting my house a new roof, very professional team of people, arrived in the AM and got the 3 layers of old roof removed and they were done by 6 pm.
the result was great!, Freddy the owner was on site very kind and professional
I highly recommend Maita for whoever need their roof replaced or fixed.

Excellent job with roof replacement and let me know what was going on every day. In addition took care of small extras without any fuss. That was especially appreciated.

Freddy, Isabel and crew offer outstanding quality of work and professional service. Fair prices and very very timely and dependable. No job is too big or small. Highly recommended and never disappointed. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer. I have referred often and will continue to do so.

Maita did an excellent job on my chimney flashing. The flashing was all replaced, roof torn off down to the sheathing, replacement of ice shield, flashing and trough to ensure proper drainage. They were excellent at communicating with me, timely, and well priced. Thank you very much!
